En meget dyr hotel! Til den pris kan du få meget mere et andet sted. Beliggenheden er udmærket. Cafe Paix er ikke noget særligt - turistfælde. Hotellet er kæmpestort, og der er arrangementer hver anden dag, hvor hele loungeområdet bliver blokeret til private fester. Alt for meget støj om eftermiddag og aften.

Wonderful location! Great staff. We book lounge access which is absolutely worth it! The only downside, which had nothing to do with the hotel was the damn mosquitos! It was so beautiful outside that we left the windows open and work up to bites everywhere!

A wonderful stay in a wonderful friendly hotel. The only thing was the big conference taking up the entire garden and bar areas limiting guests severely for usage of all the facilities.

Beautiful exterior and interior, but a little outdated. The bathrooms especially the shower/tub is a slip hazard. Room smelt like smoke even though it was non smoking. Asked to get the room cleaned and they came in at 5pm while I was in the bathroom - didn’t knock just opened the door and yelled “service”. It would have been nice for them to clean the room earlier in the day. The taxis out the front will scam you! I got scammed twice. Area is nice with lots of shopping.

This is the third time we are staying at the intercontinentale but this time very disappointed by their service. Webs on the wall of the room, a rat in the balcony!!! Plus when we ask for a bottle of water to go, their response was we do not offer this service anymore, you can ask the bar to give you a glass of water!! Come on for such an expansif hotel this sounded very cheap!!!

The room was very clean but the bathroom and main area were older and dated. The closet was very small. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent.

사전에 요청한대로 아주 아름다운 뷰가 있는 룸을 배정해 주셨습니다. 제가 잘 모르고 층수가 너무 낮은거 아니냐고 물었을때 나를 믿으라고 해주셨던 직원분께 감사드립니다. (25년 12월 16일 밤 9시 정도 체크인함) 그런데 룸 청소 상태가 안좋아 먼지가 많아 제 아이가 밤새 재채기를 하고 눈이 부어서 어떻게야 하나 고민하다가 17일 아침 식사 후 프론트에 말씀 드리니 너무 미안해 하시며 저희가 외출했을때 아주 깨끗이 청소를 해주셨네요. 그치않아도 신청하려고 했던 엑스트라 베드도 넣어주시고요. 피곤한 상태에서 오랜 시간 비행으로 지쳐 첫날은 낯선 환경이 불편했지만 고객의 소리를 경청해 주시고 요청사항도 잘 들어주셔서 짧지만 편안한 시간이었습니다. 그리고 하우스 키핑도 매우 만족스러워 다음에 파리를 간다면 또 여기를 예약하려고 합니다. 인터컨티넨탈 파리 르 그랑 덕에 파리에서 최고의 여행을 했었서요. 감사합니다 ^^

部屋は清潔に保たれていました。金庫が開かなくなったりしましたが、すぐに女性スタッフが来てくれて対応してくれたのが良かったです。女性客だから、女性スタッフなのかはわかりませんが、女性スタッフで安心しました。

Excelente hotel , súper desayuno y servicio en general excelente. Sin embargo el servicio de housekeeping fue deficiente: se tuvo que pedir varias veces camas separadas que no pusieron hasta la segunda noche. El agua de la bañera apenas salía y era fría, tras decirlo seguimos sin poder usarla porque no se llenaba nunca. Éramos 3 personas y solo había dos sets de toallas. Las pedimos pero no pusieron ni tercer albornoz y zapatillas. La televisión no funcionaba ningún canal español y no funcionaba el cromecast. En general hubo muy poco interés en que en la habitación estuviera todo funcionando correctamente antes de darla al cliente, y también después de la queja.

The rooms are a little small and the shower felt like the shower in a three star hotel it high aa high extended tub that made it difficult and a little bit scary to climb in and out of the shower. Besides the size of the room and the quality of the bathroom. Everything else was five star, both in terms of the common areas as well as the staff and service levels throughout.

This is a beautiful building and due to this being a high end hotel, it is very expensive. The bedroom was comfortable. I loved the decor of the room, the mattress, the sound proofing and air conditioning. I liked the house keeping. They were very nice and neat and tidy people. I had to mark this place down significantly as the shower never gave hot or even warm enough water for a decent shower and the water pressure was extremely bad and utterly unacceptable for this price point. Not being able to take a quick shower caused a lot of distress as I was busy and had places to be in Paris. The reception staff were ok. One woman was very nice and helpful. Other than that, they never picked up the phone from the room so I had to go down there whenever an error on their part, not mine, was made. So what do I have to say. You shouldn't be charging these prices if you can't deliver the service you say you can. Lovely building and comfortable bed and air conditioning. Otherwise, highly disappointing.

Nice hotel. Nothing special about it to be honest. Rooms are too small didn’t even have a proper door that closes. It was like barn style door for the bathroom. You after 1kCAD a night you could have a decent size room and an actual bathroom door. Oh and our bed was two singles pushed togeher and made up that way aswel. Terrible lol.

Below average .. location is good but the service is so late .. not answering the phone despite many attempts during different times .. this is hard especially when traveling with kids .. there is no sink in my toilet .. you have to walk across the room for the sink and shower .. booked for my 3 daughter an extra bed and paid for it .. Great location. Below the Intercontinental standard your used to other places due to age and size of hotel rooms and, unfortunately, inattentive staff. Multiple requests went long periods infilled with follow up reminders needed. Restaurant staff comes off rude and breakfast is borderline not worth eating, even if free, because you’re missing so many options outside for what amounts to a lazy average spread. One water bottle a day in an area where it’s impossible to find bottled water for sake is absurd. If you pay upwards of $700-2000/night you should expect endless water. Location is everything. History here is nice. If this hotel and staff were anywhere else it would be a pass.

The start was a bit rocky as we were more than 4h delayed getting into our room relative to posted check in time however staff was very accommodating, room was beautiful and there were nice extras waiting for us. The staff did break a bottle of Aesop face wash however a note and replacement was waiting for us in the room when we returned which was extremely considerate. Outside of the check in process, the stay was great and we were very satisfied with the room, the service and the hotel overall.

had an amazing stay at the hotel with excellent staff to help or make our stay even better. room was on the 1st floor which gave you a high ceiling and windows to match. beds were one of the best and cafe de la paix had an amazing breakfast.

The staff and the property were excellent for the hotel but I was disappointed the way me and my wife were treated at the cafe during breakfast. We were given the very uncomfortable places to sit both times... When we asked for a better table, we were told someone else is coming there. We sat on our table for 45 mins and no one came on the seats we requested. Felt very discriminated b/c we werent french or frech speaking and/or american. Pls take this feedback as an opportunity to make your oversees and non-french guests with more care. I am none of this was intentional but it felt that way. Thank You for the opportunity to share my feedback.

First the reception staff are not that friendly and take a long time to do the registration. Overall the the lounges and reception areas are good and well maintained. But when you go to the rooms they are very small and definitely not a 5star quality, the bathroom is a disaster the shower is too small that you cannot clean your body easily and because of it size it has no shampoo or soap and I don't know how can you take the shampoo and soap containers inside because there no way you can keep them them inside. Cleaning the room was every day a disaster, we leave the room about 11 am and usually come back at 5pm and find our room uncleaned although we put the sign to clean the room, we call the the housekeeping and ask for cleaning the room and they "will send them" but we waited for 2 hours and one come althoug we call them 5 times as we had to take shour and go out for reception, this is repeated every day and the last day we had to go down and complain to hotel manager. Other staff of the hotel are good. Today at checking out we were given the bill and found we were charged for our breakfast although we good a club room but after talking to them this was deleted. I always stay in hotels through you but this is the worst 5 star one.
