Arrival was good - staff got me checked in very quickly. The reception area is very busy as they run that and an upstairs area as a co-working space. Rooms are small, but clean. Beds could benefit from a choice of pillows rather than 4 of the same. Bar closes at 10.30pm and no room service after this time so bring snacks if arriving late. Breakfast was a good selection. Rooms are noisy - the water pipes seem to make the cry of a whale anytime anyone turns them on which is not great in the middle of the night. There is construction over the road which starts at 7am and the trains / metro start early so you get the noise of the trains as well as the people going to the station. I couldnt get my window to open and the aircon didnt seem to work - the dial just turned around and around which made it a hot night..

Doppelzimmer war klein und Badewanne statt Dusche. Zimmer war aber sauber und ruhig. Lage wegen dem Bhf gewählt. Im Hotel gibt's nix zu tun - weder Resti, noch Bar, noch sonst was. Es hat wenigstens ein Cafe.

Gutes Hotel an praktischer Lage, vor allem, wenn man über Gare de Lyon reist. Freundliches Personal. Das Zimmer, das ich hatte, war klein, aber für kurze Aufenthalte ausreichend. Das Bad war auch sehr klein, die Dusche hat nur eine schmale Glaswand und deshalb entsteht beim Duschen leicht eine kleine Überschwemmung. Leider liess sich das Fenster nicht öffnen und die Lüftung war zu schwach. Frühstück hatte ich keines. Die Gepäckaufbewahrung ist kostenpflichtig (4€). Aber praktisch und man kann selbst die Gepäckstücke wieder holen.

A good hotel right next to the Gare de Lyon. The room was small, which is typically like all budget hotels in Paris! I liked the fact that the room had a bath tub and arrangement to make tea or coffee. They didn't have any UK plug socket in the room, though they had some very slow and fiddly USB chargers. The reception gave me an adaptor but had to pay a €20 security deposit for it. Not a big deal. But what should it is, it was two apaptors to convert it to UK! So I couldn't use it, as it would fall off the wall socket due to the length and weight.

Wenn immer ich in Paris bin, übernachte ich hier. Es ist sehr praktisch, wenn man im Gare de Lyon ankommt und von da abreist. Sehr nettes Personal. Es wurde viel renoviert, die Lobby wirkt freundlicher. Auf den zu lauten Sound könnte ich aber gerne verzichten. Dieses Mal hatte ich Zimmer 613, das wie gewünscht nicht über den lärmigen Gleisen des Bahnhofs liegt. Sehr gutes Bett mit den besten Kissen, die ich je in einem Hotel hatte. Das Bad allerdings ist derart klein, dass sich ein grosser, und/oder schwerer Mensch kaum darin bewegen kann, geschweige denn Gesicht waschen oder rasieren. Sowieso ist das Zimmer nur für eine einzelne Person geeignet. Leider knallen alle Zimmertüren extrem laut zu, was man sehr gut hört. Das Frühstück ist gut, aber schlecht organisiert. Konnte kaum Butter finden, Konfitüren und Honig muss man selber in kleine Schälchen abfüllen, was Wartezeiten zur Folge hat. Dasselbe an der Kaffeemaschine. Das Gepäck kann gegen Entgelt in Schliessfächern untergebracht werden, wenn man nach dem Auschecken (erstaunlicherweise erst im 12 Uhr) noch in die Stadt möchte. Ich finde das Hotel praktisch und gut und werde bestimmt wieder kommen.

The hotel is in a perfect location easy to move around to anywhere in the city with multiple metro-train and bus lines. It is right outside the Gare De Lyon station, not the cleanest area, but overall safe. The only point I would make is regarding starring the luggage before or after you staying. We arrived an hour earlier and to storage two small luggage’s they charge €5. You put the luggage in a locker and get a ticket, but the locker will not refund the five euros when you remove your luggage. Breakfast was good, with a variety of options

Leider kann ich für dieses Hotel keine gute Bewertung abgeben, denn ein 4-Sterne-Haus sollte weit mehr bieten als nur eine gute Lage. Das einzig wirklich Positive war die Nähe zum Bahnhof Paris Gare de Lyon. Der Empfang an der Rezeption war zwar freundlich, allerdings wurde unser gebuchtes Zimmer mit getrennten Betten und Dusche nicht wie zugesagt bereitgestellt. Stattdessen hieß es plötzlich: entweder Dusche oder getrennte Betten. Für die eine Nacht verzichteten wir auf die Dusche – doch das Zimmer war in keinem Fall empfehlenswert. Es war extrem klein – so sehr, dass wir den Koffer kaum öffnen konnten. Für eine Person ohne Gepäck mag es vielleicht noch gehen, aber zu zweit ist es schlicht unzumutbar. Auch in puncto Sauberkeit gab es erhebliche Mängel: Auf dem Stuhl lag ein langes blondes Haar, an der Badtür klebten zwei dunkle Haare. Der Toilettensitz war bei Ankunft noch feucht – was Zweifel an der Gründlichkeit der Reinigung aufkommen lässt. Für einen Preis von 212 Euro pro Nacht erwarte ich deutlich mehr – sowohl in Bezug auf Komfort als auch auf Hygiene. Übrigens hat dieser Preis nicht mal das Frühstück enthalten. Darauf haben wir, aufgrund früher Abreise, verzichtet.

Vores værelse var ok til prisen, vi husker altid på, at man får hvad man betaler for. Morgenmad restauranten var virkelig god, det er alt hvad man kan ønske sig. Beliggenheden er perfekt for togrejsende, hotellet er nabo til Paris Gar du Lyon. Der var pænt og rent overalt.
Vores værelse var ok til prisen, vi husker altid på, at man får hvad man betaler for. Morgenmad restauranten var virkelig god, det er alt hvad man kan ønske sig. Beliggenheden er perfekt for togrejsende, hotellet er nabo til Paris Gar du Lyon. Der var pænt og rent overalt.

Globalement une bonne expérience au sein de cet établissement. Néanmoins il subsiste quelques points qui auraient rendu notre séjour bien meilleur: - la fenêtre de la chambre est mal isolée tant sur le plan thermique que sonore. Nous sentions l'air froid entrer, comme le bruit extérieur des klaxons incessants des véhicules parisiens. - la télévision ne fonctionne pas correctement. Nous avons dû nous reprendre à plusieurs reprises pour faire en sorte que le Chromecast fonctionne en éteignant et rallumant plusieurs fois la TV. Cette dernière a toutefois le mérite d'être grande et de bonne qualité et de disposer de l'option partage de contenu (Chromecast). - nous avons dû demander à deux reprises à l'accueil que notre flacon de gel/douche shampooing soit rempli dans la salle de bains alors que cela devrait être contrôlé chaque matin lors du ménage dans la chambre. - l'établissement étant situé à côté de la gare de Lyon, ce dernier fait face, parfois, à une mauvaise fréquentation avec des jeunes qui se présentent pour demander tout et n'importe quoi: sucre, chargeur de téléphone. À ce moment-là le vigile de l'établissement n'était pas en poste et c'est dommage... - le lit double "king size" est composé de deux lits simples assemblés côte à côte, ce qui rend le matelas moins confortable. Quelques points forts à souligner toutefois: - du lait hydratant corps de la marque Nuxe, en flacon, était disponible dans la salle de bains - l'hôtel dispose d'un service de bagagerie, grat

Arrival was good - staff got me checked in very quickly. The reception area is very busy as they run that and an upstairs area as a co-working space. Rooms are small, but clean. Beds could benefit from a choice of pillows rather than 4 of the same. Bar closes at 10.30pm and no room service after this time so bring snacks if arriving late. Breakfast was a good selection. Rooms are noisy - the water pipes seem to make the cry of a whale anytime anyone turns them on which is not great in the middle of the night. There is construction over the road which starts at 7am and the trains / metro start early so you get the noise of the trains as well as the people going to the station. I couldnt get my window to open and the aircon didnt seem to work - the dial just turned around and around which made it a hot night..

We stayed for three nights. I’ll start with negative. - the airconditioning was not working for two nights. we were told that they turn off the system during colder season. Positive: - The reception clerk Mr. Rafael gave us an electric fan. Thank you. - Reception manager Miss Alice, gave us a compensation by allowing late check out. Thank you. - The following afternoon, both Mr. Rafael and Miss Alice knocked on our room and provided us with a box of cookies, were very apologetic about the inconvenience. These are the kind of staff that Accor should cherish. Thank you.

The hotel is in a perfect location easy to move around to anywhere in the city with multiple metro-train and bus lines. It is right outside the Gare De Lyon station, not the cleanest area, but overall safe. The only point I would make is regarding starring the luggage before or after you staying. We arrived an hour earlier and to storage two small luggage’s they charge €5. You put the luggage in a locker and get a ticket, but the locker will not refund the five euros when you remove your luggage. Breakfast was good, with a variety of options

It was exactly what I was looking for; a 2 min walk from the train station (Gare de Lyon). Nice lobby, room okay, suitable for one night, near many bistros. Plane was delayed next day which gave me time to walk around the Bastille area. If you have to be delayed, let it be in Paris! Very nice staff. Small breakfast bar for cappuccino and charging stations.

Hard to find. Make sure to head for the Train Bleu restaurant and exit from there either left or right. Room was quiet despite proximity to station. Breakfast total rip off. Awful in terms of choice and quality for the price. Avoid and go to a cafe instead. Tea bags available in the room to make tea but no milk. Staff helpful but totally bemused by my request for some.

Vores værelse var ok til prisen, vi husker altid på, at man får hvad man betaler for. Morgenmad restauranten var virkelig god, det er alt hvad man kan ønske sig. Beliggenheden er perfekt for togrejsende, hotellet er nabo til Paris Gar du Lyon. Der var pænt og rent overalt.

Several plug outlets didn’t work in room. Many breakfast items, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes were cold, and basic items were missing, bananas were there the first day then none for three days, I was told you were out of them, !! A breakfast staple.

Perfect location if you travel with train plus extremely dog friendly, they didn’t even request an extra fee for cleaning the room, something that is normally quite common. Also very helpful staff.
