Very impressed. The property may be getting slightly dated, but everything was great. Phenomonal service, bar stays open until midnight and long hours for the pool as well. Room was great, nice studio size and a door between the beds and living area.

The hot tub was out of service and the steam room smelled like fish. Not the cleanest hotel. The staff was super friendly and the hotel was very beautiful.

Comfortable place to stay, good staff. Excited to see a sauna, disappointed it was out of order. A few ice machines and other amenities also out of order. The in-hotel restaurant menu was wrong online, and had much more limited offerings - would probably suggest just eating elsewhere.

Rooms were not ready at the 4:00 check in time and we waited in the lobby till after 5:00pm. Although I’m a Hyatt rewards member, they charged an additional $10.00 per day to park in their lot that did not have any open parking spots.

It was an excellent stay. Kids loved the water play area, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The restaurant was excellent as well. Nice quiet rooms and very roomy.

The room was dirty. The bathroom was not cleaned between us and the prior guests and housekeeping needed to come back and clean. The pullout couch mattress was extremely solid from top to bottom with yellow stains and what appeared to be a voimt stain at the foot of the mattress. The patio door was broken and we froze the first night as te outside temp was mid 30s. The restaurant has a limited menu and the food is very expensive for the portions. 2 adult and 2 kids meals with waters and juice were $100 no alcohol. I have stayed here in the past and has good experiences the last visits service was horrible, the rooms were not well kept and the restaurant is not family affordable. The parking lot is small and fills up quickly if they have an event. The pool water was so cloudy we coulldn't see the bottom.

When we got to our room there were huge gross pee stains all over our mattress. Because it was late and I was tired- I slept on the floor. The next morning I went to the front desk and showed the man at the counter the pictures I took of the pee stains and told him how disgusting it was. He replied with “Sounds good- I’ll let housekeeping know” and that was it. I said “You’ll let housekeeping know? That’s it”? And he said “How do you want your receipt? Email?” I’ve never been more grossed out and disappointed.

Overall, I’m extremely pleased with our stay at the Hyatt Regency Green Bay. Building and facilities were clean and well maintained. Staff was attentive, professional and polite. Both my wife and I have had knee injuries and would appreciate comfort height toilets. Thank you.

Hotel is okay , but not great. Space wise its great for families, but overall cleanliness is not great . We have observed dirt and vomit on the elevator and 7th floor carpet, had to report to front desk and then they cleaned. Swimming pool is okay. However so much of confusing statements from the front desk lady available on 9th July morning while checking out, she is not well aware of the process and continued to give diff statements. We booked2 rooms on 8th July night 704 and 707, and we were mentioned that no parking charges to be there for the Hyatt club members during the checkin time, however the during the check out time the front desk lady completely ignored that and printed the receipt including that parking charges which should have been $0 ! While mentioning the same, she gave $5 off ! Its a joke ! While again I mentioned , she gave full refund of parking fee whereas continued to argue that last night front desk person did wrong committed about this parking fee benefits to us ! Either she doesn't know or last night front desk person has done wrong commitments !. Whatever it is, its not a pleasant experience to spend ~10 min for $10 parking fee return. Not sure why she continued the confusing statements with me and with my friend also it happened same ! I will request your management to look into and talk to front desk about this to bring in clarity. Ideally if its a benefit being promised it should have been by default come as adjustments to the receipt !

Air conditioning wasn’t working and after repeated request they did not fix it for the night and it was horrible. Had to request a different room the next day and that worked. Just a bad experience overall.

This is an older property showing its wear. Probably built in the 1990s, but still stately. Rooms are big and arranged in a ring overlooking what was once a grand reception hall adjacent to a convention center. Not real close to the city center, so I probably won’t stay here again.

The bed in our room was the most comfortable bed we have ever experienced in a hotel. Also when we had to check out a day earlier than planned due to husband’s health issues, our bill was credited with the missed nights stay immediately without us having to ask about it. That was so appreciated at a stressful time and will be remembered the next time I am making reservations somewhere.

The rooms are so spacious and clean. The whole hotel felt expensive, even though the rates were decent. With all the things going on in Green Bay this weekend, I'm grateful they had availability. Pool area was very nice, including a small steam room and sauna. We didn't eat at the in-hotel restaurant, but my grandsons made use of the Marketplace grab and go items. There are several places close by in town to order food for delivery; the heat kept us from walking to them, except for the Pink Guava which we walked to twice. The staff was incredibly friendly. Really the only negative I can think of is that the elevators are a bit slow. Beautiful hotel, I will definitely stay there again.

The hotel was fine. It is a very dated property. I did not fine it to be a good value. They did not have enough parking, so we had to park across the street at the bank. Elevator is painfully slow. AC would not go below 70, so we were hot at night. The front desk tried to adjust it remotely but were not able to fix it.

We had a very pleasant stay. Check-in went quickly despite the large amount of people checking in after the Packer game. There was a nice bar/restaurant that we were able to get a bite to eat along with some drinks. The rooms were large, clean with very comfy beds.

Nearly everything about our stay was excellent. Nice facility, spacious and comfortable rooms, very clean and well apportioned. However, we arrived at 4:10 PM knowing check-in was as 4:00 PM. The clerk who checked us in informed us that our room was not ready and that we needed to wait about 5 minutes in the lobby. He assured us he would text me to return to the front desk to receive our room keys. At 4:30 PM after sitting in the lobby for over 15 minutes, we had not received a text, so my wife returned to the desk, spoke with a different clerk and received our room keys.

Nearly everything about our stay was excellent. Nice facility, spacious and comfortable rooms, very clean and well apportioned. However, we arrived at 4:10 PM knowing check-in was as 4:00 PM. The clerk who checked us in informed us that our room was not ready and that we needed to wait about 5 minutes in the lobby. He assured us he would text me to return to the front desk to receive our room keys. At 4:30 PM after sitting in the lobby for over 15 minutes, we had not received a text, so my wife returned to the desk, spoke with a different clerk and received our room keys.

I checked in after 4pm and my room was not ready. I was leaving for a boat tour within an hour and was told it would be 15-20 minutes. I had to leave for the tour stopped back at the desk to express my displeasure. Lo and behold my room was ready however I was never texted as I was told I would be. I had to wait until 8:30 pm to get to my room.

Our stay was amazing, the room is spacious and thr hotel offers all the amenties your would need on any type of trip. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. Our trip was just an overnight for a fashion show my wife walked in called the BOLD and we will be back for a longer weekend soon.

Check in time states 4pm and we didn’t get into our room until after 7pm. No discount or credit for restaurants offered for inconvenience. No later check out time offered either. Gave away a room requested which created a bigger inconvenience as I tried to check in earlier when rooms weren’t all ready. Received a text they were ready but they moved us to very different rooms then those promised to us. Which means they ended up giving a connecting room away. In the past I have always had a good experience which is why we went back. Hopefully this was a one off experience but no care was given from the staff when they asked how my stay was and shared it was just alright.

This hotel stay wad a let down. They put up signs saying that quiet hours are from 7 pm - 7 am but never did anything to enforce this. We had about 20/30 kids running up and down the hotel at 1 am and slamming doors, we couldn’t sleep. In the morning at checkout I complained and they said they would take off parking in a very dismissive way without apologizing or giving us any sort of apology. They had security walking around but they never addressed the children running around on each floor. Very poor service.

This hotel is amazing. Its a really nice property and the downtown location is pretty sweet. Also, I want to specifically shout out Anastasia because her service is absolutely TOP NOTCH! If you get the pleasure of dealing with her, consider yourself very lucky. Her kindness & professionalism is unmatched.

Overall, I’m extremely pleased with our stay at the Hyatt Regency Green Bay. Building and facilities were clean and well maintained. Staff was attentive, professional and polite. Both my wife and I have had knee injuries and would appreciate comfort height toilets. Thank you.

Great location for Packer game days! Convenient parking for the hotel and nearby in a city garage. Had transportation to Lambeau Field. Also only a couple of blocks from the river and dining options. Solid staff was helpful with recommendations on getting around and want to explore in downtown Green Bay.

My stay at the Hyatt is always wonderful. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the hotel is clean and kept up extremely well. It’s close to lots of restaurants, entertainment, and a beautiful view of the water.

Stayed during Draft weekend and the staff was top notch! The food in the pub was hearty and delicious! There was a lot of security at the hotel during the Draft and we felt incredibly safe. Our two queen suite was massive and we had lots of room for getting dressed/makeup & hair stuff, which is nice for my friend and I. The only thing I didn’t like was my bed (but everyone has different preferences for firmness) and this one was too soft for my liking. I don’t fault Hyatt for this at all in complete fairness. Otherwise all the amenities and property was fantastic, I’d absolutely without a doubt stay here again.

Overall we enjoyed our staym staff was nice and atebtive. There were some issues that I pacted our enjoyment though. The wifi was very slow and the chrome cast flat out didn't work on 1 of the tvs. One device is allowed to be connected to the Chromecast for the entire stay, which we didn't realize making thing hard for us. The kiddy pool area was out of service with no notice. The restaurant and market were pretty over priced. It was hard to get bare basic breakfast for 2 adults and a 3 year old for under $50

Great place to stay with a family if attending an event at the KI Center or elsewhere downtown. Pool, hot tub, sauna are wonderful. Spacious room but sleeper sofa needs to be updated. Balcony was an exciting perk. Great lobby & social space for meeting up with friends & family. Great latte from the coffee shop adjacent to the lobby.

We ate at the pub in the hotel and the french onion soup bowl was not even half full, the soup was luke warm and when I ate the cheese there was cheese paper still stuck to the cheese. They did apologize and comp the soup and two drinks we had but was not impressed with that and will not be eating there again. You also have to pay $10 a night to park so be aware of that.

Great hotel. Kids loved that it looked so “fancy”. However I was mislead to think that they had continental breakfast. That is my fault as the description did say “breakfast available” but in the pictures it showed what appeared to look like a continental breakfast. The 333 Restaurant at the hotel is very expensive ($100 for family of 5) and the food was not good. I had French toast and it tasted like onions. Most likely as they cook the same foods all on the same grill. Kids who love pancakes, barely even forced one cake down. Going forward I would stay at this property again and just plan on finding a different place for breakfast

We had a very pleasant stay. Check-in went quickly despite the large amount of people checking in after the Packer game. There was a nice bar/restaurant that we were able to get a bite to eat along with some drinks. The rooms were large, clean with very comfy beds.

I've stayed here a couple times. Staff is always friendly and helpful. They've got a little coffee shop inside the hotel that's open during the day, with snack options that can be purcased 24/7 either at the coffee shop or at the front desk. They also have a restaurant that is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The hotel is beautiful inside! They have tons of rooms, cool glass elevators to look down at the lobby, etc. They've also got a pool. Their parking is gated and safe (and free if you sign up as a member - which is free to do at check in). It's at a convenient location, and just a really nice hotel.

Hyatt needs to do better as far as a clean room. My main issue was the restroom. It was not cleaned well and gave an appearance that the house cleaners just move as routine rather than actually putting in effort and seeing what needs to be cleaned. Also, Hyatt please do better with the toilet. My 11 year old asked why the toilet was so small. So you can imagine how an adult feels on the toilet. Along with the size, the flushing pressure was very weak. Also, the toilet seat needed to be replaced rather than whatever they used to repair what appeared to have been a chipped spot or some type of damage to it. Overall, it was not up to the standard of Hyatts that I’ve been in previously, or from what I paid to stay. The staff was friendly throughout the stay. The lady checked me in appeared to not want to have been there, which was a bit disappointing. She was very short with words and advising where I needed to go once checked in. When I asked where the elevator was, she appeared annoyed. Hopefully, that’s not her normal demeanor.

Everything wonderful. There was an issue with the AC not going lower than 72, but they quickly provided 2 fans and that solved the issue. We were there 3 nights and best stay we've had in past 7 years with any hotel from Seattle to NY.
