The shuttle was fine. The property is new and clean. My issue was that my bed has blood in the sheets (it appeared to be dry). I went down and had to switch rooms instead of getting my bedding replaced. I requested a refund for the room for the night, due to the inconvenience and the lack of care from the front desk staff (evening and morning). The hotel refused to refund me - or even provide any sort of credit. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but their customer service was the nail in the coffin for me. I won’t be staying here again.

There were several surprises. The restaurant is not open for lunch and appears to only be buffet (but I wasn’t around for dinner to verify this). The breakfast was very basic, like continental breakfasts that are free (though it cost $13 here). The bar is only open from 4:00 to 10:00 pm. The swimming pool is inexplicably cold and the elevators have an unusually loud pinging sound as they go past floors. At times, there were unusual and unpleasant odors in the lobby and the hallways. And finally, the TV remotes are incredibly difficult to work. No late check out accommodations at all!! But it seems to be a new building (built within the last six months) so the basic infrastructure is good.

This is a new hotel and it was quite nice. However, I did not know that there would be $15 charge for parking and $11.99 for breakfast. It was not so cheap after adding all that. Would have preferred a fixed price for all so I could shop accordingly.

The hotel and staff were really nice; everything was new, clean, and close proximity to the airport. Take a couple notes - everyone must pay for parking ($15/night) despite the corporate sign right under the QR sign that states courtesy parking for Holiday Inn guests only. And, if you like to sleep in, the cleaning crew does not; they were cleaning the room next to me at 7:30am. They had the door jam/lock propped open to continuously go back to their cart in the hall and the door would slam against it every couple of minutes. The vacuum running against the wall was also a good alarm clock. Other than these couple of inconveniences, it was a good stay.
