We love the Loom. Only suggestion would be a refrigerator in every room and a different coffee maker- we always have trouble with the one they provide. The Loom is our go to hotel for every Rhode Island trip.

Nice stay but disappointed to not have a River View Room as reserved. Hotel staff was friendly and the bar staff was as well. Patio was highly underutilized and after being told I could use it as a makeup for not getting a river view room, was then told we couldn’t go on the patio. Room was nice but the bathroom door was not functional whatsoever. Loved the look and history of the place.

We only slept here 1 night, so quick in and out. Room was large no clean. Parking was great and convenient right across the street.

I checked in. Made sure my key worked and immediately left for dinner. had to leave town quickly and could not get back due to a family issue. Called later and the hotel checked me out. I explained I didn’t use or do anything in the room. They told me to reach out to hotels.com for help. When I did they called the hotel who denied the help and said I used the room for a few hours. After I explained I did not. She said to them I told her I used it when I did not and used the cleaning needed as an excuse. I emailed the hotel manager and never received a reply. I stay in hiltons all the time and will never stay in that one ever again.
