Disappointed that the ice machine was broken. Bathroom tiny and hardly any room around the sink. Other than that everything was great. Great service, everything was very clean. Pillows were just right. Would definitely stay there again. Lobby looked really nice. Was quite happy with my stay there and I slept great.

Our stay was very nice, employee's were very friendly. Breakfast was good. Will stay again. The pool was ice cold. Couldn't even swim it was that cold.

The pool was closed. The tv did not work. The bed was not made from someone else being in it. The windows had plywood over them. We immediately checked back out. I expect a full refund as we did not stay there due to the conditions.

Room was clean and bed is comfortable. I wish I had known there was not an elevator. My husband had knee replacement in July and I have had two knees replaced so it was not fun walking up the stairs carrying our suitcases and items. The clerk was not welcoming, barely talked at all, never gave us Wi-Fi info or breakfast times. I didn’t bother to ask either.

Front desk staff were very kind and helpful. Problem was that my husband can not maneuver stairs. We were not aware there was no elevator. Front desk clerk made it work, but will not stay again. Room was too small. Room also had an odor and was very dark.

We arrived late at night and checked in with no problem. Once in our room, we found that the bathtub was dirty and contained hair. The next morning, I tried to use the iron to press my shirt. The iron would not heat up. I went to the front desk to request another iron, but it was never exchanged. We stayed for two nights and our room was not cleaned after the first night- no fresh towels, etc. Would not stay at this location again.

My first room was not very clean. The smoke detector had been pulled out and the peep hole in the door was taken out so you could see straight into the room from the hallway. However, when i asked to switch rooms, the lady was very accommodating and got me a new one.

We were trying to find a reasonably priced hotel on our way home from vacation. The reviews made it sound 👌 The extremely nice clerk made sure we had a room by my son. The stairs to the 2nd floor were pretty dirty but that happens. When we got into our room the carpet was dirty also. Then both of the bedspreads were stained. So we put those on the floor. Then I pulled the sheets back and sure enough they were stained. That doesn't make anyone feel to good.. I can tell this is a older hotel and needs a little tlc. It was definitely a little pricey for the condition. The very sweet & helpful clerk, I wish I could remember her name was definitely the gem in this hotel.

AC was very noisy, when the room temperature is satisfied the fan would start knocking like it was hitting the fan shroud. Brought the issue to the staff the morning and she knew about the problem and stated that the part was on order. Tub draining very slow, when done showing the water level was 3”. Room was very dark and the switch by the door does not work with any light. The desk light was not working. Breakfast was good.

When I turn the heater the heater start smoking and the fire alarm went off. Good thing is the cleaning crew they came they clean right away and they provided us with plenty of towels.

Took the front desk clerk about 45 minutes to check me in after booking online prior. This is at 2:00am and there were no other guests at the desk at the time, and it still took that long. Then the room was dirty. Top it off was an attitude when asking for some disinfectant and wipes to clean the bathroom ourselves. Overall rude ladies that seem to be confused on how to do their jobs and unclean spaces.

Great stay for a stop for catching a few hours of sleep. The front desk clerk was nice and made sure everything was equipped before we went to our room. Very friendly and welcoming for coming in at 1:30 in the morning.

We gave up on Quality Inn awhile ago but this one has restored our opinion. It was awesome and breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again if our travels leads us back there

Desk employee was annoying. Wouldn’t stop talking when I had just gotten up; even followed me down the hallway blabbering away. She was nice but either she was lonely or that was her personality. Some people just love to hear themselves talk!

We had a really good time. Wish they would of had steps to go down into the pool. They was all very nice and gave us fresh towels etc every day. Ty to the staff for also providing a step stool to 1 of us could use get up in the bed as they are tall beds.

My room was nice. Clean. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was amazing. There was a tornado during my stay and the staff did everything they could to help everyone staying at the hotel. Staff was great and very knowledgeable. My only complaint is my tv didn’t work so I had to switch rooms other than that I had an enjoyable stay.

Quiet and nearby a lot of restaurants and across from the Walmart. Had to ask for towels every time we went to the pool and breakfast was lackluster. Clean enough room. Very ndarrow.

Our stay was very nice, employee's were very friendly. Breakfast was good. Will stay again. The pool was ice cold. Couldn't even swim it was that cold.

They advertise a full breakfast but every one of my 3 mornings there I was informed they “had no staff” and thus it was day old bagels. The first room I had, the TV didn’t work, the second room they moved me to had a barely functioning toilet that ran nonstop and a shrieking door and creaky shower. In short, this place is not good even for its price. The Super 8 nearby was far superior.

The a/c would not stay on. It went off and on all night. Then breakfast was not hot. Also no a/c in the lobby which made it hard to eat as it was so hot.

There is no elevator so we had to have a room on the first floor. I understand that the first night was booked but we got a room it was small. I asked the next day to be accommodated to a bigger room which she assured me she wld discuss w the manager and contact me. Never heard from them. Never in our 3 day stay did we get any kind of cleaning. I had to get towels and put our trash out. Do better for 96$ a night.
