I stay here often and I always have a good stay. No complaints really. The new TV mounts are very helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. But at minimum they need to bring back the coffee makers in the rooms. The mini fridges are great, the microwaves are great(in the rooms that have them), but there NEEDS to be the coffee makers in each room. The price of staying here...I really need a coffee maker at minimum. Also, if they offered room service from the restaurant! That would be amazing.

Room was very clean, staff was super helpful, the restaurant staff were great. Made for a great mothers day weekend

Our room was good but the service at the restaurant was horrible and took forver to get our food or even waited on.

It served its purpose. I slept there, that’s about it. The food wasn’t phenomenal but it was edible.

Parking was easy, though there isn't a lot of it. The toiletries were very nice and the pillows were comfortable. The bed was too hard for me but the linens were nice. I liked the fluffy and soft towels and bath mat. The tub was very narrow and the shower head was very low...not good for anyone taller than about 5 foot 6 inches. The water pressure was very good. The staff was very nice though a couple of times we had to ask for a worker (at the deli/coffee counter) or wait for someone to show up (front desk at checkout). Overall, a good place to stay and would stay there again on my next trip to Susanville.
