Alona Hotel

Dejligt hotel ,venligt hjælpsomt personale, super dejlig morgenmad, og den absolut bedste hotelseng jeg nogensinde har sovet i. Sov som en lille prinsesse. Eneste minus var et ret svagt WiFi signal.

Hotel nice and clean. staff friendly. great location. Dinners not very good compared with last year. restaurant and food, more like a cafe. I left half my dinner. i would stay again but eat elsewhere.

Food was good staff were polite and helpful room was clean and spacious.plenty of parking.

Nice hotel but getting a bit dated. Decor is old fashioned and showing signs of wear. Staff are very pleasant and helpful though and food is usually quite good. Breakfast choice was OK although serial was just boxes, no granola or dried fruit etc which is a little disappointing as I like to alternate the usual Bacon and eggs with a healthy choice from time to time.

I could not use the shower in my room. The smell from the drain was absolutely horrendous. I had to put a towel over the drain just so I could go in there & use the toilet. The smell was so bad that I surprised Housekeeping staff did not inform them before putting a guest in there! Both bedside sockets for lamps did not work. Luckily I only had one night there & so I told them about this the next morning at checkout. I was advised that a manager would contact me, but I heard nothing.
