Good room in a nice hotel. Excellent location for Savannah. We valet parked - which was quite expensive. But the valet service was good and even when we needed the car at 5am to leave - there was no issue. Worth doing especially with the local parking garage having unreliable hours. Good location for walking around and exploiring Savannah - with excellent eating options nearby. The pool and the Smores toasting were appreciated. Although you do kind of pay for these anyway with the resort fee.

The property was clean and in a great location. Valet was quick and easy. One elevator was down that is why 4 stars. The restaurant food is good but pricey and slow. There are dozens of eating and shopping location within a few blocks. Walkable to all the tourity things. We will stay again if we are in town

Beautiful hotel! We enjoyed walking to the riverfront from our hotel,we enjoyed the bar after being in the heat all day.The staff was so friendly and helpful.Rooms were great,beds very comfortable,we enjoyed our double sink in the bath room.The pool was wonderful! We highly recommend Andaz Savannah!

Excessive valet costs ($45 a night), Mandatory charge for beer tasting, happy hour snacks, etc. Things that not everyone wants or will use. This should be an option or a pay as you go. It's a nice hotel, but they get you on valet and resort (they call it a destination charge) fees.

Wonderful location, clean, friendly, comfty beds, clean (except the vent fan on the wall needed major dusting), free soft drinks, water and chips in the room. Beautiful rooms and decorated perfectly! Nice pool and fire pit-the smore container for the kids was such a nice treat! Thank you. We will be back! Coffee in the lobby in the morning would be be a nice addition.

I’ve stayed at this hotel for business more than once. The staff is friendly, and the location is near everything. Restaurant inside of the hotel has limited options but is good. The rooms are clean but more attention could be given to bathroom cleanliness, especially in the shower (mold buildup on shower handle). There is a pretty hefty daily amenities fee also for items you may not even use. Last but not least although the location is good, there is a significant homeless population right outside the front door which is a turn off and leaves you concerned about your safety.

The staff are what made our stay. Each one was friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to lots of attractions. Our room was not clean. There was dust everywhere even after it was serviced and there was a weird smell in the room.

Nice property. Central to both the historic and river areas of the city. A bit of homelessness in Ellis Square directly across from the entrance that was a bit concerning at first when we arrived in the evening and walked to dinner. But, overall, folks were not disruptive or threatening in any way. Staff at hotel were very nice, clean property overall, and very good valets handling our parking. Beds just ok and room was nice. Water pressure was not very good and max hot water temperature was a bit low. Bar and lobby area was comfortable and spacious. Would certainly stay here again.

I’ll be spending a lot of time in Savannah work work and this hotel checks all the boxes. The staff is fabulous and the amenities and proximity to all that Savannah offers are perfect. The loft has a kitchenette with Smeg fridge, dishwasher, microwave and a balcony to the Square. I will definitely stay there again.

The staff is incredibly efficient and friendly beginning with Doc in valet parking, Kaitlyn, Isiah and Alexa at the desk, Ana & Casey at the bar & kitchen plus a host of others I'm ashamed to admit I can't remember their names. We come here every year; I finally had the chance to come for a week for business. My fellow staff members booked at other hotels and immediately regretted it when they visited the property. They said they won't make the same mistake again. Everything you need is within walking distance and the historical district is one of the finest in the country.

Horrible!!! Front desk supervisor guy was so rude!! Roads were blocked and we had no clue how to get to the hotel. When he answered he pretty much just said he don’t know which streets were blocked and I would have to figure it out. Kareem in valet was SUPERB!!! He helped actually stood on the corner to help us. He is definitely an asset to the company. Then once we got to our room the air didn’t work. It was 77 degrees in there and we were told they were completely sold out. So had zero choice but to stay in the HOT room. We were able to move the next day at 1pm. The rest of the front desk/restaurant employees were great!! Spending a lot of money for a quality room it’s a shame this front desk supervisor lacks customer service. Despite the efforts we won’t stay here again.

I’ve stayed at this hotel for business more than once. The staff is friendly, and the location is near everything. Restaurant inside of the hotel has limited options but is good. The rooms are clean but more attention could be given to bathroom cleanliness, especially in the shower (mold buildup on shower handle). There is a pretty hefty daily amenities fee also for items you may not even use. Last but not least although the location is good, there is a significant homeless population right outside the front door which is a turn off and leaves you concerned about your safety.

Very convenient location! Free DOT bus stop to Forsythe, is a block away. We parked our rental car in the Whitaker St. parking garage. For Mon-Wed it was $50. Pool is very nice. Food in the little cafe was good. We didn't use the bicycles, but they do have some that you can use. We would definitely stay here again

This property is in the perfect location. There is plenty to do in the city blocks surrounding the hotel. Everything is walkable but there are hop on /hop off trolleys operating in the area.

This review is mainly for the breakfast...which was AMAZING! Hotel itself was good. Very conveniently located, staff was incredibly nice. One elevator wasn't working and the lobby was a little crowded but those are the onky complaints. We had a suite and it was cool, quiet and comfortable. Anyway...back to the breakfast. Our room came with free breakfast so I wasnt expecting much but holy moly...everything we had was delicious. In three days we had... the catfish and grits (which was great and the fried okra on it was outstanding), low country eggs benedict, biscuits and gravy and the shrimp and grits twice. So, so, so, so good. Highly recommend.

Ryan - the bartender- made the best drinks, especially the Old Fashioned, and everyone else from the valet to the front desk to the concierge (Stephen) was amazing! You should definitely take the Morons Comedy tour as well! So much fun!

The property was clean and in a great location. Valet was quick and easy. One elevator was down that is why 4 stars. The restaurant food is good but pricey and slow. There are dozens of eating and shopping location within a few blocks. Walkable to all the tourity things. We will stay again if we are in town

We were pleasantly surprised with how positive and friendly the entire staff was to us every day. The extras of breakfast free appetizers and wine tasting every night just added to the hotel experience. The location was the best in town, we walked everywhere.Exceptionally wonderful place to stay.

We enjoyed the Andaz. Staff was friendly and helpful. Facility is lovely and in a convenient location for the historic district. The restaurant was disappointing (quality/value), but there are tons of great restaurants in the neighborhood.

This is a centrally located hotel with loads of places to go within steps. The room and bathroom were nice but the lobby was small and felt unimpressive. The restaurant was fine but the bar scene was fun.

Most definitely downtown. Alot of upkeep going on downtown when we came. But most enjoyable. The staffing was excellent, will have to come back for another break from work life.

Found the rooms to be sizable and comfortable. Weirdly, loved the hair dryer. The pool was small but a nice amenity and cool that there was bar service at it. Concierge made good recommendations. Did not stop at the bar so cannot comment on that. Didn't love all the taxes and extra fees to our room rate, but I guess that's more of a Savannah complaint than an Andaz complaint....

This was our second time staying and had a great experience both times. Location is perfect. Staff really friendly and accommodating. There is a happy hour daily from 2-6 with reasonable prices on drinks. Good balance of guests with and without kids. My only criticism is that the bathrooms could be updated/renovated. However, it was a good size bathroom and clean. Would stay again!
