Very friendly hotel staff and a really great breakfast. Good location right next to a subway line. It is outside of the city center with upscale shops and restaurants, but is still fairly convenient if you take the subway or an Uber. They do not offer laundry service however. Rooms are basic but clean with functional A/C and wifi.

Frühstück war lecker, nur der Raum ist sehr klein. Aktuell wird die Fassade renoviert. Metrostation ist direkt vor der Haustüre. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer sind klein, aber sauber. Betten sind bequem.

The staff at the hotel are friendly and very attentive, but unfortunately, the hotel itself is quite old. The room was much smaller than we expected, and to add to the disappointment, the hair shampoo was empty upon arrival. Overall, the service is great, but the facilities could use some improvement.

Point positif: L établissement est idéalement situé au pied d'une station de.metro. Points negatifs: Le lit est confortable neanmoins petit, l odeur dans la chambre (5eme etage) était nauséabonde ( remontée des toilettes) L accueil de l'équipe hôtelière est plutôt froid, peu souriant, surprenant de voir se servir au buffet devant nous le personnel qui repart en cuisine. Le petit déjeuner est correct, la petite terrasse pour prendre le petit déjeuner aurait été agréable si elle n etait pas autorisee aux fumeurs, ce qui est tres désagréable au reveil... Une bonbonne d eau afin de se rafraichir aurait ete appréciée dans le hall après une grosse journee de marche et de chaleur.

It’s clean, comfortable and in a good location right beside Anjos metro. The staff are friendly and helpful and the buffet breakfast is very good. It’s on a nice tree lined avenue that can be quite busy but I had no noise issues from it. That said, my room was at the back. Nor did I hear anything from neighbouring rooms. I enjoyed my stay, ideal for a city break and I am happy to recommend.

Quarto e banheiro limpíssimos, tamanho ótimo, super confortável, perto do centro, conseguimos ir caminhando e tem opções de metrô também. Staff muito cordial e educados, nos ajudaram com o jantar, pois acabamos chegando tarde. Café da manhã muito gostoso e farto. Recomendo e voltaria outras vezes

Das Hotel ist klein und fein und die tolle Entscheidung für den Urlaub in Lissabon. -Zimmerzustand sehr gut und die Sauberkeit ausgezeichnet. Die Mädels der Sauberkeit haben ein großes Lob verdient. Jeden Tag (Sonntags auch) fanden wir unser Zimmer super sauber (das Badezimmer war sogar desinfiziert) und ordentlich 10* für die Sauberkeit ist zu wenig. -Reception sehr sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich, nette Menschen und sehr sympathisch! Sie haben alle unsere Anliegen erfüllt. Hervorragende Bedienung! -Frühstück: Das Frühstück war sehr üppig und vor allem mit lokalen Leckereien (zB Nata) 😊 Alle Köstlichkeiten frisch gemacht und das Flair im Restaurant und im Garten war fantastisch. Die Buffetdame reinigte jeden Tisch und den einzelnen Stuhl fleißig und regelmäßig. Großes Bravo! Das Hotel befindet sich in einer sehr praktischen Lokation, weil die Bahnstation Anjos da liegt und man kann auch zu Fuß alles gut erreichen, zB Rossio, Cais do Sodré, Restauradores u.v.m. Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt in Sete Colinas und mit geschlossen Augen kann ich dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Die Lage ist gut, halbwegs zentral und direkt an einer U-Bahn-Haltestelle. Das Zimmer war recht klein, mit zwei Koffern hat man wenig (Spiel)Raum. Das Bett war bequem und das Zimmer war sauber. Beim Frühstück war es jeden Tag extrem voll, das war nicht so entspannend. Wifi war sehr gut.

Hotel Sete Colinas is right next to Anjos subway station which is only three stops from Rossio - excellent and fast transportation without being directly in the busiest part of the city. For that, an excellent location and convenient. Hotel itself is a boutique style and very, lovely from the second you enter - breakfast serves hot food as well. Beware that this is Europe and close to the Moorish District so the rooms are small! But, very very clean and stylish - you just have to compromise on space so this is really a great place for a one or two day stay in the city. If longer, I would likely not choose this because space would be a necessity. Overall, very pleased with this hotel and would definitely recommend!

The hotel was pristine! The staff was very kind and polite. The location is conveniently RIGHT NEXT TO a subway entrance in the middle of Lisbon. Free breakfast was included and yummy. As Americans, we weren’t used to smoking at outdoor dining still being allowed which was discouraged us from eating outside and there was noisy construction at a building right next to our hotel the last 2 days we were there which was kind of annoying but of coursecit stopped in the afternoon. The ac is also not as strong as it is in the US which made the room uncomfortable waiting for the ac to cool up. Despite this complaining, I have stayed at worse places and the staff and cleaninless are very redeeming qualities of this establishment.

Quarto e banheiro limpíssimos, tamanho ótimo, super confortável, perto do centro, conseguimos ir caminhando e tem opções de metrô também. Staff muito cordial e educados, nos ajudaram com o jantar, pois acabamos chegando tarde. Café da manhã muito gostoso e farto. Recomendo e voltaria outras vezes

Das Hotel ist klein und fein und die tolle Entscheidung für den Urlaub in Lissabon. -Zimmerzustand sehr gut und die Sauberkeit ausgezeichnet. Die Mädels der Sauberkeit haben ein großes Lob verdient. Jeden Tag (Sonntags auch) fanden wir unser Zimmer super sauber (das Badezimmer war sogar desinfiziert) und ordentlich 10* für die Sauberkeit ist zu wenig. -Reception sehr sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich, nette Menschen und sehr sympathisch! Sie haben alle unsere Anliegen erfüllt. Hervorragende Bedienung! -Frühstück: Das Frühstück war sehr üppig und vor allem mit lokalen Leckereien (zB Nata) 😊 Alle Köstlichkeiten frisch gemacht und das Flair im Restaurant und im Garten war fantastisch. Die Buffetdame reinigte jeden Tisch und den einzelnen Stuhl fleißig und regelmäßig. Großes Bravo! Das Hotel befindet sich in einer sehr praktischen Lokation, weil die Bahnstation Anjos da liegt und man kann auch zu Fuß alles gut erreichen, zB Rossio, Cais do Sodré, Restauradores u.v.m. Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt in Sete Colinas und mit geschlossen Augen kann ich dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen.

It’s clean, comfortable and in a good location right beside Anjos metro. The staff are friendly and helpful and the buffet breakfast is very good. It’s on a nice tree lined avenue that can be quite busy but I had no noise issues from it. That said, my room was at the back. Nor did I hear anything from neighbouring rooms. I enjoyed my stay, ideal for a city break and I am happy to recommend.

Location was perfect. Once you come off the metro, look up, it's right there! Walking distance to shops and restaurants and the nicer part of Lisbon. Just walk out of the hotel and turn right and keep walking 🙂

We had a great stay. The hotel is right outside the metro which made it very convenien. It’s located on a main boulevard so there are many good eats, markets and pharmacies. It’s also easy access to trams and and 20 mins walk to city center. The breakfast was plenty and delicious. Eggs, mushrooms and sausage cooked to perfection, fruits and pastries. Room was clean and spacious for a couple. We were on the 5th floor, facing blvd and didn’t hear much noise, you do feel the vibrations of metro passing by, but only hear it if I’m awake, it never woke me up.

Hotel Sete Colinas is right next to Anjos subway station which is only three stops from Rossio - excellent and fast transportation without being directly in the busiest part of the city. For that, an excellent location and convenient. Hotel itself is a boutique style and very, lovely from the second you enter - breakfast serves hot food as well. Beware that this is Europe and close to the Moorish District so the rooms are small! But, very very clean and stylish - you just have to compromise on space so this is really a great place for a one or two day stay in the city. If longer, I would likely not choose this because space would be a necessity. Overall, very pleased with this hotel and would definitely recommend!

Very friendly hotel staff and a really great breakfast. Good location right next to a subway line. It is outside of the city center with upscale shops and restaurants, but is still fairly convenient if you take the subway or an Uber. They do not offer laundry service however. Rooms are basic but clean with functional A/C and wifi.

We liked the location of the hotel in a more authentic area of Lisbon and sitting right on top of metro station, great for easy transportation. But it also came with its share of homeless and people with mental issues. This is not unusual for big cities and we were not bothered with it. We really liked the breakfast with good selection of food. Our room was good, except that the AC rattled and we had to shut it off and open the window at night. We were on the 5th floor, so noise from the street was tolerable but would bother light sleepers. While the bathroom was clean, there was a faint off-putting odor not sure what exactly
