ECHO Suties Extended Stay by Wyndham Austin Round Rock

There was no complementary coffee the first morning we were at the hotel. In fact, the table was a mess and there was no one at the desk to get more coffee. We got more noise than expected from the room next-door, which was disappointing. The room was clean, but a bit small as it was difficult to walk around the queen beds.

Nothing stood out good or bad. I would stay again but will not be my first choice

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. When we arrived, the front desk employee was not welcoming or pleasant. I had specifically requested a first floor room due to my circumstances, but my request wasn’t even acknowledged. Instead, we were assigned a room on the second floor. The biggest issue was the constant noise from the guests above us. They were stomping on the floor throughout the day and night, making it very difficult to rest. We reported the problem multiple times over the course of our three night stay, but nothing was done to address it. The noise continued the entire time. On the last night, after we had already complained for two days, we were told at 11:00 PM that we could move to another room. After unpacking and staying there for three nights, it was unreasonable to expect us to move that late at night because another guest refused to follow the hotel’s quiet hours. It would have made more sense for management to address the guests causing the disturbance rather than inconveniencing us. We expected much better customer service and a more proactive response to a problem that significantly affected our stay. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not choose to stay here again.

Really nice hotel just don’t expect the normal things you’re used to being in a hotel room like hair blow dryer, iron, etc.

No ice machine. Smelled a little like weed. Other than that great!
