Excellent customer service, horrible room and very unhygienic. Was lucky to get a room last minute for aftershock but was very unlucky with how terrifying it was sleeping there. The window didnt lock at all so I had to place my water bottle there as security just in case someone tried to break in through the window, there was a hole just a hole for the peep hole so I had to cover that with toilet paper and talk about being scared of even sleeping on the bed! There was old saliva stains on the pillows and the blankets had questionable stains…I think I slept 4-5 hours in total over the 2 night stay. Oh and on the second day there was a whole unused bullet outside the room ._.

The lady at the desk was very nice. She let me use the bathroom in the room. The room itself was horrible. It smelled, the walls looked sticky, the bed needed replacing, black mold in the bathroom. We took one look at the room and checked out. We were fine with them keeping the cost of the room hopefully they will use it to upgrade the condition.
