Cet ancien IBIS STYLES est en cours de rénovation. Le confort lié à sa catégorie sera sans doute atteint lorsque les travaux seront complètement terminés. Mais nous y sommes venus un peu trop tôt.

Hôtel en très bon état, bien situé à proximité de nombreux restaurants et commerces. Très belle vue lorsqu'on est au dernier étage. Station de tram en face de l'hôtel.

I booked a room with a balcony, there was a tiny bit of noise coming from avenue louise trams run quite late just outside but leaving the air con on low helped drown out the noise, comfortable beds, clean room, house keeping daily, really friendly staff

I loved my time at this property!! It’s a charming boutique hotel with modern amenities in a central location with easy access to public transportation. The staff were all so kind accommodating. They gave me easy to follow directions to where I needed to go and provided wonderful recommendations. The view from the 10th floor is beautiful with a large shared balcony. I felt very safe here and walking around the property at night as a solo female traveler. Will definitely stay here again.

Notre chambre était vraiment sale a notre arrivée a 22h. On avait pris une chambre avec terrasse ; elle était belle et spacieuse mais absolument pas insonorisée ; on entend l’ascenseur à chaque fois alors qu’il ne monte même pas au 10eme étage (où nous étions). Bref je ne recommande pas

I had the displeasure to recently stay at this hotel and I can say that it was a huge mistake. My room was filled with the smell of rot and dampness coming from the bathroom, which is minuscule and in bad shape. The lift only arrives to the 9th floor while my room was on the 10th, which forced me to climb two very steep and dangerous flight of stairs, with tall and extremely narrow steps. Cleanness and maintenance were clearly lacking, the smell unbearable and the lack of safety is unacceptable. I cannot believe a hotel these days can be handled in such a way. We were forced to change our accommodation and of course the management did not reimburse anything, which given the conditions of the room is shameful. Even the hotels.com platform through which we reserved was not helpful and supportive at all. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It requires a complete renovation and overhaul of management. I hope they take seriously the reviews by their customers and make the necessary improvements. And I hope this review can be a helpful warning for anyone who is considering staying at this hotel.

Auf den ersten Blick hübsch renoviert. Auf den zweiten Blick hatten alle Stoffe inkl. Handtücher und Bett mindestens einen Fleck. Die Pappbecher verstehe ich auch nicht so wirklich. Die Zimmertür könnte hellhöriger nicht sein aufgrund der großen Spalte. Man kann sie ich nicht abschließen. Genauso wenig die Badezimmertür, in meinem Schlüsselloch wurde Klopapier reingesteckt. Ich hatte eine Feuerleiter mit einfach verglaster rudimentärer Tür die mir anderen Zimmern verbunden war über die Feuerleiter. War schon komisch, dass man sich hätte einfach vor ein anderes Zimmer hätte stellen können. Generell würde ich sagen, für die 120 Euro zu teuer, ich würde das ganze so bei 80-90 Euro einordnen. Der Service war aber super freundlich.

The hotel was very clean and well-presented. All the staff I met were friendly and very helpful. The room I was in was facing the street but the room was insulted from the noise of the traffic.

Netjes, ruime kamer (in verh. tot prijs). Helaas werkte slot niet goed: midden inde nacht stond er opeens iemand in onze kamer. Verdween snel gelukkig. Daarna bleek dat we met onze sleutelkaart niet meer in onze kamer binnen konden komen. Iemand van de receptie moest met eigen sleutel de kamer open maken, maar daarna hadden we geen elektriciteit meer. Omdat we daarna vrij snel uitcheckten hebben we dat maar zo gelaten. Personeel vertelde dat problemen met sleutelkaarten vaker voorkwamen. Jammer, minpuntje.

Personale cordiale e disponibile. Stanza meravigliosa: spaziosa, pulita, comoda, dotata di ogni comfort, terrazza incantevole e perfetta per sonni tranquilli 'lontano' dai rumori della città. Posizione strategica. Curato in ogni minimo dettaglio. Tornerò senz'altro.

Et lite, men veldig hyggelig hotell med flott service. Rommet var ikke klart da jeg sjekket inn kl 16.35, men det ble umiddelbart klargjort og vasket da jeg sa ifra. Resepsjonisten beklaget to dager på rad og ga meg gratis drikkevann som plaster på såret. Hotellet har en sentral plassering langs Louise Boulevard, og selv om rommet mitt lå ut mot gaten var det lite støy. Jeg besilte et lite enkeltrom, men fikk et stort dobbeltrom for samme pris. Selve rommet var enkelt, med komfortabel seng. Badet var nytt og så nyoppusset ut, med lekre fliser på golv og vegger. Jeg kommer gjerne tilbake til Hotel Louise.

The staff were rude, the night shift staff came to our room accusing us of making noise and having a party. Saying that another customer had accused us of making noise. This wasn’t true, I was in room with my partner just talking. Also I paid for €15 for late checkout, but the cleaners came straight into the room without knocking, very disappointing.

I loved my time at this property!! It’s a charming boutique hotel with modern amenities in a central location with easy access to public transportation. The staff were all so kind accommodating. They gave me easy to follow directions to where I needed to go and provided wonderful recommendations. The view from the 10th floor is beautiful with a large shared balcony. I felt very safe here and walking around the property at night as a solo female traveler. Will definitely stay here again.

Excellently situated, mid-way up Avenue Louise, with regular trams to the centre or an enjoyable walk there. Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean, comfortable, modernised rooms. I’ll happily stay there again!

It was 32 C super hot and when I checked in they didn’t bother to tell me the AC was broken. They said it was going to take a few weeks to repair it. When I realized there was no AC I asked for a refund as it was unbearable to stay there. They said they couldn’t because I had book it e we ohh Expedia. Do I had to pay for another hotel. They never apologized even once.

This is my second stay in the hotel (room 92 this time) and I did have a nice stay there. There were, however, some minor nuisances that went in the way of the experience that need to be taken care of. 1. the bath room sink was blocked and it needs immediate attention because the sink was getting filled up quite quickly. 2. This was not really a problem for me during my stay but I can see that being a problem to others down the line especially people who will rent the same room (92) in winter. The balcony door needs to be sealed better because I felt draft coming from there. 3. This just me being a little picky here but more tea bags and coffee would have been really appreciated. The staff provided everything I needed but it would have been been better to have enough tea and coffee in the room. Other than that, there isn't really any issue I can think of. I had a great stay and I will definitely consider the hotel again when I visit Brussels again.
