Había un agujero en el techo que lo tenían tapado con folios , lamentable .Se escuchaban hasta ruidos . No me fui de la habitación por que a las 7:30 cogía un vuelo y a las 4 me desperté y me iba.

Todo tranquilo un espacio pequeñito pero muy acogedor en una zona super centrica a 200 m las lineas de teanporte.

Upon arrival, we were met by Dianna who has no English (and we have no Spanish), good start you say. Through repeated sentences and gestures, we were able to communicate okay. The room is opened by entering a four-digit code. The room is small, very small. The mattress is foam, so hips and shoulders sink into it and legs, which have little weight stay up. The pillows sink in and collapse, so I needed two pillows to keep my head in alignment with my back. When we stayed, Seville had a very hot day of 43 degrees. The room has aircon, but it blows onto the head of the bed, so it's full in your face. There's no escaping it and there's nowhere to sit in the room. It's either on the bed or sit on the toilet with the lid closed. Parking is available at €17 per day about a ten minute walk away.

To start, our arrival got delayed so we messaged them through the hotels.com app, no response. Later I emailed them, still no response. Upon arrival we received a cold check in, I asked about not responding and received an unsatisfactory answer. Yes they did receive my messages but just couldn’t be bothered. We were given the room literally 2 metres from the check-in desk and beside the front door. This ground floor room had a window onto the street with street noise as well as the front lobby noise with a loud door. The room was so small that if it was any smaller the bed would be on the street. This was our worst room experience in years and we travel a lot. Do yourself a favour and book elsewhere.
