Clean room, comfortable bed, family friendly, nice staff, easy check in

The first time staying at this particular hotel. The front desk people were nice enough, you could tell that the hotel had been recently updated. When I booked the hotel, I needed a wheelchair accessible room as I am in a wheelchair, when we got to the hotel, we were told the hotel was full, and that there was supposedly not even rooms on the first floor that I could maneuver my wheelchair in. Because supposedly the whole hotel was full. Which I guarantee you it was not full with a whopping 10 cars in the parking lot. Our room could’ve been a little bit cleaner, as there were rappers under the edge of the bed, and the refrigerator needed a good wiping out The room was extremely hot to the point. It was miserable to try and sleep in. I was traveling with my two grandchildren, and when midnight finally rolled around in the room was not any cooler. The last thing I wanted to do was wake my grandchildren up in the middle of the night to move to another room. And the hotel advertises breakfast, it was to say the least a continental breakfast. Only thing the hot you could’ve gotten was toast. So needless to say, it was a not even very good continental breakfast. And had it actually advertised as a continental breakfast we would not have stayed. Next time I will drive the extra 10 miles to a different hotel

Recently remodeled. Very comfortable and great price for the world cup

It was overall a great stay. The staff was nice. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was fine. The pool wasn't in service, which we were bummed about. And some of the breakfast options weren't restocked when they ran out, even if there was still a while left before breakfast ended.

I reserved 2 adjoining rooms. Everything seemed fine. Got up in the morning and the room I was in had a couple ants in the tub. A little bit later saw a few more in tub. Killed them. We went out for a few hours and when we came back the bathroom tub was covered with ants and on the shower curtain and floor. Contacted front desk. Someone came up promptly to spray and told us there should be no further problems. Got up in the morning. Still ants. Then noticed them crawling on our beds (2 queen beds). My daughter then took her flashlight from her phone and looked on the floor. It was hard to see ants because of coloring of carpet. There were LOTS of ants crawling on floor everywhere. My other daughter noticed ants in their room also. We packed up and left. I informed the person at the front desk and was told they would notify the bug guy. No apologies, let me take something off your bill, no nothing. Very disappointed in the way it was handled. Any bag, suitcase on the floor had ants in them.
