Hampton Inn & Suites Longview North

Fresb breakfast, clean room with microwave, extra sink in the double suite. 2 beds and couch bed. A lot of space and a desk. Indoor swimming pool and a hot tub. Some items were missing in the room such as a hair dryer and microwave glass plate but they came quickly and replaced those items. Only thing i didn't like was the charge for the room incidentals. 125 charge! It actual cost more than my room! Anyways the hotel room is near walmart, Sams club, Braums, and other restaurants. Over the stay was great ans i would rebook the hotel and room.

Very nice stay

As one of the more expensive properties in the area, i was expecting more. The furniture was very beat up, one of the lights was broken, and there was sharp metal on back.of closet. The toilet screamed when you flushed it and the ac rattled loudly. Nothing was dusted. It felt like a budget motel. Visited the pool area and it was very dirty. Wet towels were tossed everywhere, there were no dry ones, and there was discarded food products on the food. Hot tub jets did not work. The staff was extremely pleasant and welcoming. They are the only reason this isnt a 1 star review.

Room had stains on every piece of fabric. Asked for new sheets for the bed because previous sheets had all kinds of stains, but new sheets had stains. Couch was covered in dirt and other miscellaneous particles, so it obviously hasn’t been vacuumed. Mattress was stained brown. Curtains won’t cover all the way so privacy was limited. Hot tub was nasty with mildew stains everywhere. Staff was decently friendly but overall a little hostile feeling. Almost like they knew they were a terrible hotel. The breakfast had moldy bagels! The milk was expired too, by almost a week. This place seriously needs new management and or closure until fixed.
