We had a clean room with a good shower. It was an easy on/easy off the interstate with lots of parking. Staff as nice. A good plus was the availability of a luggage cart. The breakfast was ok. Waffles, bagels, cereal, coffee, muffins, etc. There was an excellent Mexican restaurant next door. We sat outside since the air conditioning was so cold, but the food was good.

The front desk lady was super accommodating! We asked for a quiet room since there was a wedding party happening that night, so she knew the room and we were satisfied. The only complaints are...there is no elevator; the indoor pool was cold; and there was no breakfast the next morning.

The only parking available, mulberry trees will fall all over your car. It’s very unfortunate that a cash wash then costs $20, no elevators only stairs so no one handicapped can stay. The entire building smells like smoke and ghetto gangsters wondering non stop.

Great location just off the interstate and close to grocery store and restaurant, only issue was card keys not working, staff had been informative of this, but it became so cumbersome to go in and out while carrying bags, everything else was great but this issue was very inconvenient.

There are issues with the door locks. They sometimes do not work very well. The website needs changed as it says they offer breakfast, but upon arrival there was a sign that says they no longer serve breakfast. Staff was very courteous and helpful!!!!!!!!!!

The room was clean and comfortable. It looks as if the owners are updating and it looks nice. My only complaint was the smell of our room. We checked in and came back later. The room had an awful smell and the carpet was wet. We let the front desk person know and they immediately got us another room. We were very grateful for that. I would stay again. Friendly service and clean rooms!

I didn't like how dark it was. Limiter lighting in the room. The room smelled bad and had a weird minty smell and also a Febreeze plug-in , which smelled differently than the mint. The hallway reeked of marijuana and I believe it was coming from the room next to ours.

This hotel was impeccably clean! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotels.com app went down as I was paying, and there was an issue and they made sure they watched for double billing and took care of any situations that arose. All is in perfect shape. I would highly recommend staying here, it was the best Travelodge I’ve ever stayed in. Also, there was a lovely Mexican restaurant next-door and they were open until 10 and happy to serve!

It was fine for a one night stay. Not the nicest rooms but the bed was comfortable. The curtains looked like something a scary clown would wear and the darkening shades did not work well. The staff were all very nice though. Be careful when reserving as they do have smoking rooms.

I srrived after heavy rain in the atea for a few days. They room was very humid. Bring a small humidifier. The room was nice. The bed was comfortable. I thought the smaller bed pillows wouldnt be easy to sleep on, but the turned out being very comfortable. I w ill stay here again.

The room was pretty clean and the front desk girls were great! On Sunday morning went down for breakfast and the lady working in the kitchen was very rude!!! I spoke with the front desk lady and told her how rude she was. A couple of older guest came in just a bit after 9:00am and she was very rude to them and told them that they would have to go out to lobby to eat. We felt bad so we let them sit at our table and the staff said “Oh wonderful!” and was very upset that we got up to let them sit down. I feel that should not be in hospitality if that is how is going to treat people.

The staff makes this property. The front desk ladies saw that my mom used a wheelchair and changed our second floor room to ground floor. I dropped my son's tie when checking in. It was waiting for me at the front desk when I needed it. Thank you for making a stressful weekend much less so.

We got a great deal, only $84 for one night. All staff members were super nice. At the front desk, we asked for extra blankets and pillows and she brought them up to our room for us while being so friendly. The free breakfast had good options and was clean. The room was a good size and everything felt clean. 10/10 would stay here again.

The check-in clerk was friendly and helpful. The room was okay, but the hotel really needed work on some thing i.e the towel rack was breaking off the wall, the outside entry door looked like it had been pried almost open, and there was no continental breakfast as advertised.

We had a clean room with a good shower. It was an easy on/easy off the interstate with lots of parking. Staff as nice. A good plus was the availability of a luggage cart. The breakfast was ok. Waffles, bagels, cereal, coffee, muffins, etc. There was an excellent Mexican restaurant next door. We sat outside since the air conditioning was so cold, but the food was good.

Breakfast was crap with no real choices. You had to smash your shoulder into the door to open the room door. Slam the bathroom door to get it to close. And apparently there is a fee per pet for the pet friendly rooms. Nothing listed when so booked. Will not stay there again

There are issues with the door locks. They sometimes do not work very well. The website needs changed as it says they offer breakfast, but upon arrival there was a sign that says they no longer serve breakfast. Staff was very courteous and helpful!!!!!!!!!!

My room was overall clean except there is mold on the shower ceiling. upon check-in there was no one at the front desk. there were 3 different people waiting for assistance and/or to check-in. We waited more than 20 minutes until someone returned to the front desk.

I stayed thirty seconds when they put me in a room that hadn’t been cleaned from the previous guests (!!) with sheets and garbage piled everywhere, empty pizza boxes, and smelling like a frat party doused in Axe body spray. It was so bad. I turned right around and waited in the (long line) again and demanded a full refund, which the manager did grant, and then I took myself down the road somewhere else. The property itself was in disrepair, aside from the room, too — peeling paint, poor maintenance. Stay somewhere else, man.

Hotel is dated. Was fine to just sleep for the night but definitely over priced for a Saturday night. Could have stayed downtown for the same price and higher quality hotel.
