Pricey for a property in poor repair. No security chain on door. Bug in bathtub. Evidence of past bed bug infestation.

Good price, clean. No elevator, but was on 1st floor, but still weird.

Clean, remodeled…No security light by the rear entrance to our room. We knew there were two strange men there but you couldn’t make them out real well. No security reinforcement latch on room 235. It had been previously ripped off the door. Scary for two women traveling alone. Free breakfast but no batter for the waffles, no danish nor donuts, hardly any bread and very little seating for the amount of people down in the area.

Plentiful parking and lighting was excellent but really unhappy about the $100 refundable deposit which was not mentioned till i arrived also was refunded at checkout but will take several days to get it back POOR COMMUNICATION

The place was clean and staff was friendly. They cleaned my room every day and brought fresh towels too. Located in a nice area, outside is well lit up and feels safe. Simple breakfast with muffins, toast, waffles, etc. I stayed 3 nights and everything was comfortable and quiet. I will go there again.

They were available for check in just after 3 PM. The room was clean with no smells and the AC already turned down to a comfortable temperature. The property was well lit and a close parking space was always available. It was a no smoking property! Although further from the activity we were attending, the experience here was better. They offer a compimentary breakfast of cereal with milk, orange juice, coffee or tea and toast with jam. They were available for checkout.

The hotel is not ADA compliant. The room smelled, cheap furniture, snd not very clean overall. I will NOT stay there again and my family who live there will never recommend anyone to stay there.

There was no elevator to 2nd floor, which made it hard for those with knee problems.

Breakfast was minimal. Noticed that there was a large area in bathroom sink that didn't have laminate. It's a big spider in the sink. No elevator to the second floor.

The lobby area and stairwell have a pretty bad odor to it, which is very off-putting as the first thing you experience when you arrive. The carpet going up the stairs to the second floor is very dirty with visible stains and smells bad. These are reasons we did not even give the continental breakfast a try, as the kitchen/dining area is located in the same area as the lobby and main stairwell. Our room appeared to be clean and did not have a bad odor. The beds were firm, but we like a firm mattress, so we found them to be comfortable. Plenty of blankets and pillows. The TV remote was disgusting; very sticky. The towels were nice, but in a room for four people, they only provided three sets of towels. We made due and didn't ask for more, so that's on us. We did not use the soap or shampoo provided because we brought our own. The shower was nice and there was plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The shower head was nice also. There was a fridge and microwave in the room that we did not need for this trip, but its always nice to have that. There was also a nice bench with a high back and hooks to hang jackets. No closet, no hangers, but that didn't matter for us this trip.

I have made this hotel my place to stay when in Muncie. Clean, semi-quiet, love the no smoking rule. The price is also amazing. Definitely would recommend. Just one thing I would recommend the windows and shower curtain to be clean. My shower curtain had small stains. During my stay my room was 233. However, will definitely be back for my next trip.

Pictures are very old. This place has holes in the walls. When we checked in I wasn't charged for our dog. Tge clerk said no problem. When we were leaving I was charged Forty dollars for a undeclared dog . Carpets were brown with stains. Not worth 200 a night. Stay away

The room was very dirty. There was a smell in the room that was discovered to be the shower curtain that had obviously never been cleaned and had probably sat in dirty sour water. The paws of my white, 5 pound, 7 month old Shih Tuz puppy were black after only walking on the floor of the room. This was the absolute worst experience with a hotel I have ever had.

Waited several minutes before someone came to check us in, room was very basic. And found hair in the tub and on floor in bathroom

Entry carpet very dirty, room carpet dirty walked around in sox and ended up throwing them out. Too discusting to wash. Shower head was clogged with some brown residue. Shower spray more annoying than refreshing. Asked to change rooms durring the day while i was away but denied. Never going back.

The room was nice. Terrible water pressure in our room. It was a nice stay. Only thing I didn’t care for and was unaware of is the $100 deposit when you check in. That doesn’t get refunded back for 5-7 days.

So overall just a very very basic hotel. Room was fine for a place to crash. Room could use some paint in a few places but over all was clean. Daily maid service did a nice job of making the room back up after my first night's stay ( i was there three nights). Breakfast that was provided was beyond basic so I chose to eat elsewhere. Fridge in room worked well. Weekday nights were very quite with the weekend being the opposite. But i cant fault the hotel for other guest's simply being rude. Check in and out was smooth. If I was in the area traveling under the same circumstances, I would stay here again. Again very bare bones but clean and inexpensive.

Room was clean, and the pops of color were a nice touch. The beds are also pretty comfortable.

The fan in the bathroom didn’t work so there was sweat dripping off the light fixtures after shower.

Stayed for one night on a road trip. It was fine and a good price (about $70). Our AC was not in great shape and made a odd grinding noise. It wasn't too hot so it was fine just to shut it off. Breakfast was lackluster, mostly just waffle maker and drinks. The room itself was good. The bed and sheets were comfortable and clean. The floor was not carpet and was clean. Check in and out was quick and easy. Good parking.

Room was nice and clean. you could hear things going on outside the room. The room itself was a little stuffy Even with the air on for 4 days.

Overall the room is nice and clean. Location is good. Doors slamming 5-8am, dog barking and a child in screaming from 11pm-6am was discouraging. Otherwise it was nice.

We experienced several issues with our room (211). Our air conditioner had a loud squeaking noise that was so loud that we had to turn it off to sleep. Shower was draining slow, so had to stand in water while showering. Toilet seat only had one screw, so it was a balancing act to use it.

Tv didn’t work Air conditioning was horrible

Checked in had to pay extra refundable deposit. Said I'd get it back at check out. Wouldn't give me my deposit back because they said there was a cigarette butt on bath floor. There wasn't when I left the room a few minutes before that.

Staff was very helpful and friendly.

I have two bad experiences. 1. I was very thirsty and wanted to buy water from the reception late at night and all the receptionist said was she can’t accept card but cash. That’s weird, I have never experienced that in my life. 2. My reservation was for 3nights however I had an emergency and had to leave after the second night and wanted to see a possibility of refund since it was still 24hrs prior notice. I explained to the receptionist the situation, she told me nothing could be done with a straight face. These experiences really frustrated my wife and I. I loved the place but the services disappointed me.

Don’t stay here, they had no hot water all weekend! Nor did they care! Cold showers? No thanks. I asked twice to have the manager reach out to me-nothing. Terrible place and terrible service. How do they clean sheets with cold water???

the front desk girl was rude I requested a down stair room not once I call a couple times and they said it was all set getthere no rm. my Husband almost fell going up stairs and down when we left, I have a bad back abd knee and had to climb the steps to carry everything we needed with no help. and then we had to pay 100.00 dollar desposit.

I planned a trip to Muncie, Indiana but accidentally booked 2 hotels for the same trip. I called the Days Inn and asked if I could cancel my reservation and have the fee waived but they refused to waive the fee for the room. So I canceled the other reservation I had made at the Quality Inn, as they had indicated I might still be able to receive a waiver of their fee. But upon arriving at the Days Inn, I was informed that my reservation had indeed been canceled. At no time did I instruct Days Inn to follow through with the cancellation of the reservation since they refused to allow a waiver of the fee. So Days Inn canceled the reservation on their own without authorization. And when I arrived there, they refused to give me the room that I had reserved and was being charged for. When I said that I was there for the room and had not canceled it, they just insisted that it was canceled and said that the only way I could get a room was to make a new reservation. When I inquired as to whether or not I would have to pay twice, I was informed that, yes, I would have to pay for both the initial, now canceled reservation, as well as the new one. So Days Inn refused to waive the fee as a courtesy since I had accidentally booked two rooms for the same dates. They then canceled the room without authorization and still charged me for it. On top of that they also tried to charge me again, making me pay for a 2nd reservation, rather than giving me the room I had originally booked.

Very good stay for the price. Breakfast was good; they had biscuits and gravy; a lot of places don't have any protein except milk for cereal. No waffles, though. The room was clean and well-appointed. The staff was friendly and helpful. As others have mentioned, the mattress was firm, which is good if you like that.

I didn’t stay at this hotel after I had booked it. The location was questionable and I didn’t feel comfortable staying there. This is not up to the Wyndham standards 😢

We stayed for 4 nights and it was clean and nice. Housekeeping was outstanding. Service everyday including Thanksgiving!! Beds were good. The only thing they could change is their breakfast options- cereal and toast is no breakfast. Need to add more options and maybe a waffle maker for something hot and maybe bagels or hard boil eggs— there are a lot of options out here that would take literally nothing to have onboard. But I would stay there again- just plan to eat breakfast somewhere else!!

Breakfast is cereal, coffee and toast. The hotel is full of day workers and is noisy. It is dirty and loud.
