Extremely overpriced and full of unexpected additional costs. Almost everything comes with an extra charge, which makes the whole experience feel more like a money-making exercise than hospitality. There is also a noticeable lack of staff, so the service feels slow and impersonal. Even basic toiletries are missing, which is difficult to justify at this price point. The facilities and overall service simply do not meet the standard you would expect for what you are paying. Unfortunately, the experience left me feeling that the price was completely disconnected from the quality provided. There are much better options where you actually feel like a valued guest rather than a source of additional charges.

This is a hidden gem. The historic property has been beautifully restored, has all the facilities anyone could want and the staff are super attentive and qualified. The buffet lunch is not the greatest, but it's good value for the money they charge for it.

The receptionist Sona went above and beyond to help us make it to our train in time when the taxi service was late. She offered excellent service and made a positive and memorable experience from a stressful situation. Without Sona's help, we would have missed our connection.
