It was not a pleasant stay. AC did not work and it was hot, couches were uncomfortable to sleep in, bathroom was tiny, no cable for TV, etc. We left a day early because of it.

Our visit was mostly about getting a "job" done so our stay wasn't as much vacation as task-oriented. Nevertheless, the beds were comfy, the kitchen did the trick and we enjoyed using the bike. The space was a little small for a family of 4, but we really only slept there so it met our need.

We came to Mound for the ribbon cutting on the Eli Hart Memorial Playground, and this house was right down the road. Troy was really nice. Met him on the first day, and he made sure to greet me and let me know where to find extra blankets and such. The house was smaller than expected, but pictures can make things look larger. But the amount of room we had was perfect and my family of 4 were very comfortable. Central AC is getting installed next week, but there were two window units and two fans, and once we got those set up, the house cooled down very quickly and to the point where the kids were cold. I definitely will recommend this place as well as rent again if ever needed in the future.

The tea house was so cute and fit our needs perfectly! Troy was very helpful and knowledgeable of the area! We cannot wait to be back again next year! Thank you!

Property is being renovated. Can't wait to see the final outcome. Inside seems finished. Very comfortable. Lots of room to move about. Could use another window AC in the living area or bedroom.
