The Staff was friendly and fantastic. The smoke detector was faulty and went off where me and the hotel staff had to try to fix it. That happened the first night so check in was terrible. The staff apologized and was super friendly. Stuff like that happens. The hotel room was super clean. The pool was dirty with a big hairball. I had to get the cleaning net and clean it myself.

Quick overnight stay with the kids and everything was great. The pool was area was clean and well taken care of. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast area was a bonus for a quick grab and go before we left. Thanks!!

There was trash from the previous customer under the bed , the bed skirt was visibly dirty with some sort of white substance , there were red looked like blood spots all over the room and on the lamp shade, the fridge was dirty, there were wires sticking out of the wall where I presume a fire alarm was supposed to be I told the front desk which they responded they’d send someone right up and no one came!!!

In desperate need of renovation. Very stained carpets, chipped paint and woodwork, generally poor condition. My room was missing its smoke detector, sink was cracked, and clock did not work. Breakfast offerings were pre-packaged foods and a microwave. Fruit was overripe. Would not stay again until remodelled.

I was charged twice for having a pet, and still waiting to have the charges reversed. Only the manager can reverse the charges and they were not in to assist the front desk. Front desk wasn’t sure when the manager would be in, so I would need to call back. This is hard when you are traveling through and out of state.

Property is conveniently located just off I-80. Lots of dining choices with a Pizza Ranch next door and many options within walking distance. If you are looking for shopping - head north on 2nd Ave and there are many places to shop - including a Wal-Mart about 4 miles north of the hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful and the room was very nice. Recommend this hotel!

There were brown splatters on the bathroom wall and I found hair from unknown regions on the bathroom floor. The breakfast was also one of the worst I’ve ever had. The biscuits and gravy was gelatinous. Also, my room did not have a coffee maker. The staff was pleasant though.

We had a good stay here. The only issue was that there were no coffee makers in the rooms. Just a small inconvenience. But otherwise we would stay here again.

The hotel needs work. It is run down. If they allow pets, they should not have carpeting. It's a pee pad and no matter what solutions you use, the smell does not go away. My room smelled like a wet dog. I have 3 dogs and my house does not smell like this. Coffee was ready, that's great. I never stay for breakfast, I leave at 4:30 am and a I was told that coffee would not be ready and to go to starbucks or use the coffee maker in the room. People pour water from used water bottles in the coffee makers, I suggest that have them in the room, wet unsanitaey. the room was clean but refuse to shower when there aren't individual shampoo on the counter, nasty people get ahold of those.

Very close to lots of different restaurants. Easy on and easy off to the interstate. A good stay.
