The hotel rooms are run down. They only gave us 2 towels for a room booked for 4 adults. When I asked for more towels, I was told that they would be delivered to my room... which never happened. By the next morning, still no towels available. I heard many customers asking for towels. Breakfast was just okay. The gym equipment is run down and the treadmill does not work. Very disappointed. Will not be coming back.

I have stayed here several times and each time it gets worse. This time the tv never worked despite me calling because someone had stolen the power cable. The floors are perpetually sticky. The heated indoor pool is never heated. The staff is quite rude and housekeeping doesn’t know the meaning of the do not disturb sign. I work at night and sleep during the day and they knock and wake me up everyday. Sometimes as far as trying to come in The room but the chain is on. I won’t stay here again!!

The lady in the front was very nice , people were nice.Very poor gym. I still did a nice work out.Broken equipment and not many at all. Overall was nice. The most important thing is to be treated nicely and I was , but definitely the beauty of capitalism is not practiced there to the fullest.

The pool was not in service, even though that was not listed. The room was dirty and the lock didnt work. The bed was broken and dipped in the middle. Someone was stomping around on the top floor for half the night. Breakfast was ok...but 2 of the juices were out of order.

Room was not clean and sheets were stained or dirty. The bed was the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever tried to sleep on. The entire property is very rundown. The pool was out of order. I complained that the bathroom light was not working and they came to fix it and found out the bulb was not in the socket. So that means someone had removed the lightbulb, but never replaced it. I would not recommend this hotel at all, but there were no other hotels in the area available so I ended up needing to stay overnight. Breakfast was not as good as it typically is at hotels. Very disappointed in my stay.

Mold in the bathroom and generally not clean. Elevator floor was dirty when we arrived and still dirty 4 days later when we left. Did not have any DO NOT DISTRUB signs for the room door. Awaken daily by house keeping.

Country Inn and Suites in Albany Ga is filthy dirty. I wish I could attach pictures. I think I was in a room that was not supposed to be in rotation. They said they would give me a discount after moving to another room, but they didn’t. They lied. The suite I stayed in the first night, the air was broken, couldn’t use the couch because it was stained dirty. I had the worst stay. The toilets had gross back crap all inside the rim of the toilet. Just filthy.

The room was dirty, the couch was disgusting with huge stains. I had to ask to have my room changed. The next couch had a seat cover over it. The bathroom tub and toilet was disgusting and half cleaned. The tub was old and rusty and looked as if it would fall in any minute. I bought cleaning supplies and linen and cleaned and covered things to be able to get through my 2 nights there.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Our initial room thermostat went out and we were moved to a different room after mutiple complaints of it being hot. The floor in the new room is not level. It's like walking up and down hills. The window has a huge crack in it from top to bottom. The dresser drawers in both the new and old rooms doesn't stay closed. The sofa has stains on it. The desk chair had stains. The blankets have stains on them. The hotel ran out of wash clothes/towels. Some of the staff has been rude or doesn't seem to care when we have inquired about different things. Too busy watching videos on their phones. The wall in the shower is damaged in one area. This hotel is obviously long overdue for renovations or completely torn down and start all over. The carpet is extremely dirty throughout. I'm not sure how they passed inspections. The toilet seat was marked up with crayon. I am so disappointed by my stay here. Never Again!!!

The housekeeper did not announce herself before she came into the room after 9am when checkout is at 11am. The owner then debated with me about the safety issues saying I should have put my latch on, but I would have used my firearm on the housekeeper thinking it was an intruder it would be a different story. Then the room was dirty, the sink had hair in it the refrigerator didn’t work. Then the room was nasty and stank.

The room was spacious and looked comfortable. The sofa was full of stains, the bedspread was stained, the floor felt sticky to walk on. There was a hole torn in the sheer panel curtain. The mattress felt worn out as you immediately fell to the middle like rolling down a hill. The drawers on the dresser wouldn't stay closed. All you had to do was alked past and the drawers slid open. The stay was comfortable for the most part and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were told on checkin that a hot breakfast would be set up from 7-10. We went down for breakfast around 9:30 and the food was cold. Half of the breakfast set up was already broke down and put away. Several patrons came in after us for breakfast and looped through then walked out as there was no breakfast to get. If you offer breakfast from 7-10 the food needs to be there and hot until 10.

There were so many things in my room that were broken. The window was broken so bad. I was afraid it was going to fall in on me. The sink was broken. There were 2 pieces of tile with no ground around them. I won't be staying there anymore. The problem is. When you've been driving a long time to get where you're going. All you want to do is crash. When you get there, you don't feel like messing around with moving to another room.

This was by far the worst hotel ever. Upon arrival I was put in room 2231. The floors were uneven and have an indentation that made for a hazard and fall risk. Then the front office moved me to room 2229, where the curtain was rigged so that it could not be pulled back for any sunlight and the bath tub was rusty that made for a very unpleasant shower. The door would not close completely, even though it was locked from the outside. I am very disappointed in the upkeep of these rooms and this hotel needs to be refurbished or at best closed. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. I will never stay at this hotel again when in town.

The housekeeper tried to force her way into my room. It wasn’t even check out time. First of all she didn’t even knock. I had the latch on the door. After she couldn’t enter bc of the latch she began to try to force her way into the room, literally using her body to bang against the door. We had to yell for her to stop. After checking out I attempted to report the issue to the desk attendant who was dismissive of my concern, never offered an apology, and insinuated that it was my fault that the incident occurred. The housekeeper tried to force her way into my room. It wasn’t even check out time. First of all she didn’t even knock. I had the latch on the door. After she couldn’t enter bc of the latch she began to try to force her way into the room, literally using her body to bang against the door. We had to yell for her to stop. After checking out I attempted to report the issue to the desk attendant who was dismissive of my concern, never offered an apology, and insinuated that it was my fault that the incident occurred. The hotel was overbooked and they gave us Room 231 which the door didn’t lock. We notified the clerk on duty, he promised to give us 40% off the room and promised that maintenance will come and fix the door. We had to put a rolling chair underneath the door. The next day a very young clerk promised me that he would forward our concern to management which he didn’t, he said no discount would be provided since we went through a 3rd party. No accommodations at all and my family, friends, travel teams, coaches and other associates will not stay at this hotel EVER.

Hotel was filthy and was not maintained very well. Front desk worker was very pleasant but it took her changing us rooms four different times to find one that been cleaned. She said housekeeping was short staffed which is understandable, but they probably need to communicate better. Would not stay again.

I have stayed here several times and each time it gets worse. This time the tv never worked despite me calling because someone had stolen the power cable. The floors are perpetually sticky. The heated indoor pool is never heated. The staff is quite rude and housekeeping doesn’t know the meaning of the do not disturb sign. I work at night and sleep during the day and they knock and wake me up everyday. Sometimes as far as trying to come in The room but the chain is on. I won’t stay here again!!

All staff was super super friendly!! The rooms are outdated but I knew that beforehand. The couch had horrible stains on it but they had a couch cover on it. I needed the couch to turn into a double bed for a few of my children and they didn’t feel comfortable sleeping on it due to cleanliness. The showers would be nice if they changed out the shower heads. The breakfast was good and it was nice to have hot coffee whenever you wanted it! The lobby area stayed neat and in order!

Where do I start, first and foremost the young lady at the front desk was very pleasant and welcoming during my check in. My only complaint is that I am hoping that the new ownership begins to make some serious renovations especially if they plan to continue to carry that particular brand name. The interior carpets are so worn out and tired, they needed to be replaced ten years ago. Hire someone to pressure wash the front entrance once every quarter, the dirt build up and stains on the walkway and exterior of the building is very unwelcoming to say the least. Replace some rooms furnishings as some drawers on nightstands would not remained closed. An actual attendant for the breakfast area would be nice as people go downstairs and make 4 to 6 waffles delaying others. An additional waffle maker on the weekends or during city events would help.

The hotel is located within walking distance of shopping, movies and lots of places to eat. The area is well lit at night. The only thing that I could complain about was I had to have my key card reset almost every time I left my room. It was a minute inconvenience because my room wasn't far from the front desk and the staff took care of it right away each time. I'd definitely stay here again.

Room was not clean and sheets were stained or dirty. The bed was the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever tried to sleep on. The entire property is very rundown. The pool was out of order. I complained that the bathroom light was not working and they came to fix it and found out the bulb was not in the socket. So that means someone had removed the lightbulb, but never replaced it. I would not recommend this hotel at all, but there were no other hotels in the area available so I ended up needing to stay overnight. Breakfast was not as good as it typically is at hotels. Very disappointed in my stay.

The carpet on each floors really need to be heavy clean or replaced. The staff is truly wonderful all of them.The breakfast is alway very good. However, I go to work at 3:00am there is never any coffee out.

There were no eggs, very little potatoes, 2 yogurts and they ran out of bagels and bread. Not what I expected form this hotel line. Left hungry and had to stop somewhere else to eat. Extra money spent.

I've stayed here a few times. Clean. Convenient. Cost-effective. Couple tips... in-room A/C is noisy (I have to use earplugs) and there's no breakfast until after 7AM. Not for early-risers.

The room was spacious and looked comfortable. The sofa was full of stains, the bedspread was stained, the floor felt sticky to walk on. There was a hole torn in the sheer panel curtain. The mattress felt worn out as you immediately fell to the middle like rolling down a hill. The drawers on the dresser wouldn't stay closed. All you had to do was alked past and the drawers slid open. The stay was comfortable for the most part and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were told on checkin that a hot breakfast would be set up from 7-10. We went down for breakfast around 9:30 and the food was cold. Half of the breakfast set up was already broke down and put away. Several patrons came in after us for breakfast and looped through then walked out as there was no breakfast to get. If you offer breakfast from 7-10 the food needs to be there and hot until 10.

The room me and my family stayed in had a terrible smell in it I had to buy Lysol spray to freshen it up the room was supposed to have had an pull out couch but when we got there the couch cushions were turned upside down and it was stains on the couch it was so late at night I wish I could have went to a different hotel but I was traveling with kids so I had to make sure they were safe the bathroom toilet is way outdated and dirty so unpleasant to even take a shower in the bathroom the curtains were even dirty while I was ironing my clothes the next morning for my grandmothers funeral a big black roach either came out of the iron or somewhere he started crawling on the same bed we were sleeping in I just thanked god he didn’t crawl on us while we were sleeping I was supposed to stay another night but we checked out and left and got back on the road to go home 0/10 do not recommend find somewhere else to stay

Only complaint I have is the Room 211 we were in needed a upgrade, tub needs to be replaced it has a Crack in it . You can see where they keep caulking and ainting over it. Door hinges are rusted out. Area with fridge was really dusty.
