Ice machine broken, ac unit would cool the room below 75. The morning staff refused to get fresh water because it gets changed out regularly and it wasn’t time to change, there were bubbles around the dispenser like what happens when you leave a glass of water out over night, she went back to using her phone.

Easy to find, plenty of parking. There was a stale odor in the room and smoke smell. Breakfast was ok except for the eggs. Texture was gritty and like cardboard.

need to not rent to full time residents. they seem to invite their friends to come hang out and drink in the parking lot making lots of noise late at night. should impliment a reule saying no drinking in the parking lot, noise restriction after 9 pm, any violation is immediate eviction and potential police involvement.

Do not stay. The hotel is dirty. Pubic hair was on the bed sheets. They tried another room and bed was also dirty. Hotel was not helpful with providing refund. Told expedia they wanted to try a third room then would not ansewer when Expedia called them until we went inside to hear the phone ring. If you love dirty rooms stay here!!

The front desk was very welcoming. They were helpful and friendly throughout our stay and answered any questions. Very clean, you can smell the freshness as soon you walk in the room and main office,which I loved. The bed is very comfortable, and house keeping come around daily. We even decided to stay a extra day because of how well we enjoyed it. Convenient to nearby restaurants.The area is quiet and we didn’t have any issues during our stay. Will definitely stay here again.

The room was not the room advertised, the furniture and carpet were torn and stained. A chair had blood stains all over it. The Tv didn't work. There were roaches and mold. The manager did nothing to offer any kind of help or reimbursement. Didn't offer to move our room. Nothing. We will never stay here again!

Nice, clean & comfortable rooms. Great bargain & good breakfast with lots of options included. The front desk person who checked us in was so nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

The entrance & the room was very clean & smelled so good. The beds were comfortable. The lady who checked me in was very nice & helpful. I'm so sorry I didn't get her name. I was tired when I go there. 😔 But she definitely deserves a shout out.

Everything was good... Clean, comfortable, warm. My only complaint is that the HVAC unit is ancient. While it did warm the room well, it was difficult to figure out because most of the writing on the knobs was worn off. Even with a wet washrag over the outflow, it was extremely drying. I was thankful that I was able to figure out how to turn it off.

Everything was pretty good with our stay except that we were in a connecting room. Since there were doors that connected us to the next room, we got to hear the guests next to us talking to after two in the morning. Breakfast was ok. The sausage was good, but the gravy was bland, and the biscuits had to be microwaved. Better than what you get in most places though. We would stay again but just make sure we don't get a connecting room.

Even though it's a non smoking hotel, you could tell it hasn't always been. The old smoke smell was quite strong. Otherwise, the beds is very comfortable and it was clean. It is an older establishment.

Booked for 6 nights, only stayed one. Son offered for us to stay at his place and it was a no brainer. I’ve never been in a hotel that didn’t have an elevator, I should have been a smarter consumer and read the fine print. Additionally, the staff weren’t the friendliest, and the individual who checked us out enraged my husband when he told us he couldn’t give a receipt for our one night stay, even though I booked through Expedia but paid on site. I refused to argue with him at 3:00 in the morning but he was rude, unknowledgeable, and tested my patience. I assured him that he never had to worry about us staying there again.

Very uncomfortable and unsafe! Me and my two year old son was removed off the property at 230am due to a front fest employee! No respect or professional was experienced nor was a refund provided! The manager has yet to contact me being the representative falsified statements on my account! I have never experienced anything like this and being 8hrs away from home I'll never stay at another quality inn! There pictures also don't match the actual property and they let random people hang out front which makes arrival extremely uncomfortable! The front desk employee Dee did not appear sober and was completely aggressive and unprofessional!

The breakfast was kept warm and kept very well stocked by the overnight check in. This employee went the xtra mile with a very efficient check in after midnight. Then set up and kept the breakfast area clean.

They called twice to confirm my reservation the day of, but when we got to the hotel they gave away one of our rooms. They said they only had one room left and it smelled like an ashtray with heavy air freshener. When we asked to be moved they said they didn’t have another room so I asked to be credited back for that room and magically a room like my reservation opened up.

Noisy at 2am.people were cursing and fighting.Didnt feel safe at all.Called the office twice but nobody answered the phone. It went on till about 4 then got quiet for little but then a car came and argument started again.After driving 11 hours we couldn’t get any sleep.Horrible experience

need to not rent to full time residents. they seem to invite their friends to come hang out and drink in the parking lot making lots of noise late at night. should impliment a reule saying no drinking in the parking lot, noise restriction after 9 pm, any violation is immediate eviction and potential police involvement.

Everything was pretty good with our stay except that we were in a connecting room. Since there were doors that connected us to the next room, we got to hear the guests next to us talking to after two in the morning. Breakfast was ok. The sausage was good, but the gravy was bland, and the biscuits had to be microwaved. Better than what you get in most places though. We would stay again but just make sure we don't get a connecting room.

There was an imprint of someone’s face on the window, the lamp was filthy, and room smelled of smoking. Girl at front desk had trouble with English, and breakfast was bad. Eggs were watery, biscuit was raw, and gravy was like paste. We won’t stay there again.

I didn't realize that this motel has exterior facing doors until we arrived. But, as soon as I walked in the room, it felt like a brand new hotel. The room was fantastic and the lady at the front desk was very nice. Breakfast was simple, but good. I'd stay there again with no hesitation.

Nice, clean & comfortable rooms. Great bargain & good breakfast with lots of options included. The front desk person who checked us in was so nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Easy to find, plenty of parking. There was a stale odor in the room and smoke smell. Breakfast was ok except for the eggs. Texture was gritty and like cardboard.

The smoking room was nasty it smells like rotten food and dogs the furniture was old and broken The carpet was dirty and filthy. I have stayed there before in a non smoking room and it was very clean and nice This review is about the smoking room

This was a decent choice for the price. The beds were super comfy and clean, but don’t look too closely at the bathroom walls as they were disgusting. I did my best not to touch them while doing my business. It was super disappointing that the pool wasn’t open to relax after walking all day. It was nice to have a breakfast offering and we will most likely stay again because of the location to family and that the beds were great.

The room was clean, the sheets were clean, the staff was nice, but they keep the ac pretty high when it is empty and in that heat… the room was really musty, smell was bad, I didn’t even bother to ask for another room as the neighbor said his was too… it got better as the AC cleared the air and we got used to the odor, but I wouldn’t stop there again until they fix that.

Nice, friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable. TV only had a few channels. A.C. didn't seem to put out really cool air, it was just acceptable. Breakfast was ok, from what we tried. For the "hot" breakfast: The eggs were the powdered kind, sausage patties were cooked really longer than necessary, waffle maker made very fluffy waffles, coffee was really good.
