Bob W Tartu Old Town

Komplett digitales Appartementhotel (alles erfolgt online, man sieht keinen Menschen) in bester Lage. Stylisch eingerichtetes Zimmer, leckere Bäckerei im Haus. Der Fitnessraum war ein wenig dreckig, aber ansonsten hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Am besten war eigentlich das riesige Zimmer, mit der voll eingerichteten Küche und den kostenlosen Waschmaschinen und Trocknern. Der Service von Bob über WhatsApp war auch herausragend. Total netter Kontakt.

Sehr nettes Hotel am Rande der Innenstadt. Ca. 5 Minuten fußläufig zum Rathausplatz. Hotel ist modern und der SB check-in relativ problemlos. Das Bad, besonders die Duschecke, ist sehr klein. Der Kühlschrank in neinem Zimmer auch extrem laut und die Mattratze viel zu weich und gibt NULL Support.

Beautiful well-equipped apartment in a perfect location. The only thing I found frustrating was the endless messages from the property. Especially the ones telling me to check in when I already had. Wasted a lot of my time.

Well-positioned and functional in central Tartu (outskirts of Old Town). Check in process a little cumbersome. Many texts/emails, pre-registration and then youvare told you will ”receive access details. They never come, you have login to your account which is a little confusing. The apt is well furnished and quite stylish. Loft for sleeping was too warm - there is a fan but no airco - wouldn’t choose this at height of summer. Lot of dust under the bed so cleaning not great

Extremely uncomfortable check-in, you have to list even the kids. Unlogical numbers of the rooms - the room number 107 is on 4th floor, not on first, not on 10th. Tha rooms are not small but tiny. I understand the budget accomodation but it was really too tiny. You pay for late check-out and hope to stay your last hour in peace but meanwhile the cleaner wants to clean your room.
