Hotel staff was rude. Whole hotel had a weird smell, the back of the toilet was broke in our room, air conditioning was not really working and when it was on blew warm air and made a weird noise. Hotel also doesn’t offer breakfast and the pool was closed while we were there. Not to mention when we went to check out, the man behind the counter dug in his butt before turning around after we had to ring the bell to notice us standing there. Went to ask for the keys and how our stay was. Asked him to sanitize his hands or wash them before giving us any papers or touching the keys we had to hand over. He was just horrible and rude. 0/10 would not ever come here again. Save your money and also the extra $100 charge after we checked out and they can’t tell us what it was from.

Positive-Room was convenient and clean Negative-Not great price value. Room color was drab. No coffee maker or microwave in room. No hot water available for tea no breakfast of any type. Essentially Windham cheap.

Terrible property. It was filthy and trashy. They wouldn’t do anything to refund our money so we left and had to pay for two nights. The staff was extremely rude and barely understood english. Thumbs down zero stars.

We've been here before. The front desk is very friendly and helpful with any concerns. The room was clean but could use a little detailing where the vacuum cleaner doesn't get all the way in at the edges of the carpet.

I'm going through a short transitional period and I didn't want to be bothered during my stay. I literally had the Do-Not-Disturb sign out for my entire stay. I was only bothered once and that was from the gentleman, who I believe runs the place. I was called on the hotel phone and when I didn't answer, the gentleman knocked on my door. I normally wouldn't of answered the door but I did because I didn't want anyone to bother me for the remainder of my stay. The gentleman just wanted to make sure I was ok since he hadn't seen much of me. He also wanted to know if I wanted my room cleaned. I reassured him a couple times I was fine. I asked for a couple items and that cleaning my room wasn't necessary. I thanked him for checking up on me. And I therefore wasn't bothered for the remainder of my stay. When I checked out, I again thanked him for not bothering me. Since the stay rejuvenated me, and I wasn't bothered as per requested, I'll be back. Thank you!!

We stayed 5 nights while in town for a high school reunion. We were very comfortable there and it was convenient to many locations we were visiting. The proprietor was very friendly and helpful. It was surprisingly quiet, even though near the highway and we slept very well.

Check in staff was very sweet! Everything is nice and comfy and clean. It has old carpet though, smells funny and feels like a super 8 thlugh. I was very disappointed in the breakfast. I specifically chose a hotel that had breakfast but this hotel did not. They offered 2 packaged pastry options as breakfast. It was a muffin or a honeybun. They should advertise as no breakfast and then put those 2 pastries out as complimentary treats if they want.

The Hotel is the cheapest around. It\'s outdated, discolored walls, peeling wallpaper, and Grimey caulk around the sink and tub. The paint is cracked and flaked above the shower, and dark spots on the ceiling were poorly painted over, just felt dirty. The "Breakfast" is not even a continental. It is a small twin pack of muffins and a can of pineapple juice. They only allow you to enter the building through the front entrance. Signs over doors stating exit only. There\'s no elevator, so getting a room upstairs is a hike. The rooms have an awful odor.

Hotel staff was rude. Whole hotel had a weird smell, the back of the toilet was broke in our room, air conditioning was not really working and when it was on blew warm air and made a weird noise. Hotel also doesn’t offer breakfast and the pool was closed while we were there. Not to mention when we went to check out, the man behind the counter dug in his butt before turning around after we had to ring the bell to notice us standing there. Went to ask for the keys and how our stay was. Asked him to sanitize his hands or wash them before giving us any papers or touching the keys we had to hand over. He was just horrible and rude. 0/10 would not ever come here again. Save your money and also the extra $100 charge after we checked out and they can’t tell us what it was from.

The best thing about the place was it was clean. The staff weren't the most pleasant. They seemed annoyed that people kept asking for a new key card because they all just stopped working at random times. The pool was drained with a padlock on the door. There were definitely some shady looking people walking around the 2nd floor. There were kids running around being goofy under supervision of there parents but who cares about that. I was more concerned about the dude that looked high as a kite on something other than pot walking around like he was lost.

I expected far more out of a Wyndham property. This property is AWFUL. The entire place as filled with various odors. The walls and carpet all had stains. The water pressure was barely enough to rinse shampoo out of my hair, not to mention the old, brittle plastic 2” shower head was extremely low - definitely lower than 5’8”. On top of all that, the “incidental deposit” was $100. Literally, the next night, we stayed at a Hilton property in Chicago and the deposit was only $50; please make that make sense. I know the money is released after checkout, but come on. We will not ever stay here or recommend to anyone again.

Overall terrible experience. Definitely cheap, so we did not expect it to be fancy, but I would never stay here again. Our air wasn't working, the toilet was broken, and it was overall dirty throughout the hotel. Walls were paper thin so any noises made sounded like it was in your room. There was nowhere to socialize/common area pool or gym and the rooms were gross. 10/10 do not recommend.
