Room must been smoking room as lots of things were yellow and smelled like it. The walls were damaged. Door wouldn't close tightly. Bed was hard like sleeping on the floor. Tub was horrible. Grass needed mowed, trash cans around properity needed empty over flowing.

Positives: -Beds were comfortable -Air conditioner was working Negatives: -Downright GROSS -Non-smoking room, but the halls reeked of smoke and the smell filtered into our room. There were other funky smells as well. -Saw/killed two bugs in bathroom. Saw another bug on the sink, but unable to get it. -Bathroom floor and tub were just nasty. -Drill holes in the walls and furniture. -Areas of carpet were gross -Towels/washcloths were stained, so they appeared dirty. So glad it was only for one brief night!!!

Very unfriendly woman at check in,was giving a room next to the exit,door slammed everytime someone went in or out which was late in the evening or early in the morning,carpet was filthy DO NOT walk in the room barefoot,T V remote needed tape for the back panel that holds batteries in but they used an old sticker from a womans deodorant to hold instead of tape

Endroit très très sale, en exemple le bain a été peinturé au pinceau et des morceaux sont arrachés, le tapis est noir les draps sont sales, …. Deplus les directions ne sont pas bonne dans l’application, je me suis retrouvé au village au palais de justice au lieu de l’hôtel. J’ai dû posé des questions pour trouver la place.

Start off with good, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in was a breeze. The "BAD", the AC went out in my room. Instead of offering me another room or something along thise lines, he offered a fan. Didn\'t do a very good job, but, i didn\'t get offered any details either. Also, housekeeping needs to check behind all doors, because i dis find a dirty sock behind the bathroom door. All in all, wasn\'t a horrible stay.

It doesn't make sense to put all your info in for the online "ahead of time" check in when it doesn't all show up on their end. 1 working light by the bed, outlet wouldn't hold any plugs, broken switch plates tub ceramic coating is coming off, fan wouldn't stay on for the air conditioning too mask noise for the dog to stay quiet.

The room had a tennis sized hole in the wall. The chain hook mechanism on the door was installed backwards. We had trouble adjusting the heat- the heater was unplugged when we entered the room and it was COLD.

Nothing unique about the Super8 in Muscatine,IA. The desk clerk had to be found when we got there-took about 20 min. Then he was hard for my husband to understand when trying to check in. Only room available was a 2 bed one, not a real problem but why doesn’t Expedia communicate with the motel you book with? They had no idea of cost, room, nothing. Thankfully I had our online confirmation!
