Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at Suncadia. The house was sufficient for us. We were disappointed not to be allowed access to the pools/rec center. The picture shows a nice grassy area, but the area was dead grass and full of weeds and very pokey stickers. Our two year olds could not enjoy that area as we has hoped. The house was clean and we had good customer service.

There were plenty of bedrooms, beds and bathrooms for everyone, especially with the apartment over the garage. It was a great location for our family vacation.
