We stayed for 1 night after our cruise. Room was nice and the complementary robes and water were a plus. Enjoyed some local brews downstairs and the pool. The coffee shop is excellent and had amazing croissants.

Billy, who served as an unofficial spokesperson, provided comprehensive information about San Juan's offerings; he is truly remarkable. Steven effectively resolved an issue we encountered with our room. I intend to return due to the outstanding contributions of Billy and Steven Fontanz, as they significantly enhanced our stay. San Juan will remain a memorable destination because of their efforts.

The hotel is very nice. The pool is small. The room i had was small and dark. It didnt have enough light in the bathroom and the shower dont have a door!!!! First time I saw that. The room is dark.
