I specifically booked it for the pool and it was closed by the county for being green. There was a water leak from the ceiling interrupting our sleep, but nothing could be done to compensate because it was booked through a third party. Very disappointing stay at this Hampton Inn.

The property, and room were clean, but there was a beer bottle cap under the table. Check in staff was friendly, and helpful. I was frustrated with the side end doors to the building the key card for entry would not always work and I was told that at check in. This is frustrating because I travel with a service pet and we prefer the stairs so 1, exercise and 2 we don't like waiting for the elevator & 3 some guest are afraid of dogs. My closet door in the room would NOT open, the remote to the TV was extremely difficult to use/understand & the front desk staff didn't know how to use it and was unable to help because she was the only one at the front desk. That is unsafe for a female to be the only one at the front desk. However, overall my stay was great and I would book a room here again, as well as recommend this location

Shout out to Leslie who cheerily checked us in and gave us tips on restaurants and rush hour traffic. Just a quick one night stay here. Hotel common areas appeared to be recently updated and room was clean and in good shape. Third floor and backing up to woods, our room was quiet. Breakfast included premade cheese Omelettes and otherwise was what you’d expect. Staff made fresh, hot decaf coffee for us. Would stay here again.

We paid for our room through Hotels.com and upon checking in the girl charged us a 50.00 deposit which is fine, however she also charged us again for the room that was already paid for. We caught it and told her the room was already paid for and she wanted to argue even after we showed her our receipt from hotels.com. Then she said only the manager could do a refund and he wasn’t there until later, once again by the time we got to our room she charged us for the room a second time, which brings it to triple charges for one night stay. They are running a scam, beware travelers, I told them if all charges were not taken off before I checked out I would call the police to get an incident report. It was removed the next morning but what a load of crap from Hampton Inn.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Cardboards have better personalities than the staff. We booked and paid through a 3rd party and they still double charged us. It took more than a week and several phone calls to get it straightened out. Leslie, who ID herself as a manager, was apologetic and finally told us that they refunded back to the 3rd party but not to us even through on the receipt they finally provided show it was refunded back to us. BTW they don’t give you a receipt. We had to ask for it and the charges are not even correct. Just a terrible place. Avoid the headaches and stay somewhere else.

A nice property that seems well-taken care of. Not in the center of things by any means, but there's a shopping plaza across the road with a Mexican restaurant, and a few other hotels. Just off the expressway as well. We had grandkids with us & it was hard keeping them quiet in the room - ceilings were kind of high and it seemed like there was an echo. They had a pack-n-play all set up for us when we arrived, which was nice, and the breakfast offerings were varied and tasty.

Room and bathroom nice, updated, clean. Breakfast was small, not many healthy items. Coffee was not great and no cream! Just the pump bottles of flavored cream, yuck. Great location, 13-15 minute drive to KY Expo.

Shout out to Leslie who cheerily checked us in and gave us tips on restaurants and rush hour traffic. Just a quick one night stay here. Hotel common areas appeared to be recently updated and room was clean and in good shape. Third floor and backing up to woods, our room was quiet. Breakfast included premade cheese Omelettes and otherwise was what you’d expect. Staff made fresh, hot decaf coffee for us. Would stay here again.

The checkin was friendly and helpful. Told me everything l needed to.know. There wasnt a feeezer in room, and they stored my freezer block in their freezer until morning. Breakfast was better than some other hotels.

Had to stay for a few days until my power got turned back on at my house as a result of a storm, the days that I stayed there were nothing short of perfect. I'd 100% go back and choose this hotel if ever I want to get away, or— Heaven forbid—my power goes out again. Thank you all for the hospitality!

When we walked in the front door, the entry and lobby smelled so good - EVERY day. Our room and bathroom were very clean. AC was wonderful. Room was spacious. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Christina at the front desk was always warm, friendly, cheerful and helpful- no matter the time of day. She is a HUGE plus to this location. Breakfast was exceptional for a "hotel breakfast." Suggestion: More lights are needed on the side of the room above the fridge/TV/dresser area. Too dark on that side of the room.
