I liked that the room had a fold out bed and everything worked good in the room what I didn’t like was the parking lot there was cars parking across three lanes and I had to park away from them so if they had to get out I wouldn’t be blocking them in I wanted my car right in front of my room so I can keep an eye on it and the outside of the place was really ran down they could fix that up and make the place look nicer more people would stay there cause the rooms are nice but the outside looks ghetto

It’s just an older motel. Probably could use some renovations. The staff were great and knowledgeable, but there is no complimentary breakfast. The area around it was kinda seedy. Overall, it was a good place to stay.

This cesspool, was buggy, dirty, covered in dog hair don’t trust the amenities. There was no hairdryer and always Cleanliness is not their strong suit. and had to call management every time we left the room because the door would stick closed because it was painted recently. it is the worst place I ever stayed. and there is no elevator so if you are handicaped run don’t walk from this outhouse!!!

We did checkin around 3pm. But, being from Florida we dropped bags and headed to casinos. I should have looked because after arriving to room around midnight, I was appalled. The curtains were hanging by 4 L hooks. Giant gaps so ppl could peek. I had to stand on my suitcase to reachtop of curtain to close it. The bed was missing a foot thing on the frame so bed slanted. Had 1 king pillow and 1 standard pillow but both had standard pillow cases. The king pillow hung out the end of the pillow case. The standard pillow had zero fill or umpf! The coffe table leg was askew. So didnt get near it. The bed side lamps did NOT work. The nightstand on the right side of the bed was turned so you couldn't open the drawer. The security chain was broken. The screen on the window ...I can't even describe. Didn't fit and had a big gap. Didn't dare sit on the couch. Was so freaked out I woke up 20 times to dbl chk to see if there were bed bugs. Didnt use the shower. Didnt dare be barefoot. Parking lot is all pot holed. And the dude at the counter.... I actually thought he was a vagrant. He was polite tho.

If i could do a zero i would. The sheets had blood on them and hair in the bed. The mattress cover had pee stains on it. If it wasn't 3am i would of left and took a loss on my money. That place hasn't had a good cleaning in months. There was homeless people living in the parking lot. I should of slept in my car.

Thank you for changing my reservation dates for me and still giving me the same online rate!!!!!! Also for the late check out time! That extra hour makes a huge difference when traveling! Keep up the great customer service! I'm a happy customer and will definitely be back. I would recommend Knights Hotel to any traveler. The only negative is NO POOL! There is however, an on-site 24 hr. laundry that's $2.50/load to wash and dry.

Oh boy let’s just say we got our room, first off keys didn’t work. As soon as we got our new set we walked in to find dirty beds with hair in the covers. Stained pillows and sheets. Footprints in the bathroom, a toilet seat that wasn’t even hooked on. Hairs in the bathtub, dusty and stained tables as well as a stained mirror. Seems like their idea of cleaning is to spray so much deodorizer that your nose gets stuffed and call it a day. The smell was overbearing. Simply counted my losses not expecting a refund, my bad on my part in doing zero research, and returned the keys to find a new place. I’m here to simply tell you STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Bedbugs, dirty floor, stains in the sheet, lying owner who hung up on customer support and will not give me a refund. Absolutely despicable from both the inn and Expedia. I will never be using Expedia again after this incident. Do not stay here and honestly, don't use Expedia.

This hotel was disgusting. We got there and there was ants in the bathroom and other bugs in the carpet. The sheets were dirty. I always bring Clorox wipes and wipe stuff down when I stay at hotels. The nightstand had jam all over it. I went and told the front desk and asked for my money back because it was the worst experience of my life and they wouldn’t refund my money. I went and told them about the ants three times and they kept saying we will come check it out and they never did.

This place was filthy!! Our sheets had actual blood on them and hair from whoever used those sheets before us. I had a very hard time sleeping here. I just knew i was sleeping on filth! I would stay in my car before i would ever go back there!! This place should be condemned!! It was that bad!!

Room had a urine smell, door to enter did not seal so a draft blew all night and you could see light under the door, the window to look outside was filthy, sheets smelled and stained, tv was covered in dust and the carpet not vacuumed.

Curtains were not attached correctly so they couldn't open and close at all. Sheets had hair all over them. Bathroom lights would randomly turn off and the whole room would go dark. Bathroom sink area did not look like it had been cleaned in over a week.

It’s clean, quiet and affordable. Wifi worked well in the room. We were walking distance from the casinos so that was a plus. I’d definitely stay again.

This motel is a great place to stay. The rooms are nice and big, the king size beds are true king size. They are pet friendly. I stay here every time I overnight in wendover. I highly recommend this place.

For the price, its decent.TV remote didnt work. Good for a crash out after the casinos, but i wouldnt stay for more than a couple of nights at most.

The staff was perfectly friendly and the rooms are amazingly clean for the price. The only major gripe I had was that I could not for the life of me get the wifi to connect no matter what I tried. Otherwise, a perfectly wonderful pet friendly motel that was available when I needed it.

The receptionist said he did not have my reservation. After looking and looking with no results, I left. He would not refund the reservation money. After I walked in, I didn't want to stay there anyway, as the place was disgusting. Do not stay at this motel! Expedia needs to de-list it!

Denied check in at first because clerk said we had to contact Expedia to have them release our payment to them. We explain that his issue was between Knights and Expedia, not between us and Expedia since we had a confirmed reservation. He would not budge. At last the payment came through and we got our room.

I had two reservations with expedia and zezzle. They were both paid for before I got there. They argued with me and said there was only one night paid even with my confirmation showing it was paid. They then tried to charge my card over $200.00. Very unprofessional.

We checked into our room and it was dirty, they moved us to another room and it was also dirty. We decided not to stay and got another room down the road. I went to the staff and they told us that we would be reimbursed for the stay. Even said that they spoke to a representative from Hotels.com and issued a refund. That day I spoke with Hotels .com and they spoke to the hotel. We were on the road for two weeks traveling. I followed up with Hotels.com after our trip because I had not seen a refund and the hotel would not honor their word, and they lied. Disgusting. So I’m out the money cause they don’t know how to run a clean place. My bad for not reading all the reviews so I hope someone else reads this and passes on this place. It’s one thing to run a dirty establishment it’s another to be liars.

I liked that the room had a fold out bed and everything worked good in the room what I didn’t like was the parking lot there was cars parking across three lanes and I had to park away from them so if they had to get out I wouldn’t be blocking them in I wanted my car right in front of my room so I can keep an eye on it and the outside of the place was really ran down they could fix that up and make the place look nicer more people would stay there cause the rooms are nice but the outside looks ghetto

It’s just an older motel. Probably could use some renovations. The staff were great and knowledgeable, but there is no complimentary breakfast. The area around it was kinda seedy. Overall, it was a good place to stay.

The locks were broken, there were spiders, beds were somewhat clean and the area is quite lonely and unsafe.

Tacky, and I do not know if I was ripped off or not! Havwe not received all the receiptsd, but it seemed I was being double charged. The breakfast that was promised in the web site was not there for us. No breakfast available. The rooms were seemingly clean, but not up to par, in that there were holes in the plaster, just plain tacky. Of course, no dining. Desk person was limited in intellect and not friendly at all. Seemed not to know what was going on.

This place is a dung heap! Upon arrival the staff was not in the reception area. It took him about 10 minutes to show up. When he arrived he acted as if he was put off by our presence. Our room was disgusting. The carpet had not been vacuumed or cleaned in ages. The only clean things in our room was our towels, and bed sheets (they looked old). There were no extras other than soap and a couple packets of shampoo, ice bucket (I was afraid to use due to worry of roaches or bugs), and two plastic cups. The front door to our room stated that they had a continental breakfast; however, I did not see any type of breakfast there and if I had, I would have been afraid to eat it. Pay a bit extra and stay someplace else.

Don't advertise breakfast if it isn't offered. Short shower heads. Not a bad place, but i paid a large amount to stay there and the value was not there.

Overall, the hotel was just okay. It wasn’t terrible, and I wouldn’t call it a bad stay, but it also wasn’t particularly impressive or memorable. The best way I can describe it is that it feels like an older, somewhat run-down hotel that has been cleaned up and renovated enough to make it perfectly usable again. You can still tell that the building has some age to it, and there are little things here and there that make that obvious. At the same time, it seems like some genuine effort has been made to improve the property rather than simply letting it fall apart. The room was decent, reasonably comfortable, and served its purpose. Nothing really stood out as exceptional, but there also wasn’t anything disastrous enough to ruin the stay. The hotel lands somewhere firmly in the middle. It isn’t somewhere I would specifically travel out of my way to stay at, but I also wouldn’t avoid it if I needed a room in the area again. It does what a hotel needs to do: gives you a reasonably comfortable place to sleep without pretending to be something luxurious. If you’re expecting a polished, upscale hotel experience, this probably isn’t it. If you just need somewhere decent, functional, and acceptable for the night, it gets the job done.

The room was not dirty but very worn. It was a sticky seamen stain in the middle of the bed together with long black strands of hair.. the shower was not working. They gave me clean sheets and they fixed the shower but it only lasted for one shower… I did not get one. We paid $279/night for this!

We stayed here twice on the way to CA and on the way back because they allowed pets. The first room was two queen beds and my bed was not comfortable, seemed like an older bed. On the way home we had a king size bed and it was much better, very thick newer mattress. The rooms are older and could use some updating, but for the very low price we paid it worked good for us.
