We got there and there were only 4 beds instead of 5. I reached out to the host who said she could get housekeeping there tomorrow. I said that wasn’t acceptable as there were five people sleeping there. She left it till very late at night when all the children were sleeping to see if she could bring some bedding then which I refused. I ended up spending my first night on the sofa with no bedding. Other than that, The location is great, the Wi-Fi is good and it was very clean.

A bit of hassle to check in with multiple door codes just to get into the building. No air condition so it was a bit hot at night. Otherwise it was excellent.

When we arrived at the hotel, the bed was unfortunately broken (the plank under the bed was split in two), which led to a pretty bad sleeping experience for 3 nights. The room was also very hot as there was no AC. We therefore had to open the windows, but as the apartment is located on a very busy street there was a lot of noise until 05-06 at night/morning. There is a little bit of information about where/when breakfast is. When we were going to go to Kuryer restaurant for breakfast they had only been told that we were 2 people - so we had to pay for our daughter. When we informed them about this they corrected it for the next two days, but did nothing with the amount we had already paid. The cleanliness was not very good, and we ran out of toilet paper along the way and had to go buy it ourselves. The location in relation to getting around is good, as it is very central. Unfortunately the overall experience is very bad as PI apartments do not follow up on basic things like a broken bed.
