We had an extended weekend getaway for speeding break and this property was perfect for that. Great ocean front views from the living room and primary bedroom. Convenient drive to the property pool and to Carolina beach for dining. Would absolutely recommend!

We always have a fantastic experience with A1 Property management and this unit is so lovely. It’s updated and comfortable. Being right on the water is just perfect and it’s right next to the beach access with two pools close by. When we weren’t on the beach we were on the shaded porch listening to the waves, we ate all our meals there. 10/10

The condo's location on Kure Beach was just incredible, and we loved staying there. Everything was very high end, and the sight and sound of the ocean was peaceful and tranquil. The hot tub at the rec center was OK, but the property itself was just awesome!!

Loved everything! We had great time but left a day earlier because of storm. The ocean seemed angry but it was awesome to see that and hear it. The pools were clean as well as all the property around us. Only drawback is that there is required paid parking almost everywhere you go and it’s not that cheap. But that is not the fault of this property owner or manager.

What a disappointment!!! This home was not clean. Floors were filthy. All mattresses were worn out, very uncomfortable. The comforters were disgustingly dirty with stains and blood. The bathrooms smelled of mold and mildew. My clothes smelled after hanging in the closet. The biggest complaint was the air conditioning. The unit would not cool properly. It was miserably HOT- 78 degrees. I called the rental company that manages the condo. I explained that l have a heart condition and asthma and I was told l would hear from someone within the hour. No one called. I called back. And was told it was heat and humidity. I spoke to others renters in the complex and they did not the same problem. I would not rent this property again or recommend to anyone!”

We had a great time in Kure Beach. The ocean was enjoyed both inside and right outside of the rental. It was quiet in the evenings and there was plenty to do in the area. We enjoyed waking up to the sunrise over the water each day.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved location. It was clean, but shop worn. Furniture very uncomfortable. Washer/dryer VERY shopworn. Dryer took forever to dry. Lint screen broken and rusty. Sliding doors very hard to slide. The floor in the upstairs bedroom by sliding door was soft. Felt like whole place needed updated visually. Front storm door had issues. Hydraulic closure very bent and did not work. Would not stay closed. Was unfastened from the door jam. Did call to report. Partially fixed. Did a poor job.We loved the lower deck and it's privacy. Loved the area. Heads up to the Ocean View Restaurant in Kure was excellent. Wanted to go to Big Daddy's, but unable due to closer of several days we were there. Spent time in Southport and Wilmington. Loved both.This was our 3rd trip to Kure. It never disappoints. Left a day early due to impending flooding due to Hurricane Milton.

A1 Property makes it even easier with providing linens and extras of some essentials like hand soap, trash bags, toilet paper, etc (that is NOT always provided with other companies). The place was clean. We LOVE staying here, especially having coffee in the mornings on the porch. The beach and pool are right there!

The only thing I would say that wasn't disclosed is that the second bedroom has a window leak, so if it rains you want to make sure none of your belongings are near there. Other than that it was a great, clean place to stay and would for sure recommend it!

In the 8 years we have vacationed with A1, they have always had clean and welcoming rentals that are exactly as advertised on their website. I haven’t had to speak with the team much since we haven’t had any issues, but when I email with questions or clarifications they are always friendly and answer quickly. I will continue this tradition for as long as I can convince the kids to hang out with me and tour the island restaurants and ice cream shops.

Everything I wanted for our family in a beach vacation! Perfect location! Easy beach access. Watched the sunrise from our deck! I rented a bicycle and there was a great little path. The ocean waves were the perfect soundtrack of the day.

We had an extended weekend getaway for speeding break and this property was perfect for that. Great ocean front views from the living room and primary bedroom. Convenient drive to the property pool and to Carolina beach for dining. Would absolutely recommend!

We had a great time in Kure Beach. The ocean was enjoyed both inside and right outside of the rental. It was quiet in the evenings and there was plenty to do in the area. We enjoyed waking up to the sunrise over the water each day.

The property was clean, comfortable, and stocked well with plenty of towels, toilet paper, paper towels etc. We loved the ocean view and easy accessibility to walk out there. We love Kure Beach. My dad grew up there and I have fond memories as a child playing on Kure Beach. Thanks for a lovely clean place to stay, with reasonable pricing.
