This was a great hotel and so clean and staff so nice I will stay here again!

I like Spark. The only thing I will say is the breakfast was a bit disappointing. I didn't expect anything grand, but the bagels were getting old. The only other choices were yogurt and hard boiled eggs.

VERY disappointed in this property! Overall the building was maintained, but our room was gross. The bed was covered in dog hair, and they were not clean. When I went down to the front desk, the clerk was rude and after some persuading, she begrudgingly got us all new bedding, since there weren’t any clean rooms to offer. So we re-made our own bed! I then noticed that although our AC unit was working, the cover was missing, and there was mold and dirt in it. I knew we were either going to stay where we were OR go to another hotel and cut our losses. We ended up staying and it was manageable, but we will NOT be going back. We did call Hilton and got a case number and will follow up with them. Monday I will call and speak to the manager.
