Súper clean hotel, especially considering how fine the sand is and how it gets everywhere! There is a one person elevator or stairs. Comfortable beds. Not big rooms but sufficient if you’re not staying in the room. We had four people, 3 large suitcases and 3 carry on size. There was NO extra room. The balcony is lovely! Great view of the beach and promenade. We ate out on it a couple times. This hotel is front and central for summer at a main Valencian beach. You could hear the club music all night. There was a huge crowd everyday it was sunny. So keep that in mind with the noise level in the room for sleeping. It is right beside the beach. So super convenient to restaurants and the Sea!

Overall good stay for the price. The only issue was parking: there was plenty in front of the hotel, but suspicious-looking people were there all the time. So we chose to park underground nearby. We paid 70 euros for 5-day pass.

Reception staff was not super friendly or welcoming. I asked about where to find a post box & they didn’t even try to help. No ice-machine. For a budget place it was ok overall. Sea view!

Although I can say the hotel was price of the value, the room was smaller than I expected. There is one bed and it covers the whole area with not so much space to move around.The bathroom was also too small. And an unexpected thing happened that when I tried to open my room door, left side of the door frame completely come away which made my night less secure because it made the door so weak to open with no effort. The hotel has street parking but it could be a problem to find a free spot especially in high seasons. There is a paid parking just next to the hotel though.

El hotel cerca de la playa y del paseo. Transporte publico para coger e ir al centro sin problemas. Tienes autobús o tranvía. Las habitaciones podían limpiarlas un poco mejor. Había mosquitos pegados en la pared que a saber de cuando serían. En el cabecero de la cama encima un adorno colgado grande lleno de polvo. Se oyen mucho los portazos de la gente, el pasar por los pasillos y las tuberías de aguas al ducharse la gente. La verdad que para descansar a las mañanas era un poco complicado. Estaba en la habitación 104 primera planta. Para aparcar al lado del hotel en febrero sin problemas, lo que pasa que hay personas que necesitan comer y te están guardando o te avisan donde hay sitio para llevarse una pequeña comisión.

A nice hotel right by the beach. Plenty of parking nearby, but in a quiet and peaceful street. We had a sea view, but the room was somewhat cramped. We experienced some mosquitoes and ants the first night, but after we informed the reception, there were no insects the next day. Can be recommended if you just need a place to sleep or want to stay close to the beach.

Maravillosa la estancia. Atención y amabilidad del personal. El vestíbulo, luminoso y preciosa su decoración. La habitacion, diseño actual, con armarios funcionales y comodidad para el descanso. La ducha, accesible y espectacular su funcionamiento. Limpieza máxima en todo el hotel. La cercanía a la playa de Las Arenas, a los restaurantes de alta calidad y al paseo maritimo a la Malva Rosa hacen de su ubicación un verdadero lujo.Tranporte público muy próximo. Stayed here for a week for the MotoGP race in Valencia. Wasn't expecting much from a 2 star hotel but was very pleasantly surprised. Staff are very friendly and speak Spanish and English so no worries there. The room was basic but clean and tidy with a small balcony a good bathroom, Smart TV and free Wifi. The maids that cleaned the room would even return later in the day if you put the do not disturb sign up to have a decent lay in. All in all a pleasent little hotel right on the beach with loads of great restaurants next door. For the price can't complain.

FINGER WEG!!! Dieses Hotel ist absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Das erste Zimmer war stark verschmutzt und voller Schimmel – auch nach einem Zimmerwechsel war das Problem identisch. Anstatt das ernst zu nehmen, haben die Angestellten sogar das Telefonkabel herausgezogen, sodass Expedia die nicht erreichen konnte. Es scheint, als sei dem Hotelpersonal die miserable Qualität bewusst. Vor dem Hoteleingang saßen zudem Obdachlose, was das Gefühl der Unsicherheit verstärkte. Dieses Haus sollte dringend geschlossen werden – für Gäste ist es weder hygienisch noch zumutbar.

Goed hotel ligt achter het strand. Vriendelijke medewerkers die je altijd willen helpen. Wij waren te vroeg om in te kunnen checken konden onze koffers daar achter laten. Werden netjes in een aparte ruimte gezet. Elke dag worden de bedden netjes opgemaakt en brengen ze nieuwe handdoeken. Onze kamer was schoon geen schimmel of andere onhygiënische dingen op onze kamer. Er zijn verschillende bushaltes in de buurt net zoals taxi’s.

Location is amazing - the beach is right there and so many restos/pubs to choose from. Bathroom had recently been remodelled and very, very clean. Room otherwise was modest/basic but was all I needed. Super hot and air conditioning was nice and cool. Would love to see at least one English selection on TV (BBC? Al Jeezerah?) No view and I had to keep drapes closed as (very close) view of some neighbouring rooms.

The property in itself was very good, location right next to the beach and lots of restaurants. Staff kind enough and room was cleaned everyday. Only critic was theres a beach night club close by, if you have room close to or sea view you can hear the loud beats of the music/pyro which was annoying as couldnt get any sleep and lasted till about 3 to 4am everyday. Maybe an upgrade of the windows to more noise cancelling ones would be bettee.

Room was perfect for my stay. Staff were helpful. If I had to find a negative is you can here every door open and close, not a big deal personally, although could understand it being an issue for others.

The location of this hotel is a standout feature. Situated right by the beach with an amazing seafront promenade. However, my overall experience was mixed. While the rooms were clean the lack of soundproofing made it difficult to sleep through the night with noise from other guests, doors, the elevator, and the AC unit. The main issue is that the doors tend to slam shut unless you hold your room card against the sensor. Additionally, the blanket and pillow provided were super thin, and there was another blanket made of plastic. While the latter might seem practical, I'm concerned it doesn't get washed regularly. Another downside was the unreliable Wi-Fi, which frequently cut out every 20 minutes.

Love this place. If you're looking for clean, comfortable bedding, working wifi and a great location without the extra amenities this is your spot! The staff was always there and able to answer my questions, even thou my Spanish is extremely limited. AND can I just say location, location, location. Very pleased!

This is a very basic little hotel on the beach with SUPER staff and an excellent breakfast. It was quiet and we slept well there. We almost missed breakfast, arriving at the dining area 5 minutes before it ended but they were nice enough to keep it open for us. Just really great people.

Una falta total de respeto por parte del personal y de la gerencia. Por cuestiones climatológicas no pude llegar a Valencia, y se rehusaron a hacer el reembolso correspondiente, pese a la situación. Para la próxima trataré de convertirme en el dios del trueno para controlar el clima. Que pesaos!

We have stayed at this hotel on many occasions, but left very disappointed this time. Our tv was not working, and we spoke to three different members of staff about this. The young Chinese man did attempt to help and came up stairs, but with now joy, the other three times they said they would send someone up but never did. Although it is not major to have a to but the fact we asked three times and it was not looked at was very disappointing. The hotel is good value and we have enjoyed our previous stayes over the years and recommend it to friends who have booked it up, but I would think twice about booking this hotel again

Stayed here for a week for the MotoGP race in Valencia. Wasn't expecting much from a 2 star hotel but was very pleasantly surprised. Staff are very friendly and speak Spanish and English so no worries there. The room was basic but clean and tidy with a small balcony a good bathroom, Smart TV and free Wifi. The maids that cleaned the room would even return later in the day if you put the do not disturb sign up to have a decent lay in. All in all a pleasent little hotel right on the beach with loads of great restaurants next door. For the price can't complain.

The property in itself was very good, location right next to the beach and lots of restaurants. Staff kind enough and room was cleaned everyday. Only critic was theres a beach night club close by, if you have room close to or sea view you can hear the loud beats of the music/pyro which was annoying as couldnt get any sleep and lasted till about 3 to 4am everyday. Maybe an upgrade of the windows to more noise cancelling ones would be bettee.

Beautiful beach about 3 minutes walk. You must go around the block to get to the beach, since there is no direct access to the beach from the hotel. There is a breakfast buffet for nine euros. It is cold cuts, boiled eggs, fruit, variety of savory and sweet breads and some cereal. There was also soya milk. No gluten-free options. The coffee & tea are included. The hotel is very close to the main beach promenade where all the restaurants are, also the clubs. That means that you can hear the music from the Hotel. I slept fine with earplugs. My family had no issues with the music. Overall, we had a nice stay and we found it convenient to be close to restaurants, beach, and the cruise port, which was the reason why we shows this hotel.

Die Lage des Hotels ist prima, direkt am Strand. Alles sauber und ordentlich. Das Personal ist freundlich. Ich kann wirklich nichts beanstanden. Alles top. 1 Stern weniger, weil der Marina Beachclub echt extrem laut ist und während der Woche bis früh um 3-4 Uhr laute Musik und Bass zu hören ist. Von Freitag zu Samstag sogar bis früh um 7 Uhr. Schlafen kann diesbezüglich echt schwierig werden für Leute, die einen leichten Schlaf haben. Am besten mit Oropax bewaffnen oder das Fenster schließen und Klima an.

Het hotel ligt aan het strand. Wij hadden een kamer met zeezicht, is een aanrader! Er was een ontbijt voor €8,- pp beschikbaar. Complimenten voor de dame die dit verzorgt, top! Ook glutenvrij brood en lactosevrije melk was beschikbaar.

Bij aankomst niet echt een warm welkom door de man bij de balie. Hielp ons daarna wel meteen toen we de airco niet aankregen. Hotelkamer prima, douche en badkamer ook prima. Kamer met zeezicht, maar zonder balkon, en de gordijnen moeten dichtblijven voor de airco, dus aan zeezicht heb je niet veel. Locatie is top, vanwege het strand, maar savonds/snachts moet je tegen geluid kunnen van buiten. Gehorig. Ontbijt niet bijzonder. Elke dag hetzelfde. De yoghurtjes liggen niet gekoeld, waardoor het lauw eten is. Brood was een keer beschimmeld. Vers fruit was wel lekker en de koffie ook. 9 euro best prijzig voor wat je krijgt.

Bon séjour dans cet hôtel et bien situé. Bon accueil et hôtel très propre. Un peu bruyant coté rue car les fen^tre ne sont pas très isolante, mais bien dormi quand même. Le petit déjeuner proposé à 9€ est très bien et surtout en buffet ou l'on peut choisir des fruits, yaouths, différents pains et boissons et de la charcuterie.

The hotel is in a good location close to the beach and promenade with restaurants. Shopping options are quite limited and there is no supermarket close by. The area is flat and easily walkable with a tram station nearby. Some reception staff are not particularly welcoming and one is positively mute and miserable. The single rooms are of varying sizes,(one fellow traveller had a much larger room and bathroom than mine) but they all seem to have very restricted access around at least one side of the bed. Shower is very good as is the housekeeping. Buffet breakfast is quite limited..the only hot food on offer is toast, though a wide selection of cakes is available. A willingness to serve exists in the restaurant. Wifi and TV that works from it can be very hit and miss with frequent picture freeze. On average the room rate is a little pricey for what is on offer.
