La chambre trop petite et le lit peu confortable . Ce n’était pas un grand lit , 2 petits collés.

Super hôtel avec service au top.

Transport retour en avion Transavia en retard de 3h moralité mon taxis m’a coûté tarif de nuit et presque double de Orly à fontenay le Fleury 93€ or je paye 54€ habituellement il me semble que vous pouvez réclamer avoir à la compagnie Si non tout se bien passé Merci de tenir compte mes remarque Cordialement Mme Ugrina Ana

Très bel hôtel, bien placé, chambres très agréables personnel attentionné et courtois. Petit déjeuner de grande qualité.

Superior Double Room Sea View - 10/10. Great size. Lovely and clean. Very nice decor. Heard hardly any noise. Bathroom - 10/10. Nice, clean ‘open-plan’ bathroom. Great shower. Great towels. Very nice toiletries. Bed - 10/10. Lovely bed and pillows. Some fantastic nights’ sleep. WiFi - 10/10. No issues. Pool Area - 10/10. Lovely size pool, but very cold. The area around the pool was great. Very clean, quiet and plenty of loungers. Gym - 10/10. Good size, with very new and decent equipment. Spa - 8/10. No treatments, but used the jacuzzi/pools. Not that exciting though. Breakfast/Dinner - 10/10. Stayed half-board. Very impressed. Decent variety and all of good quality. Could possibly improve on the heat of some of the dishes. Staff - 10/10. Superb. All staff were professional and polite. Hotel - 10/10. Great location for a 4 night stay. The hotel and the grounds very very clean and nicely decorated. It’s right next to the beach and the area itself is very nice for a walk. The A2 bus to and from the airport, as well as the 25 to Palma stop just outside (turn right outside of the front of the hotel). Guests appeared to be 90% German, as did the surrounding area. Turning right at the beach is quieter with less going on. Turn left and you’ll soon encounter the German bars and stag/hen dos. No issues though and if we’re ever back in Palma, we’ll probably return here.
