Lovely room and excellent breakfast. The menu I the evening was top quality at a very reasonable price.

Clean, tidy, great staff and great food

Very clean, lovely location and pretty quiet even on a friday night. Shell the housekeeper made the room spotless and the staff were all very helpful. Only 20min drive from Leicester so it was perfect.

The hotel itself was nice, but not very sound-proofed, as I could hear people in the rooms next to ours, as well as the doors opening and closing in the hallway. We'd booked a king room and got a twin room instead. They fixed it and joined the beds together, but they didn't even have a note that the room was supposed to be a king room. Unsure if this is an issue with the hotel or the hotels.com booking system. Hotel reception usually closes early but they were able to stay late for us, the shower was really nice, the breakfast was great! I would stay here again, but I would need to bring ear plugs lol.
