Staff very friendly and helpful. Building is older, but room was clean and comfortable. Ice machine was broken.

The night we checked in, I called Wyndam to complain about the facilities and everyone else. The staff was uninterested and took several hours to get answers or resolutions - which were often not resolved. There were only two plugs in the room, one of which was plugged into an extension cord. There were no USB plugs whatsoever. The carpet both in the room and the hallways appeared to be dirty and very worn. The majority of the hotel was shut down - three restaurants, etc., the salon, whatever.
