The room was perfect. We needed a stopping/rest place on our way to Florida. The kids were disappointed in the pool(it’s not very big) but the it was great for what we needed

Pool was really small and shallow. It was cold water for being indoors. The breakfast was good but there was no OJ or AppleJuice. It was a nice hotel. Room was very clean. Housekeeper was so nice!! Our only issue was how close the pull out bed was to the AC unit. My kids were so cold. I was so hot because I didn’t feel the air dirt towards our bed. They need to have more double queen bedrooms available. The pull out bed is small for one person!

Beds were comfy pillows good, room was spacious. Breakfast options were great, even the free cookies during the week. Free Laundry is a great bonus. Definitely stay here again

My family and I stayed here during my kids spring break. Partially disappointed about my stay because the hotels indoor pool was closed for the whole week. The weather wasn't the best, so that's the only reason why I chose this hotel. DEFINITELY call before you book.

Front desk service was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was the indoor pool was not heated as advertised. Our room was clean, comfortable, and accommodating. checkout was easy and convenient. A great stay!

The set up was great. Nice gym too.

Hotel was great especially if travelling with kids. Laundry machines worked great. Room was clean and everything worked well.

This is the best hotel we’ve stayed in. It was clean and our little room with a kitchen area and sitting area was great for our 4 night stay for our anniversary. I have trouble sleeping in hotels, but the bed was so comfortable I had no issues! My husband enjoyed breakfast. They had really good free cookies in the lobby. The only thing is the pool is pretty small, if that’s important to you!

Space was good size, but elevators not working, smelled like weed everywhere and hotel was not in the greatest shape.

Property was right off the highway and located near several restaurants for meals. Breakfast was good. Room was spacious and fit our entire party (we did the 2 bedroom suite). Pool was small (15x20) and only 3 feet deep but was perfect for our younger kids.

I booked a two night stay for my husband, me and my dog. In the first night I woke up during the middle of the night and saw something brown on the floor and thought my husband had dropped food. Well the “food” was not there in the morning but was over by my dog’s water dish. It was a couple of cockroaches. We went downstairs to get breakfast (although I was a bit hesitant) and see if the front desk would spray our room or move us. They were super accommodating and said they could do either but if we wanted to move we would have to call after noon. We said we would go to our appointment and decide when we got back. Well we came back after 12 to a room full of cockroaches. They were on the bathroom sink, on the towels and on our luggage. It was disturbing. Luckily they agreed to refund our second night and we went to a different hotel. Needless to say we will never stay there again seeing as it appears they have an infestation.

The room was nice and clean, the pool was warm, staff was friendly and accommodating. Id say the only bad thing was we seen a roach on the day of checkout but you wouldn't have known based on how clean the rooms were

Smelled like vomit and weed on our floor and our room had a weird smell to it luckily we were only there for the night.

The first room we were put in smelled so badly of wet dog we had to cover our noses and walk right back out. The 2nd room had several non working outlets, the room never got to temp at night, and the bathroom door wouldn't fully close OR lock. Still smelled slightly of dog but less so. Usually in a pet friendly hotel there are designated rooms for pets. Nope staff said pets are welcome in every room here. We stayed in pet friendly hotels before and never had this issue.

My wife had business in Chattanooga. I stayed with her this trip. We have stayed at this staybrindge in the past and have been very pleased with the accommodations. This time we stayed we arrived late and needed to get to bed so my wife could get up early to go to appointment. While getting ready for bed my wife experienced encounters with cockroaches. One was on the kitchenette counter and the other one was beside the bed on the end table. This affected her to where she was scared that there were more to get in bed with her throughout the night seeing multiple bugs in the room. This is very dirty and nasty feeling of the whole establishment. We finally got to sleep just to awaken to lukewarm hot water and a non appealing complimentary breakfast. Needless to say we will not return to this staybridge ever again.

I would probably stay here again if we come back to Chattanooga. The only 2 negatives about the stay was the bathroom needs updated (cracks in shower wall and horrible repair job in the tub) and my daughter did have a slight allergic reaction (itchy/swelling eyes) and the only thing she is allergic to is dogs. So makes me wonder if a dog had recently been in the room prior to us and maybe the room wasn't cleaned/sanitized well as well as it should have been. All of the front desk attendants I interacted with were WONDERFUL and so sweet and helpful!

"Although the property appeared nice and clean, we encountered a significant bug problem. Shortly after entering our room following a long 10-hour drive, we discovered both baby and full-sized cockroaches. Given that we arrived at 1 AM with my elderly mother, and letting the front desk know. We decided to stay the night and address the issue in the morning. Thankfully we got a full refund and found a other bug free hotel.

Check in was fast and staff was nice. Everything thing was going good until we cooked and went in kitchen and wife saw two roaches on countertop, which we had to throw away our food. We try not to complain and just leave it at that but while watching TV in the bedroom, a roach was crawling on the wall by the TV stand, I went to the front desk to ask for a different room which they end up giving me a different room right away, but I paid for a king one bedroom, and a moved me to a queen studio, The room was clean, but the tube could have used a refurbishing at the bottom, my wife wouldn’t get in it she was glad she took A shower in the first room. We weren’t offered any compensation. But I will see what they do or say when checking out we were going to stay until eight or nine but we are up at 3:30 AM. Rushing to leave by 4:30.🙁

Found a roach in the room.

The staff were super kind but the room was not very clean and outdated. Towels were riddled in what I assume to be body hair. Not bad place, just needs some attention to detail.

Room was nice and clean. AC was set so you couldn’t adjust the temp. That was annoying. It was set for 70 and was muggy. Other than that everything was fine.

It is 27 degrees outside and the heater is not working in the room. There is no available room for us to transfer so we are stuck here. Very uncomfortable, won’t be able to sleep. This is the worst experience ever. Very upsetting.

Nice stay. Friendly front desk personnel. Clean, quiet room. Only improvement needed is brighter lights in vanity bathroom area.

The only reason I’m taking any stars away is because we booked a room that said it sleeps 4 because we had 4 adults. The room description said it came with a queen bed and a double sofa, but what we were given was a queen bed and a twin sofa. This room sleeps a maximum of 3 adults. The staff was nice enough to bring us another twin mattress so someone could sleep on the floor. We would not stay here again.

Room and bathroom were nice and clean. Kitchen area was great. Bed was comfortable. Pull out bed in couch was very small and very uncomfortable. Pool was tiny, water dirty and overflowing with kids whole time. They were bumping into each other b/c it was soo many in a small space. Too many people for my kids to enjoy it so we left. Not the hotels fault but our floor smalled strongly of marijuana in the hallway. Didn’t affect our room thankfully. Based on the clientele I’m thinking this wasn’t a great area but the hotel was nice and staff were kind.

Loved the kitchen area of the room with the full size frig. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was nicely stocked with essentials.

Great hotel, clean, great breakfast which was differnt each day. AC is pretty loud if you're a light sleeper but didn't bother us.

Everything was nice. The size of the room was very disappointing. That was a studio suite and should not have been $249 plus tax. Breakfast was great, abd the staff was great. This hotel fraudulently took $$ from me, I have received an apology but it’s been 5 days and I have yet to get the money they STOLE returned to my bank account. For those reasons I will NOT stay at this hotel again!

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK HERE! I WAS VERBALLY ASSAULTED AND DISCRIMINATED AGAINST , front desk person, was not at the front desk when I arrived. I waited for more than 5 minutes for someone to arrive . At that time, there were three white males, in the lobby. I then said hello a few times. Then I said, is anyone going to check me in? He came around the corner and said, “You don’t even have to say it like that”.\xa0 I said, excuse me. He then went on to accused me of “getting smart” with him. He repeatedly threatened me and said, I don’t have to check you in if I don’t want to check you in”. I proceeded to ask for the manager. He pointed his finger to the cards . I said, I would like to speak to your manager. He said, “You can’t speak to him until the morning” \xa0I said I just need to speak your manager” He continued to verbally assault me to the point I called my fiancé inside. He then said, you know what, I don’t have to let you in. He told me to get out. He then proceeded to into the office and call his manager. A few minutes later he came out with the phone in his hand. The manager, John, did not even ask me what happened. He immediately took his side and told me to leave. I told him I need my money in hand before I leave. He said you booked with the third party. I said I don’t care. I need my money. He said well I am going to call the police. I said please do. The police came and I file a report against this employee. FIRE THIS GUY AND the manager.

It was a pleasant stay, i enjoy every minute of it, the staff was welcoming and friendly

I talked to the hotel several times, they rest assured me that I would be able to do an early check in as that is what I requested when I booked my trip. Upon arriving a rep with the hotel told me that they had to early check in. Even though another rep at the hotel that I spoke to assured me that it was notated and that they would be aloe to. I came into town for a family funeral, already going through some of the worst times. I pull up to the hotel and am waiting in the lot, a man ran up to me, and tried to open my passenger door, I locked it immediately and honked and drove off. As I was driving off there was a gentleman in a wheel chair that came fast in front of me when he knew I was leaving , it was a very scary situation and I had felt unsafe..... I called the hotel and let hem know what happened, they said since you booked though Expedia that I would have to contact them. I got on my phone and my service was bad because I was in the mountains of Tennessee. I tried the chat option and spoke to a gentleman. He was nice and was doing everything he could to help. I told him all that happens and that I requested s full refund back to my original payment method. He calls the hotel and after a wait, he came back and told me "good news! The hotel front desk will cancel the stay and agreed to a full refund. I replied and said great! And the chat got disconnected. I didn't receive a follow up email, text or phon call to reach back out to me. You said you would not refund..

We had a very nice stay. The man at the front desk working the evening shift was top notch. I didn't recieve his name but he went above and beyond for every need that we needed. The breakfast was great. We couldn't be happier with our stay. Thank you for the great time.

Everything about the hotel itself was great. Very comfortable, great staff. However, The location had a lot of walkers and suspicious people. Not on the property that I saw, but in the abandoned property next door and around the area.

Pros: Nice Staff, room was clean, smelled nice, close to shopping and restaurants. Complimentary breakfast was delicious. Cons: a lot of traffic, LOUD cars all night! , lots of transients walking around, smelled marijuana every single time we walked out to the car. Would not stay here again because of the bad surrounding area, no fault to the hotel!

A lot of empty and run down buildings within sight of the hotel. Wanted to go swimming and there was a huge family in the pool screaming and being rude. Fire alarm went off several times within half an hour. The staff was very nice however we would not choose to stay at this location again in the future.

The property was okay. The rooms were decent and large enough. Outside of the property felt a little unsafe. There was a lot of drug use around the vicinity.

So close to all the shops and restaurants. Also easy to get on interstate or the back roads.

We really enjoyed our stay. Excellent breakfast, friendly and attentive staff, everything we needed in the room. Bathroom needed some repair but clean and serviceable. Couch needs new cushions but we made some adjustments and were comfortable. Would say that the two bed bedroom doesn't allow much room to get around the bed into the bathroom so someone with a larger body might have difficulty getting around. We will probably start here again. Great value for the price and excellent location just off the interstate and near the mall and many restaurants and shops.

Lots of road noise off the highway. The free breakfast looked pretty gross, didn't even bother with it. The hotel has a very odd and unpleasant odor. I assume because many rooms including ours have kitchettes....but no ventilation. There was not a vent hood for the stove in our toom nor was there a vent fan in the bathroom. I have no idea how they can not have any ventilation for the showers and not have mold issues....maybe that accounts for the smell partially? The listing was also misleading in that it stated our king suite slept 4 but it didn't specify how. So the kids got to sleep on the couch. No sofa bed, the actual couch. So overall....Meh. Decent for what it was but wouldn't stay again.

It was conveniently located to the interstate. We spent the night traveling through. The price was nice for our family of 5.

Dinner social is a pleasant surprise after a long drive from Atlanta. Wish more hotels are doing dinner social. It makes you so much more relax after a long drive and good rest. Breakfast is great as well. The room is clean and quiet. The location is excellent, right of the highway.

This was an awesome hotel! The staff was very friendly, the room was spacious for our family, and we really enjoyed having the kitchen. The breakfast offered lots of options, and their “social hour” on Mon-Wed was a great treat! The location was really easy to get to as well.

I loved this place. Cute little suite with a comfy bed, and a fully stocked kitchen. (Dishes and utensils) Check in was quick. Breakfast in the morning was excellent. Something for everyone from waffles and hot oatmeal to omelettes and frittatas.

We traveled the World's Longest Yardsale and stayed at this hotel. The room was spotless and smelled freshly cleaned, the mattress was very thick and comfortable, full, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious with scrambled eggs, sausage, fried potatoes, assorted cereals, breads, muffins, juices, yogurts/toppings, etc. Staff was nice and such a wonderful overnight stay following long day of shopping out in the hot sun

I have stayed at this Staybridge twice recently for an overnight stay. I appreciated the “social hour” at night from 5:30-7pm where they provide appetizers and free beer/wine (first stay there was macaroni & cheese, pulled pork, and broccoli- the second stay had spinach dip, fried pickles, & pigs in a blanket. Their breakfast has a great variety of hot & cold items (2nd stay had cheese omelettes, Turkey & pork sausage, and fried potatoes along with many other options). Stating they have 20 restaurants and five bars is misleading. There are neither in the hotel itself and all are in the neighborhood.
