Villa Montes Hotel

This hotel is a great spot almost in the city, close to the airport and has a lovely old European vibe. Spacious rooms and easy parking are a bonus.

When I checked in they told me that breakfast starts at 6am. I showed up for breakfast the next morning at 6 am and was told that breakfast will not be served until 6:30 am. I departed without having breakfast.

I visit this hotel frequently, and the staff has become like family to me. However... the air conditioning situation is a real problem. I have to open the windows at night because the system simply stops working. It’s still cool enough right now, but I have no idea what it will be like in the summer. I stayed there this past weekend with my wife and children, and my wife was furious; she barely slept at all, as the issue with the A/C is a very serious matter for her.

Will stay here again on next visit. More breakfast choices if possible. Protein eggs and bacon

Great stay staff super helpful. Breakfast included nice addition. Comfy bed.
