We stayed for four nights and they sidnt clean our room a single time. We got a notice on Monday that they had come by and we had our do not disturb sign up so it didn’t get cleaned which was fine. But then they never came back. I tried to speak with Tami at the front desk who basically said we had to “schedule” the cleaning, which we were never told. She was extremely rude and just kept repeating that the scheduled days were Tuesday and Thursday but they didn’t come any of those days so I have no idea why she kept repeating that and offered no help or compensation. Will not ever stay here again

Great stay! Everything was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was some of the friendliest I’ve ever dealt with. Everyone was welcoming, helpful, and made the whole experience even better. The property was well maintained and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Our room was somewhat clean on arrival. We stayed multiple days, but the room was never serviced. We had to ask for towels and place our garbage in the hallway in order for it to be cleaned up. As a family of four with young kids, it was inconvenient and disappointing. Breakfast was wonderful and had a variety of offerings. The pool and hot tub were refreshing. Overall, a mediocre stay.

Great staff, clean and efficient room, fabulous breakfast and the grounds are also well maintained. I always enjoy staying here and appreciate the upgrade to king suite. Two times the upgrade was given and it’s a pleasant surprise. The hotel is located on a quiet business ridge above Poway with easy access to all areas in San Diego proper as well as north county. I will continue to book rooms here. Wonderful hotel!!
