Property was on outskirts of town and not fenced. Pool area needed a tidy up and playground area was not usable - main reason we booked it as we had two young children. Staff was very polite and helpful when tv not working and did fix problem. Rooms need a thorough clean behind furniture and repairs.

Great place for a stopover with my two small dogs. Very dog friendly!! It’s an older style motel and there were some repairs that needed to be done but it was very clean and secure. (The pool was not overly clean but we had no intention of using it) I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it for a stopover on your travels.

This motel is very convenient, spacious rooms and comfortable. There is a swimming pool, which can be welcome. The staff are all good. The only shortcoming is closeness to the highway, but that can be lived with.

Nice motel have stayed there before,It’s in a quiet area ,comfortable large bed . The main problem with the room was The toilet seat wasn’t attached to the toilet it was just sitting on the toilet pan The shower grout had mould in it but would stay there again but need to keep up the maintenance 🤔

We got what we paid for, staff were very helpful. Most things in the room were clean, but stains in the carpet gave the impression of dirty. Noisy between walls and roof. No road noise, aircon great, good sized fridge. Lot of tea and coffee.

The room was well presented and very clean. We were a little worried about it being near a main road but we had no issues whatsoever ever with noise. Check in was collecting your room card from a safe and these instructions were very clear in the text message. The room had all the necessities, microwave, kettle, toaster cutlery and plates. We would definitely stay again.

Never again, I'm still disgusted. My wife lifted up the toilet lid and there was a "brown" smear on the seat. She then lifted the seat and there was poo splatter all over the back of the toilet rim and under the seat! Later we noticed brown splatter on the wall under the toilet roll holder! Absolutely disgusting. The motel itself is completely run down, weeds overgrown through the playground and pool area. We couldn't wait to leave, and did so at 6am!

We have stayed at the motel before room is really nice and staff always helpfull. The only problem are the A/C which are in a strange place in the room and dont appear to be working well as the room.dors not cool down.

Whilst the room was clean and presentable it was a little tired and getting to the point of needing a refresh. With this said the bed was very comfortable though I did wonder how much sleep I would get when I saw disposable ear plugs on the bed side cabinets. I did not try the pool and did not need to contact staff about anything. The motel operates a contactless check-in however there were contact details available if assistance was required.

Upon checkin in I had the worst experience ever. The manager is a horrible rude man with the worst customer service I have encountered. He ignored me when I came in and said hello, how are you? He ignored my questions, was extremely rude, swearing and all round unpleasant. When I was in my room, He later banged on my door, told me he would let himself in if I didn’t open the door, I was resting and had no pants on. I opened the door, I could smell alcohol on his breath and he accused me of setting off a smoke alarm, which I did not, I do not smoke. Proceeded to be even more rude and told me I was calling him a liar and tried to get me to leave the room. I will never be staying here again and this man should not be anywhere around people. Vile!

Stayed here a few times as a mid-point on the Canberra to Brisbane drive. The team texted me the late check in details in the morning, knowing I've never made it in to the front counter. That level of personal service makes a difference

Was very happy to be greeted by the Manager who was very helpful, not only with the room, but also arranging the courtesy bus for us, for dinner at the Manno Hotel. Really liked the town.

I am 82 years old and this accommodation is suggested by WOTIF as being OK - it is the worst place I have ever stayed in - no receptionist - no service - very noisy being next to the laundry - SIMPLY A PLACE NOT TO STAY! NOT WORTH 1 STAR

Property was reasonably clean. But be careful walking up the steel stairs with heavy luggage in the evening. You must just get a sarcastic definition of what "courtesy" meant. A simple "sorry" wasn't enough for the owner, more sarcasm was in store if you disturbed the owner's sleep at 9:30m for 60 seconds. Seriously...why work in hospitality with an attitude like that and being so easily offended. Never had I been treated this way by a motel operator. Good news for the operator is that he won't be disturbed by me any longer. I won't be back.

The place was close to transport. And restaurants where across the road...if you like walking there is a walkway right out the front

Expedia states restaurant on site which isn’t right. After 12 hour shift I had to walk 3 km round trip to get a meal and no breakfast offered. Otherwise it is an OK boreing but clean place to stay.

Was very happy to be greeted by the Manager who was very helpful, not only with the room, but also arranging the courtesy bus for us, for dinner at the Manno Hotel. Really liked the town.

Service was good & easy check in & out. Room is ok & good for an overnight stay. Close to the road so easy access. Food not far away.

The good things first, this was nice and clean, bathroom was really clean. The beds were comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. Now the rest…I was a little bit worried that it might collapse on top of us with massive cracks in one wall and across the ceiling. I would think they would have checked to ensure it’s structurally sound, but visually it was a worry. I doubt all of the rooms are like that, but we stayed in room 7 and it had that problem. There were no staff there. We arrived at 4pm and were sent a code to access the secure box for our key, so I don’t know what you do if there are problems, it’s self check in and out all day. The other thing was it was really noisy, it’s on the main road, but most of the noise we heard was from the room above us, and they weren’t noisy, just walking around the room. The motel did provide earplugs though, so they must know it’s an issue and have made a genuine effort to mitigate the problem. Would I stay there again? Yes…as I said it was clean and comfortable which are the two things that matter to me on an overnight stay, if I was staying longer than one night, I’d probably choose somewhere else.
