We were disappointed that the pool was closed. Otherwise, the stay was ok

The room was clean but when we get to the room there was a can of roach spray on top of the refrigerator so that automatically made me feel sketchy about the room and the previous tenants tooth brush was stuff stuck on the restroom mirror. The gym they say they have was a poor excuse for the word gym. 2 piece of cardio equipment that were both broken and a broke piece of wal mart golds gym equipment. The lights didn’t work in this “gym” the outside of the hotel smelt of weed. The breakfast in the morning was good.

The hotel is being renovated. The pool was closed and the front desk was hard to find (not visible from the street). The only good thing was the breakfast. Overall it was a two star hotel at best.

This motel is excessively dirty & poorly managed. There was trash all over the grounds, the "restaurant" was a dark room that clearly hasn't been used for some time. The building itself is so run down I can't understand why is hasn't been forced to close. Spend a few more dollars and find a place that at least has all of the lights working.

In our room the chain latch was broken and the pool was not open it was dirty and people were still swimming in it In the non smoking area people was smoking I really didn't feel safe at all. You had to check out by 11 and the breakfast was over at 840

The staff is very nice and helpful. The beds were very comfortable! The pool was a plus. I would stay here again and again!

The room was dirty, smelled like excrement with bleach on top. The toilet did not flush. My husband woke up in the middle of the night with a bug crawling across his face. I suspected the sheets were not fresh though I have no proof. The pool was very nice however.

It’s was supposed to be a smoke free room, but the room smelled of Cigars. We found a black and Mild in the closet. The blankets literally had burn holes in them. We had 2 small children with us and the pool was closed the whole stay. The floors were filthy. I mopped the floor with a wet towel. I couldn’t believe how dirty it was. We found a young ladies shoe under the A/C unit. The coffee maker was nasty. I’m need a discount and or a refund.

Overall no pool open not very clean and no USB Charging.

The rooms have been remodeled but there is a musty odor in the rooms. They advertised breakfast but there was only bagels coffee and juice.

Dont stay keep ur money the bathroom was horrible there was mold all in bathroom the shower head was nasty brown stuff all over walls and above shower there was holes from water damage this room is 146 the lamps in rooms had mold on them as well the floor was sticky i would not go back

The room was extremely dirty. There were stains on the walls and sheets. It was unacceptable.

sheets were stained, roaches in room, door would not lock from inside or outside. paint was peeling, outdated.

The staff was nice but the room was dirty, linen was dirty, had roaches, ac didn’t get cold, shower head looked disgusting, dirty bathtub. It was hard to get comfortable with all those issues and I would never return to this hotel.

Facilities were unkept, dirty, & very outdated. Our room was disgusting, with stains on the walls, couch, mirror, faucet, and dirt in every corner. But at least the bed sheets looked clean and the staff was very friendly.

Bed bugs, hair and dirt under the mattresses...the sheets appeared to have not been changed, rather the beds just made up from the last guest who stayed in the rooms. Exterior walkways were littered with trash and debris, and the smell of marijuana was prevalent throughout the walkways. Not a clean environment.

The room was filthy. My daughters feet were black from a few minutes walking barefoot in the room. There were no linens for the pull out couch. The toilet never stopped running all night. Clearly a bed had stayed there previously because there was dog hair everywhere. I wouldn’t be surprised if they hadn’t swept or cleaned the floors in a month.

Very nice for a quick getaway. It was located five minutes away from my family function. Breakfast was good but there were plenty of option in walking distance. Walmart was nearby as well. Room was clean and it had a nice tub. Plenty of washcloths and towels.

They had cockroaches in the room. We did not stay and are expecting a full refund.

Room was clean and recently renovated. Air conditioner was extremely noisy to the point where it would wake you up. For the value the room was just fine for a night's sleep. Hotel did not raise rates to crazy amounts during the weekend students were moving into their housing for the semester so this was appreciated.

The room was nice, comfortable and spacious. The pillows were soft and felt like clouds. I enjoyed the stay.

Was a Little concerned when I arrived. The outside looks kind of run down. But the room itself was nice! Looks recently remodeled. The room needs a big soft seat or couch…something to fill large empty area. Bed was comfy but sunken in the middle…so I kept rolling down into it. Haha

Room was clean and updated but overall facility is tired and poorly maintained. Room had no hanging place for clothes and a/c was noisy.

Our room was clean, bed was comfortable and location is good. The only problem was the room smelled of smoke.

When we walked into the room it smelled like smoking covered with parfume. The front desk was accommodating and put us in another room. The room was ok, but when we got to the bathroom there was still a dirty towel hanging on the back of the door. The room didn’t smell that great, but at least it wasn’t a smoking smell. On the other hand the bed was very comfortable and the sheets were very soft.

Room had hot water, a bed, A/C and a TV!

We did not feel like our room was very clean, the TV remote was not in the room & we couldn’t get someone to bring us a new one. The walls are very thin, the people in the room next to us were using normal, low voices & we Could hear their entire conversation. We will not be back.

When we arrived, there was no one at the desk. I began to wonder if someone had just quit and walked out on their shift w/o letting anyone know. There was one other person ahead of us who was there for a while before we arrived. He was on the phone with the call center lettimg them know that no one was there. Then the clerk showedup. I dont know if he was there by himself and had to handle an issue or what. When he returned, he seemed to be a little overwhelmed but was nice. He never explained his reasoning. When we got in the room it was dim but appeared to be clean. We notice a lot of upgrades. It is an older building but had tiled showers, laminate flooring, and updated decor. We only dropped our thinvs, took a quick peak and headed back out. We were on a time crunch. We did notice the tv didnt turn on and advised the front desk. Told them we were leavimg and would be back very shortly and it was ok to check the tv. He was super nice and when we returned shortly, it was fixed. Come time to shower and turn in, we noticed the tub wasn't very clean. We also noticed a dirty towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. We decided we were leaving 1st thing in the AM and be home in a few hours, we shower at home and tough it out.

We were inadvertently locked out of our room after being cleaned. The wait in lobby to simply get new keycard was almost 25 minutes while I was nauseated and could not get into room and waited in hallway. Front desk lady Oberella was lovely and professional on check in and check out. But on Friday afternoon the front desk staff stayed occupied with other folks arriving and no attention to guest with a quick simple request. The room was clean but it was noisy with surrounding rooms both nights. We liked the location and staff but could not find a manager to discuss our concerns. I would appreciate some type of remuneration for our hotel costs. We would like to give the hotel another try upon returning to Savannah. Thank you! Barron Maness. Barronmaness@gmail.com

Staff was nice rooms were clean

Mr ward was a jerk and rude at check in. He cancelled my reservation after I clearly put that I was paying upon arrival and then was a complete jerk and rude about it. He argued with me back and forth to the point I recorded him. The owner refunded me for the correct amount and said everyone complains about him that he harasses the guest all the time.

The staff is wonderful! They are very nice and welcoming.

Get to motel at 1130 PM, no suites or conference center, room not ready. Give us another room someone already in that one. Ha to wait 20 min for room.

Lady at front desk when you check in is very rude I would never stay there again. I normally don’t sleep in sleezy hotels but that was all they had.

The guy that checked us in at 1 am was the best ever!!! Weve NEVER had such a great experience checking into a hotel that late!! Extremely hilarious, very personable, in all it was a wonderful check in process!!!

Our experience here was horrible. After booking a king room, we got there and were given the key to a room with two queens. When we opened the door to the queen room, we were greeted with unmade beds, full trash cans, and no idea if someone was actually in the room. We closed the door and went back to the front desk. The gentleman on duty went to check it out after we told him what had happened. He came back and told us he’d upgrade us to a king room, the room I had actually booked, and gave us two different room keys so we could pick which room we wanted. First room, first thing we saw was a roach just hanging out on the bed. Second room lights were on and after we looked, roaches under bed. Pretty sure we spotted bed bugs also. We went back to the front desk, told him we were leaving and wanted a refund. He was pleasant enough and helped us through that process. Strange thing was, he didn’t even seemed surprised at what we told him. Pictures on line were very deceptive. Would never book a room here again.

Wide range of eating choices within a five minute walk.

Location was close to the college. Room was good enough for a one night stay, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The A/C was very cold but noisy. Overall, I would refer people to this Quality Inn

The hotel was absolutely amazing me and my family were happy to go to the specific hotel for my college move-in day since others have been full. The hotel is around many other restaurants such as Waffle House and many other fast food chains to eat at. The only thing is that you know it's not the best looking rooms or anything they have a little smudges here and they're and a little crayon on the wall but all in all it is a good place to come if you really need somewhere to stay last minute.

We almost always stay here when visiting our son in college. Rooms are clean and comfortable. It’s usually a fuss free stay and there is an outdoor area. This hotel is hard to beat with their prices. Good location, very close to university and downtown.

Yelling and screaming and banging of other residence throughout the night. Not a family invironment.

It's in a convenient area for food, gas, shopping and the University.

I liked how they had a restaurant on the property if you didn't feel like driving anywhere. And the property was close to the school so I didn't have that far to go.

It was bad. I’ve stayed in cheap hotels but none quite this bad. It looked like they had not cleaned the sheets prior to our visit. Smelled horrible apparently someone had been smoking in the bathroom before we came. Lots of riff raff outside in the common area during all hours of the night.

Toilet didn’t flush. Maintenance came quick to repair, but that was supposed to be our nap time. It took 20 minutes to checkin, and we were at the counter the whole time (lots of signatures for pets/parties/damage/etc). Window Air conditioner was very loud, and leaked water on the floor. Our feet were black from walking on the floors. Good pillows, sheets, and beds were decent. Shady patrons, smells of weed everywhere, and the chain was unfunctional, so no way to lock from the inside and guarantee no one was coming in.

Have to say it was not good. Fees were not as seen on web site. Middle of night used bathroom only to find the floor full of water. Thank god it wasnt from the toilet. It seems that flooding under the floor was the cause Hopefully somebody won't get the same room before it's fixed Breakfast was disappointing, was expecting eggs and meat. Turns out it was bagels and cereal That's about it

Check in was very impersonal , rude, and distracted. The room was amazing, huge bed, great pillows, and wonderful air conditioning The outside appearence of the facility doesn't match the amazing rooms The breakfast was nothing special, hopefully the waffle maker will be fixed soon

Hot breakfast should have more basic hot food, such as scrambled eggs, meat.

The property was quiet and clean. It was a little run down, however. The air conditioning in our room did not work. Thankfully the temperature outside was mild enough that it was not an issue. Most of the breakfast items were not available (drink machines weren't working) and by the time we got there at 8:30 am (breakfast ends at 9:00) they had stopped restocking so there was no fresh coffee and very little batter left to make a waffle. If you stay here and want a breakfast, get in early because it will be gone and won't be restocked. We made it through the night OK, but I will not be staying at this hotel again in the future.

Rooms need serious updating! Flooring and. Bedding were good, but walls and floor boards were awful! Rotten wood, rust, chipped or stained paint! Breakfast was a waffle or bagel! No protein and very limited. Probably would not stay here again.

For a whole week they had no working beverage dispensers during breakfast, the waffle maker was broken, their premade coffee was terrible, and the smell of weed filled the place
