Bob W Tartu Old Town

Beautiful well-equipped apartment in a perfect location. The only thing I found frustrating was the endless messages from the property. Especially the ones telling me to check in when I already had. Wasted a lot of my time.

Well-positioned and functional in central Tartu (outskirts of Old Town). Check in process a little cumbersome. Many texts/emails, pre-registration and then youvare told you will ”receive access details. They never come, you have login to your account which is a little confusing. The apt is well furnished and quite stylish. Loft for sleeping was too warm - there is a fan but no airco - wouldn’t choose this at height of summer. Lot of dust under the bed so cleaning not great

Extremely uncomfortable check-in, you have to list even the kids. Unlogical numbers of the rooms - the room number 107 is on 4th floor, not on first, not on 10th. Tha rooms are not small but tiny. I understand the budget accomodation but it was really too tiny. You pay for late check-out and hope to stay your last hour in peace but meanwhile the cleaner wants to clean your room.

Very nice and clean apartment, and the location was also good. The digital communication exceeded my expectations, they made sure that everything was going smoothly. I'm quite sure that I'm going to use Bob W again.

Great stay in the heart of the town! Our online check-in was easy to do and the room was great. We booked also the breakfast and used the vouchers at the excellent Werner cafe. Recommendations for the hotel!
