What I did like was easy access to the highway. What I didn't like was the pool wasn't open, and a lady screaming around 4am. The ice Machines weren't working.

The staff was great! The hotel is older and needs some updates. Couldn't use the weight or laundry room, pool was closed for repairs. Rooms Could use a deep clean, but beds were comfortable and breakfast was good!

Overall, it was very dirty. There was black mold in the shower, cigarette holes in the bedding, grime, and the carpets were very stained and smelled bad. We could not get clean towels. Because “there weren’t any.” The pool was non-functioning with slime. The ice machine was broken. The washing machine and dryer were clearly broken as there was broken fitness equipment on top of them, and they were taped off. The day staff spent a lot of their day in the front of the building vaping. Really bizarre. Although, the evening and night staff were so incredibly kind and welcoming. All in all, would not recommend staying.

Our room was super clean. There wasn't a coffee pot in our room and the ice machine up stairs is broken so you have to go down stairs to get ice. The area was a lot smaller than I expected from the pics when I booked but over all our stay was good

Check in was slow and it was very run down. Pool has been down since covid. Ice machine was broken. Toilet was literally detached from the floor. And it was very noisy. I’m glad it was just one night.

The place was old and rundown. The pool was empty and looked like it hadn't been used in years. No elevator and we had a second story room and heavy suitcases. Clerk was disinterested and rude. He gave us room keys that didn't work. Air conditioning was weak. Would never recommend.

The place is very outdated and they could have called and told me before I got up there and checked in that the pool was down and also the ice machine wasn’t working. My tub in my room was very dirty it had black foot prints in it. I had to get my own cleaning supplies to clean the tub before I would take a shower or my kids. Very very disappointed

Very disgusting and front desk was extremely rude at check in. Pool was under maintenance but didn’t look like it was being touched. Who maintenances an outdoor pool in the summer? None of the ice machines worked so you had to go to desk to get a small bag, very inconvenient! Right when you first walk in a big nasty stain on the rug! Not a good first impression. All in all, a horrible stay!

Room was dirty. Hair in the bathtub. I didn’t stay the night. Ended up leaving after just a couple hours. Needs updated and most of all cleaned. Would not recommend. Only positive was the guy that checked me in.

Door to room did not properly close. Dirty in general, mildew in bathroom on walls and ceiling. Desk clerk was nice, but check in took forever as he was not properly trained before being given his own shift, had to call for help to get us checked in. Lobby smelled of chlorine even though pool was closed. Needs a thorough and true cleaning, not a quick toweling.

When we arrived we were shocked at the condition of the building compared to the reviews that we read online. When approaching the front desk a family was getting moved to another room because the one they were checked into had not been cleaned. Our desk clerk was very nice and quick to get us into a room. The room had an offensive odor. The dresser drawer was filthy. Roach bait could be seen around the headboard. There were handprints all over everything. We were impressed with the front desk clerk, but not Wyndham, the can do better. We will never trust another review. Theres a difference between "needs updated" and "filthy".

It smelled like smoke. Couldn’t get connected to internet. Had to go downstairs twice to get the tv to work. Lock on door broken. The carpet was very dirty. I would never stay there again.

Perfect place to lay your head after riding sxs at Rush Off Road park. Nothing fancy. The front desk staff friendly and helpful. Negatives is the house keeper came and took our dirty towels but didn't replace with fresh clean ones. Had to go to front desk for them. Hair dryer didn't work and TV you could turn on and off and volume but no other channels just stuck on MTV. Which not to bad was only there really to sleep not to hang in room

The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The room was kind of small for my parents, who both use a walker. The beds were much too high. We had to ask for a footstool just so they could get into the bed. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. We asked for a room on the ground floor and that was not a problem.

We had room for 3 people for 3 nights and on one towel and went down to get more and they gave use one more then the next night went down and the guy was super rude and had to take the 2 dirty towels down to get two more. I think if you get a room that sleeps 4 people and we had 4 people we should get more then 2 towels

Hotel exceeded most of the ratings. Slightly dated, but clean and well-cared for. Staff was very polite and accommodating. Had to leave early but will absolutely stay here again and again when visiting family. Thanks!

Tommy was the very best. He was the front desk clerk whom packed my 2 year old backpack n food into my room for me because my little one was asleep and my hands were full. Absolutely treat a stranger like family!!!All the way around best hospitality EVER!!!!

Stayed here for 3 nights while attending Rock The Country at Boyd county fairgrounds. Hotel is very close to the venue and the staff was super friendly and the room was clean. Close to restaurants and a Walmart for supplies. Liquor store right up the road.

Drive off highway to property is not very well marked. It is hard to see where to go to get to the property at night. Staff were very polite and helpful. However, first room I was given the door would not open unless you lifted it when swiping card and pushed hard on the door. I asked for a different room. Staff assigned me a new room with no problem. Room was clean and stocked with basic supplies. A coffee maker in the room would have been nice but coffee was available in the breakfast area.

Nice hotel for the value. We got a good rate. Hotel was right off the main road. The staff was friendly, and the room was older but well kept and clean. We had no issues with our stay. We would gladly stay again in the future.

One of the beds had a stain on the bed skirt. Also the breakfast was not as good as most Days Inn. We didn’t even eat breakfast because we were not impressed. I guess for the price of the stay you get what you pay for.

Did online checkin so when I got to hotel lady at desk just had to print papers and we were good to go! We had king size room, comfortable! Breakfast was delicious!!!

The hallway floors were really dirty, at breakfast they quickly ran out of things and didn’t replace them. The one piece of fruit left, an apple, was old and I had to throw it away. I asked for a handicapped room and was denied though there weren’t many people in rooms. The beds were too high, I had a difficult time getting in them, I’m 5’3”.

Carpet in the room was torn. The bedding was dirty with hair and stains. Room had spiderwebs in every corner. Tv had no tv stations. Was told the hotels washer and dryer that is used to wash the hotels bedding and towels wasn’t working.

Room was musty. We found roaches. There was no internet or cable due to recent storms and I was surprised it was not considered that urgent to get resolved. One bed did not have a comforter only a thin blanket that was as thick as a second sheet. Only positive I can say is the staff was friendly.

First my room was gave to someone else(they had this lady sign her name on my papers). I was told at least 14 people quit in 2 weeks. I couldn't check in for hours because they had to "clean our rooms) nasty floors, hallway too! All kinds of stuff on the floor (socks, super glue, beer caps. I was told by front desk lady that they had to spin the sheets out with a mop bucket and take wet laundry to holiday inn to dry. My family stayed in different room and again no towels or bed cover, the guy literally reached down and picked up blanket off the floor in the laundry room and gave to them and said it was clean! Breakfast was ridiculous! The staff dressed like they just got out of bed! Drugs are a big issue there! The front desk lady said that she turned away 2 different contractors telling them that Days Inn by Wyndham won't be paying them. She said she had to take her own money to buy things for hotel and she showed the receipts. I am a rewards member and I've stayed many places and this place is ran and looks like a run down motel!

Disappointed in the place. First room we got the air was not working. Got us into another room. Air was great. Shower had very little water pressure. Felt like a bubbler system not a shower. We could not get clean towels the 3 days we were there. That's unacceptable!! Decided to cancel our next days inn stay. This is the 2nd time we felt the hotel does not meet minimum standards.
