Hyatt Regency Wichita

Beautiful view from the 16th floor. Felt very safe and clean.

Clean room, nice accommodations

I was told that the staff was notified about it being our anniversary and I was Messaged the Hyatt Regency and was told they have alerted the team and will do everything thing we can to help you celebrate your special day. They didn’t do anything for our anniversary. They didn’t even contact me to offer suggestions of what they could do. I am also disappointed in the room we found hair on the floor and shower. The widows to the room needed washed.

We didn’t have hot water, but everything else was good and we love the restaurant.

Exception breakfast!!! The staff was nice and helpful. The room needed a bit more cleaning on the floor. Hit tub was being cleaned and was cold. Pool was slightly heated could be warmer
