The room was quiet, the balcony was nice with table & chairs. The restaurant was fabulous as was the food! The breakfast buffet was stocked full of fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, hot foods like eggs, a green sautéed veggie, meet, beans, rice, fresh bread, fresh juice and of course coffee choices galore! The pool looked amazing although we didn’t use. We didn’t use the gym or iron our clothes in their room specifically for ironing! Staff was very professional and kind and responded very quit to the couple questions I had. Taxi’s were there within 10 minutes! And each ride was close to €10 one time more but it was a hell if a ride back to the hotel and even that was around €15. We highly recommend this hotel if you want to be on the outskirts of town away from all the chaos. And there was plenty of free parking!

A lovely well air conditioned hotel situated approx 55 mins by public transport and 23 minute by taxi from the centre of rome/sights. The staff are friendly, approachable. Reception book you taxi's which arrive within 5 mins. The pool area is spacious, pool large, plenty loungers ¶sols. Always a lifeguard on duty from 10am until.6pm. Feel they could like 1 did ,regularly sweep the pool to pick up leaves and insects. The pool has 4 sets of steps to gain entry or exit.Maybe some gradual.steps at the shallow end would be a good addition. You receive a pool pass when you check in which you show to obtain towells for use in the pool. The room we stayed in im told was 1 of the newer rooms, spacious with a king size bed and a sofa. The rooms are cleaned daily, has a fridge in, bathroom good size with the shower having a rain forrest setting/regular setting. Only issue with room was milk/coffee you had to ask for at reception, maybe this is to ensure no theft but is annoying. Breakfast excellent so much choice. Changed during our visit to meats and fruit not being covered. Ana Maria?.was excellent she seems to be everywhere and busy. But always friendly and smiling. Only downside was the building work, noisy &dusty to our balcony we didnt use as was always dusty despite cleaner cleaning. Think they should have closed for this work to be done. Dinner available at hotel lovely waiter. Food choices ok. Bar fab good staff some friendlier than others. Would definitely be coming ba

Really nice hotel. Really sad the pool was not open. Also could not find the gym. Cleaners did great job on our room every day. Lovely view over the swimming pool as requested. Super market, McDonald’s etc right outside. I would recommend this hotel.

Understandably the Pool was closed however from afar it was obvious that it had not been maintained. Disappointed when the fire alarm went off several times between 4:15am to 5:30am approximately - turned out to be false alarm. Didn’t receive much of an explanation, apologies, or any electronic communication.

Lots of ants in the room. Restaurant wasnt kid friendly and it didn't have much options either. Although it was very warm outside, the pool was closed and we were told pretty rudely that it was only open starting in June. It was a seasonal pool. Website didnt mention this at all. Breakfast was average. We asked them to clean a table as they were all dirty and they were sooo annoyed with us. Orange juice was empty at like 9am and they took 10 mins to refill enough for 1 glass in the jug. Would not recommand this hotel or go back. The luggage man was very kind.

Hotel was ok. Could hear all neighbours of adjoining rooms, so baby crying one side and someone snoring on the other. Room was ok cleanliness, but bathroom grouting and mould was bad. Didn’t provide anything in terms of amenities. Breakfast wasn’t very nice. Asked to use iron, were told we’d have to iron anything in reception.. around everyone there. Generally disappointed.

The property could have been better maintained. The lobby is beautiful, the restaurant also beautiful and clean however, our room was dated, filled with water damaged needs to be updated and clean thoroughly. The gentleman at the Front Desk was very friendly. He suggested various restaurants and everyone that he suggested was 10 out of 10. On the day of checkout, my husband and I paid for late checkout, which is at 2 PM. The housekeeping staff knocked on our door three times at 9 o’clock the other one at 10 o’clock and then again at 11:05. Finally, I had to call the front desk to remind the housekeeping team that we paid for late checkout. The Wi-Fi was spotty. It wasn’t stable at all. The television did not have English speaking channels. Therefore making it a miserable stay when we were in the room.

Some staff were helpful, while others could not be bothered.The Wifi in the rooms was terrible, unable to connect most of the time.I had to always go down to the bar or lounge are to get work done and if they was a large tour group, good luck with getting anything done.Room was clean.

The hotel was new, some parts still under construction. The hotel was clean and really it was a very nice building overall. I know it may be like this in some European hotels but they had restricted hours for the AC so if you need good air flow to sleep that may be an issue as it was for us, we had to keep the doors open during the night and the freeway is extremely loud if the doors are open. We spoke to the staff three times about this issue but no other rooms were available. Other than that the property was great.

Overall I liked the hotel. The only problems I had with the room itself were the bed was quite hard (major), the shower edge was so high that it was difficult to get in and out (medium) and there were no Kleenex tissues provided (very minor). Having said that there were numerous positives to the room and the property. The other thing to know that isn't a flaw with the hotel but good info for travellers is that the hotel is somewhat isolated. It has aRome address but is on the outskirts, more suburban. Very little around in easy walking distance.

Location: it’s very far from everything (the nearest attraction is Vatican City). If you’re planning on using public transportation, this isn’t an ideal hotel for that since Google can be confusing and lead you to the freeway for the nearest bus stop (so follow the street signs instead). Amenities: standard and well-kept. The king bed is uncomfortable with the split in the middle as it’s made of 2 separated mattresses. The AC rattling all night. Hot/cold water worked well. However, the room is spacious and you have your own balcony.

Claudio and Mariano at the front desk were absolute stars. Not only did they take care with an expedited check-in process, but when we inquired about excellent restaurants in the Rome vicinity, they offered a variety of selections with incredible food. Thank you both so much for going above and beyond.

The property itself was clean. It advertises that there's air conditioning, but our room would not go below 78°. I called the front desk twice for assistance, but they blew it off saying it was working fine. Ricky, at the front desk, was very friendly... majority of the rest of the staff was unfriendly and didn't wanna be bothered. I would not recommend staying here.

The hotel staff is the best ever. Claudia (I am probably not spelling it correctly) was absolutely amazing. She was so helpful to us. She helped us navigate ourselves around the city and made sure that we left in enough time to get to all of our tours. I had a small issue with the lights staying on in my room and she quickly had maintenance up to correct it. My room was very nice and always clean. The day we arrived, service in the restaurant wasn't that good. We were left sitting while they served everyone around us. And after we finally had or order taken, about 30 minutes later, we were told that they forgot to put our order in. When we finally received our food, we were told that we needed to cash out, essentially rushing us out. I didn't like that at all. But the next time we ate in the restaurant, it was great. Great service and great service at the bar. Even with the incident at the restaurant, I would still highly recommend this hotel. The staff is great, grounds are beautiful, and the pool is an awesome bonus. Oh, and I wanted to comment on some of the things I had read about the hotel before I came. First, you are able to control the air from your room. It didn't appear to go lower than a certain point, but you were able to control it yourself. The doors to the balcony does open and you are able to sit out there and enjoy the view or fresh air. So the reviews that made the statements about the air and balcony are not accurate. It may have been room specific.

Hotel was nice and dinner was great. I booked because it said shuttle service was included and it was not. We ended up paying $65 (for shuttle we didn't take due to getting luggage late), $50 for replacement taxi and another $65 to go back to the airport. Front desk was going to check to see what they could do for us, since it was falsely advertised and never got back to us. They asked if we wanted a King or 2 beds and we said 2, but got a King. The hotel is nice and restaurant was good, but we would have stayed at the airport hotel if we had been properly advised that there would be a fee for the shuttle. Our flight left early the next morning. They were not timely in answering our request confirming whether or not there was a charge for the shuttle. They answered while we were on the flight there, which was too late.

The property was fine the staff was not, I had sent emails before arriving to set up transportation and they never responded. The AC was not turned on unless you asked and it was 90 degrees. I called several times the front desk seemed pisswd I was calling. Do not recommend!

The hotel is pretty average clean .It was fairly far out of Rome central which was a bit difficult The problem was with the reception staff-my group occupied 6 rooms and every one had issues. The staff is sullen,not friendly and rather than get to the solution for problems we have they prefer to disbelieve the customer rather offhandly.when shown up to be wrong a senior receptionist muttered an apology under her breath. Someone ordered a superior room and was told a lie that what he had WAS the better room. Once he showed that it was an untruth they again apologised. Better to stay somewhere else.

This was our first visit to Rome, and while we had some wonderful experiences, there were also a few disappointments. The staff were overall kind and welcoming, and I want to give special recognition to Federico at the bar, who went above and beyond truly the highlight of our stay. Breakfast was also delicious and a nice way to start each morning though we only ate once. That said, there were some issues worth mentioning. We were charged for early check-in without any prior notice during booking or in the hotel’s messages regarding fees. The explanation was that the room needed to be prepared early, but when we arrived the room was still not fully ready. Essential items were missing there was no soap in the shower (bottles were empty), no facial tissues, and when housekeeping came, they only made the bed but didn’t restock the empty amenities. Another frustration was that the hotel advertised Netflix access, yet the app wasn’t available and the remote’s Netflix button didn’t work. The noise level was also challenging. While I understand some of this may be outside the hotel’s control, it made adjusting to the time difference more difficult. As for location, the stairs leading to the bus stop were a bit confusing, and we often felt uneasy in the neighborhood it didn’t feel very safe, especially as tourists who clearly stood out. The hotel is very well maintained. The rooms are spacious and clean. Ricky at the reception is definitely a friendly and welcoming staff member who showed genuine interest. At the nearby supermarket, we were able to buy our cheap bus tickets, which was very convenient. Unfortunately, the area where you need to transfer between metro and bus doesn’t feel very safe. One tip for improvement: better lighting on the way to the hotel would make guests feel more comfortable.

Hotel was nice but service could be better from the sense of customer satisfaction. For example, a couple of times reception wouldn’t respond to calls even after calling like 5/6 times in a row. Other than that the staff were all really nice. Another thing that was a bit disappointing was that they didn’t have room service which we were looking forward to. Overall the hotel and the room were great and everything was good except for slow service sometimes and the location is a little far from the center. Some points to consider, they should add tissues in the rooms as they only provide toilet paper. Also a big trash can in the hallways would be good as the trash that is in the room is pretty small and because they don’t have room service we ordered food a couple of times and needed a bigger trash, or one in the hallway to be able to throw the food and not have the room smell like food through the night. Location: it’s very far from everything (the nearest attraction is Vatican City). If you’re planning on using public transportation, this isn’t an ideal hotel for that since Google can be confusing and lead you to the freeway for the nearest bus stop (so follow the street signs instead). Amenities: standard and well-kept. The king bed is uncomfortable with the split in the middle as it’s made of 2 separated mattresses. The AC rattling all night. Hot/cold water worked well. However, the room is spacious and you have your own balcony.

A total disappointment. Location is not convenient for arriving with luggage without a car. Subway is not close so you have to take a bus to get close to everywhere and the traffic in that area is heavy. So it took us almost an hour to arrive to the subway and it was supposed to be just like 15 -20 mins. The restaurant is open just in the mornings or at night. They just serve sandwiches during the whole day and my mom that has a lot of allergies and was feeling sick so she couldn’t eat from the bar. I brought her food from a restaurant outside after we did check out because we’re leaving today so she could eat something and they said that she couldn’t sit there, that she had to eat in her room or somewhere else outside the hotel because the food was not the sandwich from the bar. We explained we did check out and one of them said basically that they don’t care and we have to go somewhere else.

Rigtig lækkert hotel, lidt væk fra centrum men rigtig fin bus forbindelse fra hotellet. Selve værelset var godt indrettet (klassisk), toilet og bad synes at være moderniseret, hvilket var absolut perfekt. Den store pool var bare børnenes favorit! Dejligt område omkring poolen. Eneste minus ved hotellet er morgenmaden. Efter at have oplevet alle de friske gode italienske råvarer var det skuffende med dårlige tomater til morgenmaden alle morgenerne vi var der, ingen basale grøntsager som man ville forvente til en klassisk morgenmadsbuffet i italien (ingen agurker, ingen oliven osv). Æggene var alt for kogte. Brød intet godt. Kaffen absolut det eneste bedste ved morgenmaden.

The room was quiet, the balcony was nice with table & chairs. The restaurant was fabulous as was the food! The breakfast buffet was stocked full of fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, hot foods like eggs, a green sautéed veggie, meet, beans, rice, fresh bread, fresh juice and of course coffee choices galore! The pool looked amazing although we didn’t use. We didn’t use the gym or iron our clothes in their room specifically for ironing! Staff was very professional and kind and responded very quit to the couple questions I had. Taxi’s were there within 10 minutes! And each ride was close to €10 one time more but it was a hell if a ride back to the hotel and even that was around €15. We highly recommend this hotel if you want to be on the outskirts of town away from all the chaos. And there was plenty of free parking!

There are several problems with the breakfast. The way they run it. stuff running the breakfast are rude. time waiting to go in the breakfast area. there is every day stuff missing & you have to wait a lot of time to bring the missing food. Poor service from the Ladies at the reception.No smiles, no hello’s when you walk pass the reception or in and out of the hotel. The staff in the restaurant (the men) are nice and say hello and goodmorning. But the food at the breakfastrestaurant is poor. The iron doesnt work. There is Nescafé at the room, when you arrive, but after two cups its over, and neither the cleaningladies, the reception or the restaurant want to give you more for the rest of the stay. The pool area is good - but else it was a vers disappointing experience at this hotel.

The Hotel is amazing, decent location (15 min to touristic Rome by car and 25min from Leonardo Da Vinci airport). The only problem there is the staff, that from day 1 seem to me they don’t want to be there( pool boy, not the short one and also the waiters who rarely come out by the pool side to look after you). They might need an extra waiter at the pool side… I spent money but struggle at one point as asking for a G&T every hour seem like a chore to them… Bali bed…50€ for half a day(comes with some free stuff like water, fruit plate and free cocktails which again you’ll struggle to get off the waiter). Not all the staff is poor as the receptionist are great, especially the one with curly hair ( sorry I never asked for your name ) Long story short, great hotel, location, amenities but lack of consideration and care after the guests to the point that I was chasing them to take my money for a drink or a Bali bed…
