L’hôtel est bien situé, la piscine est canon, agréable avec vue sur la montagne. Le gros point noir est la climatisation dans la chambre : vieille et très bruyante. Difficile de dormir ! La chambre a été rénovée mais il faudrait changer la Clim aussi.

C'était bien mais très très bruyant. Les chambres ne sont pas du tout insonorisées.

We had a plumbing issue in our room as soon as we arrived, but the staff handled it exceptionally well. They immediately moved us to another room without any hassle, trusted what we told them, and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. That level of customer service was incredibly refreshing and set the tone for a fantastic stay. From that point on, every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and welcoming. The property itself is beautifully maintained and clearly cared for. The location is perfect, close enough to enjoy everything the downtown area has to offer, yet far enough away to feel private, peaceful, and secluded. We couldn’t have been happier with our experience. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and we will absolutely be returning in the future!
