Holiday Inn Express - Coventry S - West Warwick Area by IHG

I put down for my boyfriend to be able to check in since he would be there before me….. they wouldn’t allow him to check in. I also booked a king size bed room and they gave me a room with 2 full size beds instead. The bathroom had stains on the walls. They also had the water shut off from 10am to 6pm the next day. When I booked it said check out was at noon how ever check out was 11am instead. The bed was very uncomfortable as well. The hotel seemed a bit run down. I don’t recommend this hotel in that plaza. The other 2 hotels in that plaza are far better.

Clean room and bed was very comfortable. Gym was hit or miss - treadmill was broken and elliptical was partially not working but usable, plus the was only 2 sets of very light weights. so if workouts are an important part of your stay, this might not be the best pick. Breakfast was good, typical in comparison to other holiday in express we have stayed at
