I booked a songle room with balcony and seaview. The view was fantastic, but the balcony really small and a bit worn. But I could fit a chair there and had many nice moments there enjoying the view. The room was Ok and AC worked perfectly. It also had a small fridge which was nice. All in all a good stay. Everything a little worn and old, but that is only visual. There was a little shop downstairs where you could buy water, beer, etc. and there was also someone selling tours and excursions. Breakfast was Ok for a 3 day stay, there was a quite good selection to choose from. If I would have stayed longer, it would be good to have some variety, for example salami instead of the ham etc... One small complaint. Even though they stated that hanged up towels would not be changed, I got new towels every day. I would like to do my part for the environment and use the same towels for 3 days or even longer.

Nothing like the pictures, we had anticipated a pool due to the picture as well as basic amenities such as a fridge. Hairs were in the sink upon arrival and black mold in the ceiling. images posted on line of rooms not the same, hotel reception is not on the front of hotel and you have to go through entrance between shops for about 25 meters, no security, have key locks on doors, 1 lift and reception staff changed all the time

It was okay, great convenient location. Would recommend for a short stay if your itinerary is to see Sliema and Valletta. Floors were dirty, no bar fridge (which would’ve been nice to cool our water in 35o heat!), balcony was tiny and balcony door didn’t lock. Also only had one key between us, so meant we had to leave the room door unlocked if we went our separate ways.

Good location and easy to commute around, bus stop was literally outside the hotel, as well as beach and a lot of good and decently priced restaurants and cafe's. Cleanliness though was terrible. When we have checked in in the room, we straight away have noticed a dirty floor, especially under the desk in corners. Headboard was covered in fluffy white dust that you could see from distance. My white socks turned instantly grey once stepping out of my shoes and walking to the bathroom. We have stayed there 7 nights and on several occasions asked cleaning staff and also front office staff if somebody could clean the floor in our room, but there was no response. On one evening after returning to our room and seeing that floor is still dirty, I even was prepared to clean the floor myself, but I could not find anybody, as they already have left. On Friday our bins in the room were not emptied and, although fresh towels were left on the bed, dirty towels were not collected from the bathroom and left there on floor. Because of the cleanliness issues, we will be choosing different hotel when staying in this area.

Die Fenster sind einfach verglast, wodurch man alles draußen sehr deutlich hört – Autos, Fußgänger etc. Auch die Türen sind sehr dünn, sodass man die Geräusche der Nachbarn deutlich wahrnimmt. Das Frühstück hat unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Die Qualität der angebotenen Speisen, insbesondere der Wurst und des Kaffees, war enttäuschend. Die Frühstückszeiten (7:30–9:30 Uhr) sind im Urlaub etwas knapp bemessen, wenn man entspannt starten möchte. Positiv hervorzuheben sind die zentrale Lage und das freundliche Personal. Leider hatten wir auch Probleme mit Kakerlaken, die wir drei Tage lang im Flur beobachten konnten. Insgesamt bietet das Hotel eine gute Lage, aber in Sachen Komfort, Ausstattung und Frühstück gibt es deutlichen Verbesserungsbedarf.

The hotel is in a great location. Accross from St. Julian's beach and few steps from the bus stop. Easy to get to Valletta from here and you can walk to St. George's Bay. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bath tub had a leak and they fixed right away after we reported it. I highly recommend the breakfast. It wasn't expensive buy had everything you need to fuel up and get ready for the day. Vending machines at the lobby were a life saver as we arrived after midnight on a Sunday night and all the restaurants were closed. I'd definitely stay here again.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Hugs mistake. I got bedbugs bite, you will have a bad experience, Malta was very beautiful place. But this hotel was the worse place and terrible. The hotel doesn’t take care anything, they don’t care customer. I asked for refund or change the room. They refused to be responsible for it. Also, Expedia didn’t not help with the refund or show any responsibility. Very disappointed, that is why they layoffs a lot of their employees because the company is d... Do not use Expedia and this hotel. Seriously you don’t want to have bad experiences on your trip.

Without doubt the greatest aspect of this hotel are the staff from the cleaning staff to the reception team They all work tirelessly to ensure that every aspect of your stay is first class From a welcoming smile upon booking in to a personalized service at breakfast The staff are excellent Even the leaning staff go out their way to ensure your stay is stress free Yes the rooms are clean the bedding comfortable and the hotel itself is well presented but the staff are first class I look forward to my next visit

Good aspects were a convenient location, spacious and clean room with lovely view of St Julian's Bay and friendly, helpful reception staff. Only downside was that it is a bit noisy - on a busy road close to bars, and there was quite a lot of noise from other residents playing loud music in their rooms.

Overall great stay, I was there for 10 nights total and very well worth the money. Will be staying here again for sure. Only feedback for property is that the WiFi could use updating. It would not constantly stay connected and would drop frequently. Once this is solved this solved hotel will be perfect for budgeted travels. Again, will be staying

Bonjour, Aucun membre de l'équipe ne maîtrise le français. Toutefois, il serait plus judicieux de mettre à jour vos photos, car cela commence à dater, à mon avis. L'accueil diffère complètement de celui présenté sur la photo. En ce qui concerne la chambre, les murs ont été repeints, mais de manière bâclée, car il y a beaucoup de débordements. Le wi-fi fait défaut, car il est impossible de se brancher. L'espace pour l'entrée de la douche est vraiment limité. Je me suis ébouillantée 2 ou 3 fois en manipulant le robinet, par rapport à la cantine. C'est regrettable qu'il soit situé dans une pièce fermée sans fenêtre. Conservez vos valises depuis le matin jusqu'au soir le jour d'arrivée et le jour de départ. C'est très plaisant.

Good aspects were a convenient location, spacious and clean room with lovely view of St Julian's Bay and friendly, helpful reception staff. I've made over 30 trips to Malta and this is my go to hotel for Malta. Always staying at this hotel. The staff are exceptional in the way they look after guests the hotel is clean and tidy and rooms and beds are comfortable. if you include breakfast there is a good selection of hot and cold foods with all the staples you would expect and I found all my meals to be filling and of a really high standard. The local area has a good selection of cafes and restaurants all of which are reasonably priced and serve good quality plentiful food. It can get busy at times being on the coastal road but I've never found it too noisy. Easy walking distance for local transport and tourist buses Would happily recommend and will be staying there later in the year

The hotel is in a great location. Accross from St. Julian's beach and few steps from the bus stop. Easy to get to Valletta from here and you can walk to St. George's Bay. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bath tub had a leak and they fixed right away after we reported it. I highly recommend the breakfast. It wasn't expensive buy had everything you need to fuel up and get ready for the day. Vending machines at the lobby were a life saver as we arrived after midnight on a Sunday night and all the restaurants were closed. I'd definitely stay here again.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Hugs mistake. I got bedbugs bite, you will have a bad experience, Malta was very beautiful place. But this hotel was the worse place and terrible. The hotel doesn’t take care anything, they don’t care customer. I asked for refund or change the room. They refused to be responsible for it. Also, Expedia didn’t not help with the refund or show any responsibility. Very disappointed, that is why they layoffs a lot of their employees because the company is d... Without doubt the greatest aspect of this hotel are the staff from the cleaning staff to the reception team They all work tirelessly to ensure that every aspect of your stay is first class From a welcoming smile upon booking in to a personalized service at breakfast The staff are excellent Even the leaning staff go out their way to ensure your stay is stress free Yes the rooms are clean the bedding comfortable and the hotel itself is well presented but the staff are first class I look forward to my next visit

Property was situated along a lovely and busy stretch of the Bay which made the easy to access loads of lovely spots within walking distance. Property itself was quite dingy and the room I stayed in had one very high inaccessible window that made my room feel like a prison. The hotel reception smelt as if all the cigarette been smoked at St Julian's bay was being sucked straight into it. The reception was also dingy and not well lit. The staff's attitude was just ok. They tried to be helpful but it felt surface type most times.

I booked a songle room with balcony and seaview. The view was fantastic, but the balcony really small and a bit worn. But I could fit a chair there and had many nice moments there enjoying the view. The room was Ok and AC worked perfectly. It also had a small fridge which was nice. All in all a good stay. Everything a little worn and old, but that is only visual. There was a little shop downstairs where you could buy water, beer, etc. and there was also someone selling tours and excursions. Breakfast was Ok for a 3 day stay, there was a quite good selection to choose from. If I would have stayed longer, it would be good to have some variety, for example salami instead of the ham etc... One small complaint. Even though they stated that hanged up towels would not be changed, I got new towels every day. I would like to do my part for the environment and use the same towels for 3 days or even longer.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The bath tub had a leak and they fixed right away after we reported it. I highly recommend the breakfast. It wasn't expensive buy had everything you need to fuel up and get ready for the day. Vending machines at the lobby were a life saver as we arrived after midnight on a Sunday night and all the restaurants were closed. I'd definitely stay here again.

部屋自体の大きさは4人部屋でゆったり使えた。 対して、シャワールームは極小で身動きができないほど。 到着した夜にはトイレの水が流れなくなり、シャワーからは熱湯しか出なくなった。 ドアキーはオートキーではなく、毎回鍵を閉めなくてはならない。 またWebの写真のようなOcean view ではなく、外の階段が見える部屋だった。 これは4人部屋ということもあるのかなと思います。 朝食をつけたが、格安でこれは良かった。 物価の高いマルタで朝ごはんをしっかり食べることは重要であった。メニュー質量ともに好ましい。 スタッフは素晴らしい。 総合して、格安の料金にしては必要十分である。

Cockroaches in bedroom. Broken AC in the room which the staff refused to believe was a problem. Staff attitude was poor and uninterested in resolving the issue. Noisy room. A no overhead lighting and black paint made the room feel oppressive. Don't bring your family here. Barely acceptable for one or two nights. Do not recommend

Der står beskrevet på Expedias hjemmeside at hotellet har pool. Der er endda billeder af en pool. Da vi kom, vidste det sig, at det var en offentlig pool der ligger på den anden side af vejen. Receptionisten anede ikke noget om, hvordan vi kunne bruge poolfaciliteterne og det måtte vi selv finde ud af. Lokale vandpolo- og svømmeskoler brugte poolen konstant og det var ikke muligt for os at købe adgang til det. Hotellet er virkelig slidt, og under singelroom, hvor jeg boede var der kun et lille vindue. Der var så fugtigt, at mit badetøj fra min morgensvømmeture på stranden, ikke var tørt den næste morgen. Hotellet er ekstremt lydt og slidt. Nej tak til dette hotel en anden gang, hvor billeder ikke matcher den faktiske standart!

Do not book this hotel, the photos online are a marketing scam. Firstly, there is a picture of a swimming in their advertisement, however, the swimming pool does not belong to the hotel and is just outside pool. The rooms are of poor quality with mould and smell, they need upgrade. The hotel is a glorified student hostel on a busy road, the walls are thin so very noisy and will definitely not get proper sleep. The kettle provided was dirty and unhygienic, the phones, AC never worked.
