The hotel employees are terrific! Very friendly and helpful. This hotel is a hidden gem in Eugene. Very clean, nice perks for travelers (snacks / water in room - a very nice touch - and at no charge. Parking was available for free. Rooms / beds have been modernized and are very comfortable. I’ll definitely stay here again! Nice hotel!

Hotel was exactly like the pictures: comfortable and nicely decorated. Owner was super friendly and helpful to any request. Would definitely stay there again! Even though it was on a busy street, the hotel had ample parking.

Great little motel near downtown, and surrounding neighborhood. I liked being able to park right outside my room door. Check-in was a breeze, and they’ve made an older property feel welcoming and modern. I’d definitely stay here again.

Highly recommend! This is a motel that has been remodeled and modernized. The staff was accommodating and excellent. Brand new inside and out! Great free parking. Easy access in and out from a one way street. Able to walk to a couple bars, food trucks and restaurants.

While on a road trip from San Diego to Seattle, i stayed at a bunch of motels under $100/night. This one was by far the best! The entire property was recently remodeled, so my room was in great condition with new furniture, appliances, bathroom, etc. Cleanliness was excellent, and a few free drinks and snacks are provided in the room as well as a couple other small amenities you rarely find at this price point. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful, and parking couldn’t be easier. I would definitely stay here again when passing through Eugene!

The motel property and lobby are tidy and well cared for by the owner, who is courteous. Our room was wonderfully clean and it felt refreshing after traveling. When staying at hotels, the cleanliness is always my top priority and this was very clean. We stayed here because we liked the character of the renovation and proximity to the airport.

While on a road trip from San Diego to Seattle, i stayed at a bunch of motels under $100/night. This one was by far the best! The entire property was recently remodeled, so my room was in great condition with new furniture, appliances, bathroom, etc. Cleanliness was excellent, and a few free drinks and snacks are provided in the room as well as a couple other small amenities you rarely find at this price point. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful for our stay. If you are looking for something easy on a budget, I would say this is a good spot. If you are sensitive to noise I wouldn't recommend it. The road noise is pretty loud, and the air conditioner/heater was very loud. The toilet had a pretty high pitched noise coming out of it every time you used it. Despite these elements, the bed was pretty comfortable and it was convenient for getting to downtown.

Great remodel of a motel. Only issue was the window unit Heat/AC ….. couldn’t regulate temperature of room for long so we heard the unit turn on and off all night. Very sweet (free) amenities left in room; drinks/snacks. Perfect place for a one night stay. Felt safe even though the surrounding area isn’t too “pretty”

Easy to get to, centrally located. The bathroom was really small and the hot water took forever to get to the shower and was barely warm. The room was near the road and there was a lot of traffic noise.

A small motel with a modern vibe that has been tastefully upgraded. Room was on the smaller side, but the bathroom was modestly larger than expected. I found it to be clean and the bed comfy. The owner was very friendly at both check in and check out. It sits conveniently off a main arterial, but there was lots of riff raff roaming the street out front. I would stay here again!

Booked this property for a wedding in town. The manager was excellent. The property is older but has newer decor and is pretty clean. The area has a lot of unhomed people and the road is pretty noisy. There was a track meet in town the same weekend as the wedding so there were not a lot of options for reservations.

Very welcoming staff even upgraded our room from a queen to a king bed. Cute retro style hotel with modern renovated rooms. Very comfortable and clean room. The area around the hotel is a little sketchy, but we felt very safe while at the hotel and we found some great restaurants and a brewery within close walking distance. Overall a really great place to stay near the university.

I stayed here with my teenage son before an event I was hosting in town the next day. The room was clean and the amenities were awesome. Complimentary snacks and water. Plenty of pillows and comfortable beds. We both really enjoyed this hotel and I would definitely recommend it

The hotel employees are terrific! Very friendly and helpful. This hotel is a hidden gem in Eugene. Very clean, nice perks for travelers (snacks / water in room - a very nice touch - and at no charge. Parking was available for free. Rooms / beds have been modernized and are very comfortable. I’ll definitely stay here again! Nice hotel!

Friendly check-in person. Room had hard floor instead of carpet which is more hygienic and allergen friendly. Complimentary snacks, water and juice waiting for us in the room was very nice. The only real issue was the bathroom was verrrry cramped and small, but it was clean.

The neighborhood looked a little sketchy, but the motel was great. Friendly staff and extremely clean. Loved the colors! And, the complimentary snack bar was a wonderful treat. The bed was comfy but the pillows a little hard. I spent 3 nights there and enjoyed my stay.

Amazing Jewel in the Emerald City! Signature Inn is even better than any of the reviews posted so far. For a very reasonable price, I experienced a totally updated motel, with on-site owners who have addressed every basic traveler need: clean and sanitary floors and surfaces, comfortable beds, crisp sheets, new furniture and fixtures, plenty of hot water, quality soaps, shampoo and lotion, plentiful towels, and a complimentary assortment of snacks and healthy beverages. I am coming here every time I stay in Eugene!

The room was new and updated with nice decor. The bed was comfortable and they provided free water bottles and snacks! The manager was very helpful when I had trouble finding a taxi/Uber for our early morning flight. Highly recommend for the price!

Room was clean and had everything one might need. Comfy bed. Modern look. The front desk man was very nice. The only thing to note would be the thin walls. But even though I’m sensitive, I just turned the room fan on high, put in my earplugs, and had a nice sleep. Also, I was there the night of a Ducks game, so this may not be an issue most of the time anyway.

This place is clean and comfortable but the neighborhood is sketchy. Major police raid happened next door during our stay which was alarming and prevented us from leaving on time, as we were told by police to stay in our room while they secured the area. I know that was an unusual occurrence and I would probably stay here again because the bed was so darn comfortable. Eugene police were extremely friendly and polite!

Bed was comfy & had extra fluffy pillows. The sheets & towels smelled very clean. It was nice to have a refrigerator, microwave and Keurig in the room. All rooms are ground floor. I enjoyed the funky decor. There was some street noise & noises from other guests, but I used the AC fan & a white noise app to drown them out.
